We went to get breakfast at 9:50 but one of the staff told us they had already finished even though it's supposed to be until 10 am. We had to have the worst feeling every morning to get through the cafe on the ground floor. The AC in our room suddenly stopped at midnight and every time it happened we had to go downstairs to bring the staff because they don't take our call as well. They were playing the background music so loud that I think they're trying to get us to leave quickly. Overall it was terrible, even considering how cheap it was. Definitely do not recommend staying.

• KUO WAN MICHAEL (5/5): Clean, nice and good location just need some work - Location The AC needs some works dirty filter and blower is choked only left some air on the side and Jess to set to maximum in order to achieve it coolness this waste of electricity. Door closer is leaking oil door slammed very hard this needs to replacement. Also can smell some cigarette smell.

They could not provide extra pillow or comforter. Check in is do it yourself. Breakfast is just coffee/tea and bread/bun/muffin. No Malaysian breakfast.

Steps from the sunway pyramid. We booked originally for 1 day , but we needed to stay in the area longer and were happy to extend here. Small room. But it was known.

• Teck (6/5): Bring your own toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush/paste etc ) - Location was good, next to Sunway mall. For it's price, there's a bed and bathroom. There's aircon. You can charge your devices. There's even a hairdryer! That's all you really need. Cheap price. The down button on the 3rd floor lift button is spoilt, so you'd have to walk down to 2nd floor to take the lift down. Also the wifi is not good and the soap smells like floor cleaner. Of course space is small but at this price that shouldn't be a complain.

• Seaside01617675660 (2/5): Complaint Regarding Dismissive Response to My Concern - I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and attitude of your hotel staff during my recent stay at G M Hotel. Bandar Sunway from 12 October 2024 to 13 October 2024. I am particularly upset about how my concern regarding the loss of my personal belongings was handled. On the morning of 13 October 2024, I reported the loss to the staff on duty that day and the manager as well. When I raised this issue with them, their response seemed superficial and insincere, as though they were treating my concern as mere lip service rather than a genuine issue requiring action. This lack of seriousness in addressing my complaint has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a guest. As i had called on early November 2024 and the guy answered the call told he was unaware of the issues..... As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and care when raising concerns about personal belonging especially items of intimates. The inappropriate response from your staff suggests a lack of respect and regard for guest experiences and security, which is unacceptable I kindly request: A thorough investigation into the matter to locate my missing item. I have called and been sending messages thru whatsapp , but to no avail.. I trust this time you will take my concerns seriously and resolve the issues .. Thanks
