Appartement is gelegen in Srebreno, een leuk plaatje met voldoende aanbod van restaurants e.d. - Zeer vriendelijke gastheer, eigen parkeergelegenheid en het mooie uitzicht vanaf het terras. Douche was gedateerd. Alleen een handdouche die je niet op kon hangen.

Ako je slobodan ne gubite ni jedan tren, rezervišite bez razmišljanja. Jedan jedini mali nedostatak je da se pomalo čuje iz susjednog apartmana.

Perfect location, clean room and wc, beautiful patio and garden with view to the beach and boats on the bay and also to the mountains. Planning on staying there again. For someone with bad legs the stairs can be a hindrance.

• Ayman (10/5): Amazing stay ! - Zoran was a great host, we was there all time asking if everything went well The location is great, only 25min by taxi boat (7,5€) away from the Dubrovnik old town port The room had all basic amenties

По-друге, це місце розташування - апартаменти знаходяться рівно в 2 хвилинах пішки від найближчого пляжу. Це було неймовірно зручно. По-третє, дуже комфортно: велика тераса, чисто, є усе необхідне, зручне ліжко і т.д. Дуже дякую за гостинність
• Sebastian (10/5): - Pobyt w tym miejscu był absolutnie wyjątkowy! Lokalizacja idealna - bardzo blisko plaży, portu, sklepu i świetnych restauracji. Pokój przestronny, niezwykle czysty, dobrze wyposażony, a do tego z pięknym widokiem. Cały obiekt otacza zadbany, urokliwy ogród. Z pokoju rozciągał się widok na morze, góry, ogród! Świeże ręczniki, suszarka, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wszystko przygotowane z dbałością o szczegóły. Atmosferę dopełnia przesympatyczny właściciel - niezwykle pomocny i życzliwy, zawsze gotowy doradzić i podpowiedzieć, co warto zobaczyć w okolicy. Naprawdę trudno wyobrazić sobie lepsze miejsce na pobyt w Chorwacji - wszystko było na plus! Serdecznie polecam i chętnie wrócę.

• Drulla (9/5): A perfect getaway to relax! - It's everything you need if don't want to stay in the Dubrovnik town. Close to he beach and and the port There you can take the 25 minutes boatride straight to Dubrovnik ! There is a small mall up the street and a good grocery story ground floor also there couple restaurants near by. I perfect place if you want to relax and enjoy the quite place! Also the Host is a very sweet and helpful!🤗 What a lovely man who is willing to help you what you need! He really give this place a welcome feeling 🥰 I could say is name right but I call him Zorro😅 For sure i am staying here if I come back! There is nothing I can can't complain! Well I have to point one think out. Its the nosie from the hall when people are coming in and out. It's not so sound proof.
• Kim (10/5): Perfect holiday - I used to stay with my parents at Sheraton, but now I went on my own and stayed in this beautiful apartment. I know the neighborhood: mall with Konzum Supermarket is close, lots of restaurants with good food (especially Tutto Benne), beach is close with crystal clear water. The view from apartment looks fake everytime, that’s how beautiful it is! The boat Vivado from Srebreno to Old Town Dubrovnik is 5 minutes walking (actually less, but with the heat you have to take it slow) from the property and goes back and forth, if you’re a Game of Thrones fan you must visit. Mlini is also 5 minutes walking from the property and is really cute. What stood out this time here was the host of this apartment, he’s really sweet! I really hope I’ll be back next year :) For the people visiting: if you want special shoes for the stones at the beach, you can buy them basically in every shop around.

• Lori (8/5): Comfy room with beautiful grounds & welcoming host - 1st floor en-suite apt with kitchen had lovely partial view of the sea and overlooked the garden. Plenty of terrace sitting & lounging areas. The host Zoran gave great recommendations for local area & travel to Dubrovnik. Zoran also made clear that the area was very safe & we had no issues walking around late night. Room towels were line dried & hard - some need replacing. Apt was homey but could use a deep clean.

What really stood out about this place though was the encredibly sweet man who was our host. He made our stay unforgettable with his kindness. We absolutely loved our stay.

• Alina (9/5): Superb - The Jokovic guesthouse is very well located, one minute from the public beach and the promenade. It has a beautiful garden with many plants and flowers that is extraordinarily beautifully cared for by Mr. Zoran who is clearly passionate about this. Mr. Zoran was very nice to us, he gave us valuable information about beaches and places to visit and he gave us rosemary. The stay was pleasant, both at the location and in Srebreno. We will definitely come back, but in another room that has a bathroom in it for convenience. Thank you Mr. Zoran for hosting us!
• Олена (10/5): Exceptional - If you choose these apartments, you will get quick access to all popular locations, such as: the promenade, the beach is 3 minutes walk, a shopping centre with shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket. Very nice terrace with beautiful views. We liked the atmosphere and the owner of the apartment, who was very nice and kind.
• Giorgia (9/5): Very good! - Amazing balcony, had everything we needed, and it was clean. Very nice and kind host! The shower, small and not very comfortable to take a shower, easily to splash all the bathroom floor.

The flat has everything you need and the owner is very nice and helpful for anything you need. Great location, 1min by walk to the seaside and closed to restaurants and supermarkets. • Harald (7/5): Top location, nice, clean room, but room doors do not keep the noise from other guests out. - The host, the flexibility, the location, the room itself, it was all great. We really enjoyed being there. Great view, too. The doors did not shut out the noise. A shared bathroom used by other guests was right outside our door, and we kept waking up from noises made in the bathroom at night.
• Jurgis (4/5): Overall experience is rather mediocre. - We stayed at this place for one week in September 2022. We rented out 2 rooms in this property: a room with a kitchen and a room without a kitchen. Overall experience is rather mediocre. Positives: 1. property is very close to the beach and has a nice garden. The nicer views can be enjoyed from the upper rooms. 2. It is conveniently situated close to the supermarket. 3. Rooms are clean 4. As the kitchen does not have the oven, the host agreed to warm up our lasagna Negatives: 1. the room without the kitchen had a bathroom which is accessed by passing through the corridor (as we stayed there with a newborn it was rather inconvenient). 2. Bad sleep quality: beds were not great and very creaky but what made it worse is constant noise day and night. The property is situated above a bar. The room with the kitchen is located just above the bar which meant that we could not sleep well (forget about opening the windows for fresh air). 3. Inconvenient with small children: all rooms are accessed via stairs. Thus, you will have to carry a baby stroller every time you leave and come back to the property. Luckily by accident we discovered that it is possible to simply access the upper rooms through the garden from the street (skipping stairs completely). Unfortunately, we had to figure this out by ourselves as the host even when seeing us struggle with lifting the baby stroller did not share with us this information. Moreover, the property does not offer baby beds. 4. Unwelcoming and unhelpful host: the host was often very blunt especially to my daughter and did not make us feel welcomed. To share a few examples: my daughter was "warned" multiple times to make sure baby does not make any stains on the bed linnen as otherwise "it will be a big problem". Also, upon departing the property we cleaned the kitchen we had used and washed the dishes to our best ability considering that the kitchen has no warm water. Still the host reprimanded us for not cleaning dishes well enough. To conclude, we had an unpleasant guest experience.

• Ksenia (9/5): Amazing terrace very close to the beach - The location of the property is great, very close to the sea, restaurants, supermarket, bus, pharmacies and anything you might need. The room is comfortable, clean and had everything we needed (even the additional plates, wine opener and cutlery was provided right away after the request). The best thing is the terrace with table, Sun-beds, amazing garden and sea view, we just loved it! Also mr. Jokovic was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. Thank you! The bathroom is private, but situated across the hallway from the room. In the beginning I was a bit discouraged, but actually it didn’t bothered us during the stay since everything else was very nice.

• Matilda (10/5): Exceptional - Our short stay here was just the relaxation we need. With the room being so close to the beach and restaurants it was so easy to get around. We loved the little terrace and our interactions with the owner were fantastic he was super helpful and accommodating.

• Nedžad (9/5): Superb - The property, like botanic garden which is great for kids, is near everything: beaches, restaurants, shopping mall, bakery, kids playgrounds, parks, sidewalks. Everything is on its place. All is as mentioned on the Booking.com. Better cable TV, but not necessary.
