- Theodore (2/5): - No elevator, lights too dim, safe deposit box broken in whole hotel. Reception unprofessional and confused. Check out 10 AM and I said I needed till 11 and they wanted to charge me but I complained. Just terrible place!
- Peter (4/5): No Internet. - The Internet is so slow and usually just does not work. The staff told me the problem was my computer and did not try to help me. Spent the whole 3 days without Internet in the room.
