• Jacob (8/5): Very comfortable stay in a great hotel. - We stayed in a very comfortable room which was spacious and had great decor. The swimming pool is lovely and the gym looked great (though admittedly, we didn’t use it on this visit). Location is great for a stadium visit and the staff are lovely. Only note would be to include an egg station for breakfast! But that’s us being fussy :-D.

Il Cresco Hotel Buriram ha una buona base, ma alcuni gravi problemi operativi ne sminuiscono il valore CIÒ CHE È ASSOLUTAMENTE DA MIGLIORARE: Igiene carente: Ho trovato asciugamani macchiati nel bagno. Ho dovuto chiederne la sostituzione. Pulizia inesistente: Sono stato due notti e la mia camera non è mai stata pulita. Privacy zero (per le stanze piano terra): La mia stanza era al piano terra. Senza tende serrate, si è completamente in vetrina. È un difetto strutturale di quelle camere. Servizio di housekeeping assente: I punti 1 e 2 insieme dipingono un quadro di gestione della pulizia molto trascurata. CONCLUSIONE: La struttura ha potenziale (spazi ottimi), ma manca totalmente nel servizio fondamentale della pulizia e della manutenzione della stanza. Paghi per una camera che, dopo il primo giorno, diventa progressivamente meno accogliente. Consiglio: Verificate bene lo stato della stanza all'arrivo e pretendete espressamente il servizio di pulizia giornaliero.

• Ben (9/5): Superb - We loved this hotel. Spacious, clean rooms with very modern and well-kept decor; a decent buffet breakfast and pool; a big car park; and an amazing gym! Also, since we were running in Buriram Marathon, it's an ideal location for its proximity to Buriram Stadium. It's also set back from the main road and away from the crowded, narrow streets of the centre, so it feels like a pretty peaceful escape. I would have preferred more cereal choices at breakfast, like oats, muesli, etc., as well as nicer bread.

• Volker (8/5): - The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite big, and quiet. Buffet for breakfast is stuffed with various possibilities to start the day. Rental of a scooter was my personal highlight.

• Musicman (9/5): The good location for football stadium, with professional hotel staff and clean facility. - The hotel staff were very professional and kind also facility was clean and well designed. I visited for ACLE football game, just 15 minutes walk good location to Buriram football stadium. The flight from Buriram airport to Bangkok(Air asia) was 8:25 but hotel breakfast was available from 7:00, I declined breakfast.

• Korkwan (7/5): If you don't mind about inadequate lightings in the room, it's a great hotel. - Bed is comfy. Our room with bathtub is spacious. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly with great service mind. Parking is plenty. The lightings in the room is really too dark. There are also no bedside lamps or isolated lights in case one person wants to sleep while the other doesn't. I wouldn't stay here again solely because of the inadequate lightings.

• Steve (9/5): Good as usual - Hotel, breakfast, pool all very good, and unbelievably good fitness centre. Stayed a few times, always good and very nice staff. Cleanliness not 100% perfect, was a small blood mark on plastic sofa when checked in, so obviously hadn’t been wiped/cleaned. Plus top of an old coffee sachet on floor. Cleaned myself as was still there in second day after room was serviced. I did mean to mention to staff although to be honest I forgot, so not their fault, easy to miss and I didn’t give them a chance to fix it.

• Giuseppe (9/5): Relax and enjoy your stay in Buriram - Well organised and clean hotel with large rooms, and a beautiful swimming pool. Restaurant is cosy, and the breakfast was good. Quiet area to relax. Good for couple and families. Definitively, a good choice.

• Bogdan (7/5): Good but not a 5 star hotel , 3 would be fair - Parking available without issues, near the racetrack. Tasty food but small variety. Staff was very friendly but not so reactive. Small choice of food at breakfast, less than a 4 star breakfast and it was a 5 star rated. I had 2 lizards in my room that I asked to be taken out on the morning, and when I got back in the room at the end of the day they still were there. Neighbourly rooms started to bang loud music by 6am and staff didn’t stop them. Even if the staff were very ver friendly and polite they took too much time to react when asked something.

The price is a little too high for the location and the view from the room is a wall. That there are no sun beds at the pool and upon arrival the pool was full of floating leaves. Also, there are no extra towels available in the room or clearly visible in front of the pool.

They offer spare rooms for us, but all rooms in level 1 have same Sewer smell. Finally we find room with clear air from level 2. No extra charge 👍. Feeling bad to write this, but i hope there is maintenance coming fast. All else was ok 🙂 Sewer smell in rooms what was in level 1

The breakfast is good, staff is very good, and check in/out was very fast. We really liked how quiet the rooms were. There was a convention or some type of event on one of the days and the parking lot was full.

• Roger (10/5): Brilliant hotel - Really enjoyed my stay at the Cresco Hotel staff very polite and efficient, nice well appointed large room, shower very good plenty of hot water, and one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in, in Thailand 😴 Food excellent from the restaurant, breakfast buffet was good also, hotel amenities swimming pool and surrounding garden very nice and relaxing. Looking forward to staying at the Cresco Hotel again when I return to Buriram next year

If you can get a deal on the room then it is the best value imo as the breakfast is the best even better than best western. I have seen cresco prices as high as 4000 a night which is way overpriced. I paid 1500 baht with breakfast at that price I will stay again. If more than 1500 a night I will stay somewhere else in buriram. The breakfast is very good but not worth paying more than 1500 imo.
