Chen Yu (8/5): 不錯 - 房間很大，電視有各種串流平台，可看YT，電視可轉～雖然房間大，但地板整潔乾淨，踩起來不會髒髒黑黑的，清潔確實。有提供兩碗泡麵及一些小零食、水跟飲料。往陽台的門窗鎖壞了，鎖會卡在開關處，完全無法關起來，導致外面的車子噪音會一直傳進房間！淋浴間洗澡玻璃門不密合，水會漏到外面到處都是。

怡仰 (5/5): 寵物友善很好。但這次花了3千多塊但最重要房間的冷氣、基本的排水，都是中下程度，比一般旅社還不如。 - 地點熱鬧，櫃檯小姐親切服務好之前來台南住了兩次都非常好，這次體驗不佳。可能是有帶寵物，是不是因為這樣所以被安排在比較舊的房間😮‍💨。第一間安排的房間冷氣不冷，再換一間一樣不冷，一直很難入睡，我們睡到滿身汗。廁所淋浴間的排水在整個洗澡的期間都排不出去，洗到淹出來。

怡方 (4/5): 討厭煙味的人千萬千萬不要住 - 地點優秀，旁邊就有牛肉湯店。接待人員都很親切。設備老舊，且房間煙味真的很重！！！！一開門就聞到很像KTV包廂的那種陳年煙味，寢具的煙味更濃，平常沒在抽煙的人完全無法忍受，只能拿自己的衣服包住枕頭隔絕一點味道，再去買活性碳口罩+濕紙巾蓋住口鼻，整晚如此才勉強能睡。退房回家之後頭髮都是煙味，包包裡全部衣物也都是煙味。

志勳 (8/5): 整體而言，是愉快舒適的住宿經驗，下次來台南還是會選擇歐悅，帶狗狗的家庭出遊，這邊重案的很便利，日常打掃的品質，長期設備更新養護，還有來提升。謝謝歐悅～ - 室內寬敞舒適，地點便利。工作人員說明仔細清楚，服務態度非常好。 1，淋浴間的右側防水膠條不密合，洗澡會漏水溢流到浴室地板。 2，馬桶與洗臉盆均有龜裂，藏污納垢也有安全疑慮。 3，說有打掃但是地上頭髮還是在，有一片落葉在浴缸旁三天。 4，枕頭很難躺，很像是A4枕頭。 5，床頭燈光控制器感應不佳，第一晚要自己解決線路接觸不良，才能正常關閉燈光。
