• Mary (7/5): Overall happy with our stay for the price and location! - This building is historical, from what I gathered, and was in good location next to the blue line train station. It made it super easy to get around Bangkok. It’s also a short walk from good restaurants and China Town. Breakfast wasn’t included in our stay which was a bummer, not sure they offer it anymore. Our TV was broken as well and we weren’t aware until we arrived. You have to climb stairs to get to your room so beware if you have a lot of luggage.
• Fidan (10/5): Das - Das Cacha hatt Charm und liegt perfekt im Chinatown besser kanm man es nicht haben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier kann problemlos auch abseits der Check in Regeln eingecheckt werden. Das nenne ich Service. Und Danke für die Süssigkeit und die tolle Karte als Willkommens Geschenk. Sogar eine Mitteilung per brief lags im Zimmer weil draußen Bauarbeiten sind das es zur einer gewissen Uhrzeit lauter sein kann. Nichts einach alles!

Le personnel est très gentil, très serviable et très arrangeant. Il fait tout pour que tout se passe au mieux. Le seul bémol est le bruit, pas du fait de l'hôtel : le métro est en travaux juste en face (ça ne va pas durer).

• Bhabani Sankar (6/5): Stay extension - low budget. good location. I had extended my stay for 2 days. But for that I had to wait for receptionist to come and take keys and extend the access. There is no staff at night. I had to go 4 floors by stairs with luggage, as no lift available.

But for shopping and tourist places, recommended to catch MRT. small library at 4th floor. View from terrece is good. room size is big. washbasin, WC and bathing area is partitioned, this is best part to utilize the utility symultaniously to get ready early. 2 AC is fit. 4 main door access card given to put in different slots in room. locker is midium size and easy to operate. I had selected this because of price is at lower compared to others. No lift. If you are booking triple sharing, there is one room on fourth floor. You have to carry all luggages in staircase. everyday you might had good time visiting places and got tiried, but you have to walk stairs. because this is at the corner, there is no space for taxi to stop. Most of the time taxi will drop opposite side. Construction on road happening, Road is blocked. To catch taxi, you need to walk alteast 100m away from hotel. No option to connect via whatsapp. No staff at night, security person will be not understand or answar; he will be on mobile. Rate chart given in room for loss or damage to any hotel items.

Je krijgt meteen nieuwe flesjes water, handdoeken etc. Wij hadden de kamer zonder raam, deze was wel echt vochtig, maar dat weet je van tevoren als er geen raam is. Daarom ook een goeie prijs. De lobby van het hotel is meteen een heel leuk koffietentje, aanrader om te zitten!

• Christian (6/5): Très bien pour un passage et pour visiter à pieds le vieux Bangkok et Chinatown - Emplacement idéal, sortie métro. Bon nombre de sites se font à pieds sans difficultés. Très bien pour une à deux nuits, juste pour dormir et visiter tranquillement. Hôtel rénové mais les chambres sont minimalistes, c’est aussi un peu bruyant entre circulation et travaux à proximité. Le pdj est tout aussi minimaliste…

• Adelina (4/5): - Only location There were no windows in the room, and the air quality was very poor. Even when keeping the bathroom fan running continuously, it did not help. There was no fresh air coming into the room, making it extremely difficult to breathe. This was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience for us. There was also significant noise from construction work taking place directly in front of the building. At times, we could even feel the room shaking repeatedly. The shower walls were dirty, and the underside of the sink was unclean and filled with used shower caps.
• KAWAGUCHI (8/5): - SamYot駅1番出口を出て信号渡って目の前にあります。カオサン、王宮、ヤワラート(中華街)は徒歩でも行ける距離(20〜30分)で観光に便利です。隣で工事をしていましたが特に音は気になりませんでした。周囲にコンビニは見当たりませんでしたが、徒歩5分ぐらいの場所にオールドサイアムショッピングプラザがあります。BIG Cは21時まで営業していました。アメニティはタオル、歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップと瓶入りのミネラルウォーター２本、ハンガー、コップ、使い捨てスリッパがありました。冷蔵庫はありません。シャワーはお湯が出て水圧もまあまあです。 窓のない部屋を利用したのでやや閉塞感あり。夜寝るだけなのでまあ問題なし。チェックイン前に一度荷物を預けてから20時過ぎに宿に戻ったのですが、警備員さん？しかおらず。その方はタイ語オンリーです。

• Bibbi80 (7/5): Per una o due sere va più che bene! - L'hotel si trova proprio di fronte alla fermata della metro sam yot. Ha un bel terrazzino e un buon bar al piano terra dove abbiamo fatto un'ottima colazione all'italiana, con cornetto e cappuccino. Lo staff sempre gentile e sorridente. La posizione è strategica e il prezzo è ottimo. La struttura è un po' datata, avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento. La camera piccola. Il letto non troppo scomodo, ma consiglio di cambiare i cuscini, alti e pieni di bozzi. Peccato per il cantiere di fronte e tutto intorno all'hotel, ha rovinato la vista dal terrazzo, ma non dipende di certo da loro, quindi tutto sommato per una o due sere va più che bene!

• Suzanne Amanda (9/5): A fabulous short break in a vibrant city - Fabulous coffee and art shop in the foyer, beds were huge and really comfortable. Value for money. Location was fab,in the heart of the city. We arrived very early before reception opened and security guard just copied our passports and gave us a key to our room, which was really helpful as we were very tired.
• Camilla (10/5): Alloggio perfetto per soggiornare a Bangkok! - Posizione super, praticamente di fronte all'ingresso di una delle linee principali della metropolitana e a mezz'ora di cammino dai principali siti di interesse turistico di Bangkok, il Palazzo Reale e i templi principali. Staff gentile e accogliente, c'era sempre qualcuno a disposizione anche nelle ore notturne e si sono addirittura accorti durante il check-out che avevamo dimenticato una power bank in camera, consegnandocela prontamente. La stanza era ampia, pulita e silenziosa nonostante l'affaccio su una strada trafficata con lavori in corso all'incrocio. Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante e con i filtri apparentemente puliti, dopo tante altre strutture in cui non abbiamo sperimentato la stessa situazione. Dopo il check-out, lo staff ci ha tenuto le valigie per tutta l'ultima giornata a Bangkok senza sovrapprezzi o problema alcuno, con riconsegna immediata quando siamo passati a ritirarle. Le prese elettriche e per l'inserimento della card che attiva l'elettricità nella stanza erano presenti esclusivamente all'interno dei letti, e non all'ingresso. Quando si arriva da fuori è un po' scomodo doversi infilare a letto con giacca e borse per attivare l'intera stanza. Inoltre sarebbe comodo avere un punto dove appendere l'asciugamano al di fuori della cabina doccia, non c'è un posto dove appoggiarlo nelle vicinanze. Per il resto tutto perfetto!

• Sabine (10/5): - The location is great and the staff is very kind. I had no problems checking in after hours with the security guard! The room is nice and clean, and the rooftop very cute. There wasn't anything I would have missed. And it's very convenient to have a café downstairs in the lobby. I had no problems during my stay, but as a heads up for all people who are travelling with heavy luggage or aren't good with stairs, there is no elevator. The intersection is pretty busy, so you might have to get dropped off further away in case you use Grab, but the MRT station is right across the hotel, which is a huge plus. -

• Kerri (5/5): Far from luxury - The location is pretty central, close to a metro line. The hotel is quite run down and the rooms are very basic. There is no lift so you have to climb the stairs. There was noisy construction going on outside. It is far from luxury but did the job as a bed for the night

• Lean (10/5): Perfect location—right across Sam Yot MRT and walking distance to Old Town eats. - The location is right across the MRT station (Sam Yot)—it doesn’t get any better than that! Great food in the Old Town is just a 10–15 minute walk away. The hotel is a charming heritage house, and we loved the warm ambiance and interiors. There’s no breakfast included, but we didn’t mind at all—there’s a nice café downstairs and some of the Old Town’s famous breakfast spots are just a short walk away. there's a construction going on in front but that's not the hotel's fault

• JunL (7/5): Great location; opposite Sam Yot MRT - Location - it is opposite Exit 1 of Sam Yot MRT Station and walking distance to ChinaTown. The wait staff at the cafe in the lobby are very friendly and polite. There is no lift and the stairs are very steep and dangerous when you have big pieces of luggage.
