- Linda (10/5): A 3 bed unit in the heart of Montville is a rare find! Spotlessly clean and perfect location. - Fantastic to have 3 bedrooms in the one unit, very rare and greatly appreciated by our family. Unit was very neat, clean and spacious, front office manager was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money and it’s central location in Montville was great (we could walk around the corner to the restaurants). Would have liked a better veiw, even if it was of the road and distant treetops. The high windows in the unit closed it off from the lovely outdoor Montville experience. Lowering windows to the floor (as well as the balcony windows) would completely change the feel- better to look over a road or car park and trees in distance than a wall. Only issue was the veiw and if this could be changed the appartments would be in great demand.

- Wordsworth (4/5): - The room was amazing the spa bath in a wheelchair room is great We booked the accessible room but you have to be able to get into building the lift was broken so hubby actually had to go around from the front and at night time he was completely locked in the hotel. He couldn't get out of the fire. He was stuck there. There was no way for him to access the hotel at all. They did offer my money back after his room 3 hours to go there

Was a perfect room for me. The road noise. The place was beautiful but my room was right on the road. During the day I didn't notice but at night it was loud for me. However I would definately stay again, the room was perfection.

It has potential but needs to be upkept and maintained well. - The location was nice as it was in front of the outlook The floors in the room were very sticky. the toilet seat had clear dried up stains on it. There was a lot of dust in the room. The utensils/cutlery was also dirty and appeared to have been used by previous tenants. The carpet in the room was also dirty and had stuff on it which made it uncomfortable to walk in the room without shoes on. The towels on the bed appeared to be discoloured. The phone in the room also did not work. The host was helpful by providing a microwave to the room when we requested one. The hallway carpet was also very dirty which can be improved. The internet was also very slow which was a bit frustrating. The room itself is nice just needs to be deep cleaned. The spa bath was also dirty with a lot of dust on it. The utensils that were provided to us were also dirty which we did not end up using at all.

- Michael (5/5): Not worth the price I paid. - It was walking distance to town. It was a very quiet hotel which was nice. The view was good but we were in Montville so all views are good. Restaurant never opened,even though on the website it opens Friday and Saturday night. We were also told by reception it would open Saturday and then it didn’t. The wifi didn’t work after the first night and I had no phone service in the room so that was frustrating. It could have been a little cleaner, there was water on the bathroom floor when we arrived, like someone had a shower, the floor and counters were dusty as well. The standard of the room doesn’t meet the price they charge for the room.

- Aaron (6/5): It was nice to get away, but feel like we could have done the same anywhere else sand saved $150. - Nice location, friendly receptionist. The room was clean to the eye. The spa was nice and the 2 showers. The room was nice and big, the bed was comfortable. It just wasnt a $265 per night experience. The room was pretty tired, the bulbs' colours were different. There were stains on the bed sheets under the throw, and it smelled a little damp and musty/foisty. I was really hoping to give my girlfriend a luxury experience for her bday, but it just felt hotel room with a spa in it. The restaurant was also shut, which we were planning on going to, so went next door and they had ran out of food (understandably not the hotel's fault). Also, our room was right on the road, so there were people walking past and getting eye contact whilst we sat in the Spa. Funny, but not relaxing. No batteries in TV remote.

The restaurant says it’s open Friday and Saturday but it wasn’t open the Friday we were there So don’t plan on restaurant or room service options but there is a lovely distillery with wood fired pizza next door,

Also the outdoor table still had crumbs and food on it when we checked in. Also as going to bed, there was a massive cockroah beside the bed. Also we used the wine glasses, but then next night had to go to restaurant to get some clean ones as no way to wash original ones.

- Kaya (9/5): It was pretty and good, and I’ll come back again sometime - It was a really beautiful room and I loved the hot tub It was extremely dark when I arrived in the evening and there was no lights on round the back. They came on later in the evening but they weren’t there on arrival and made arriving quite tricky.
