Guest Reviews
- Dnfnfmr (10/5): Stay at Excel - Good staff and clean rooms. Tia on reception was very friendly and polite.
- C3969ROpaulw (10/5): A welcome return to London Excel Travelodge - I’ve been doing an inadvertent tour of London’s Travelodges in the last few weeks & they’re all great! Tonight it’s a welcome return to the Travelodge London Excel.
Also, Abi asked me to write this!
- lisasD239ZQ (10/5): Travelodge London Excel - We arrived at the hotel and my son who is a huge aeroplane fan asked if we could possibly have a room with a view of the airport. Tia was so lovely and welcoming. She managed to sort the perfect room. We have travelled from Devon and had been stuck in some horrendous traffic to arrive to the nicest of Welcomes. The staff have been amazing. Tia and Julla especially looked after us so well.
- 283cleoc (10/5): Friendly staff - Julia and Tia are fantastic. :)
- Navigator25980869694 (10/5): I really liked the service provided from the TL staff and they were very professional - I really liked the service provided from the TL staff and they were very professional TIA/julia
- tiannao2026 (10/5): Amazing - The staff in this hotel are very friendly i had my doubts about this hotel but it was the cheapest out of the area Demz was amazing very attentive and always fixed my issues the food was great breakfast was a bit busy but it was a nice start to the day thank you
- channye2026 (10/5): Demz is the best - I stayed at london excel for the pokemon event at the excel and this hotel is amazingthe staff are very friendly and helpful especially demz she helped us alot and had all the questions we needed we will be back next year
- 63rustyc (8/5): Basic but fine. - Basic travelodge room. Small and cramped but basic and all you need for a nights sleep. Clean and tidy. Basic. Parking expensive. And a can of Pepsi at the bar is extremely over priced.
- tarm2026 (10/5): Very friendly :) - Stayed for an event at the Excel Centre. Staff were courteous and friendly, had lovely food and service from a variety of staff, but the only two names I managed to catch were Abdur and Motiur. Will be back next year!
- Navigate24863878335 (10/5): No regrets - Was wary about staying as I saw some concerning reviews but the stay was great. I stayed 3 nights for Pokémon with my son. Parking was plentiful and only £12 for 24 hours. Luggage can’t be held so you can’t check in any earlier unless you pay for early check in. Rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. We had Breakfast all 3 days. We’re vegan and there was a lot for us to choose from. We had dinner in the hotel one night and the food was very good. Everyone was very nice and helpful especially Abi, Demz & Julia. Easy 10 minute walk to the Excel. We’d definitely stay here again!
- kcatto (10/5): Great location and lovely staff - The hotel is very convenient to the excel centre which is fantastic! The staff were lovely, especially Julia, Joy and IA.
They very kindly gave me a free teddy for valentine's day.
The hotel room is a good size and the bed is comfy. Parking isn't a terrible price for London!
- tristana311 (10/5): Enjoyed the stay - Really enjoyed the stay and would come again
- 674decb (10/5): That’s some hotel.. - This was our fifth stay at this location and we love it here!
The staff have a lot on their plate during Pokemon weekend, when we tend to stay here, and always have smile on and are so helpful and accommodating.
I would like to shout out CJ, Tia, Joy and Julia for making this particular stay extra enjoyable. They really have gone above and beyond for the guests and our other friends who are staying here all said the same thing.
We will be bringing them some chocolates for the staff room as a small thank you from us
- J2214RPyvonned (10/5): Amazing - We have been staying in this hotell for 5 years and this year has just been amazing the staff here are truly amazing they go above and beyond to make your stay nice and enjoyable!!! A huge thank you to Julla anxhela tia and joy for making it’s such a good 5 days I was verry worried coming to London in a wheelchair and you all made it so easy and pleasurable as soon as I got to the hotel xx
- Q3553OIcarlosd (10/5): Great stay - I had a great stay here, Vee the manager was very helpful. Wilson served me a nice drink very friendly and gave me a nice room
- alessiotQ6328ZB (8/5): Experience in London. - We stayed at this hotel for a week because of an international tournament. Despite the bad reviews we'd read, we stayed anyway, and I have to say, it wasn't bad at all. The staff was very welcoming and attentive, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent (considering that my son hates breakfast and was happy to have it here). Of course, not all that glitters is gold: the proximity to the airport is very noisy, but that's a price to pay for being so close; a lot of noise during the night (car and seagulls; and the lack of a hairdryer in the room (which is now available in almost every accommodation). But overall, we had a great time. Special mention to the staff I met during our stay (including Avinashi), who exuded professionalism and friendliness. If we ever return to London, we will seriously consider staying here again.
- 402tillyf (10/5): Amazing staff - The staff make this hotel ... absolutely amazing customer service .. From CJ on check in to TY in the morning . Fabulous staff
- lucassX6052SV (10/5): Lovely Lavish London !!! - What an amazing stay I had at the travelodge. Thank you to CJ and Red for making my night as smooth and enjoyable as it was.
Their attention to detail is what would make me return and recommend others to come, stay at Travelodge Excel !!!
- vigentasm (10/5): Fab time - The best spot when you want to go and have a fun time. The happy hour was good value for money, staff are so good at their job. CJ red and Mirian are lovely
- charliepZ2687VL (10/5): Quick trip - Had a great time at this travelodge, best I’ve ever been too. Great staff. CJ, Red and Mirian were such a vibe. I will be back
- Departure39796284552 (10/5): Great hotel and Laney was amazing! - The hotel was decent and in a nice location. Laney was amazing and her customer service was second to none. Thank you so much for helping out! I really appreciate it :))
- chantelleishola (10/5): Great staff, great hotel - Extremely clean and smells lovely. Staff very kind and friendly. Gave my daughter some candy
- colinpN6742TX (10/5): James an absolute star! - Lovely stay,staff really friendly.
Used onsite restaurant and making a special mention for staff member James!
Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made our meals very pleasant.
- 386sharm (10/5): Amazing - There was two amazing receptionist joy and nahidul they were very professional and everytime im I’m excel i am going to stay here
- jamesgT1615VD (10/5): Good experience; will repeat - I had a very positive experience with Joy who helped extend my stay and understood how to make a Guinness correctly. I will stay at this Travelodge again.
- G2098PYmitchm (10/5): Exceptional and helpful service - My experience here was amazing , Tia and The two of the few amazing receptionists who attended to me while I was here where very helpful and provided exceptional services. I'll definitely stay here again whenever I'm in town
- SharonRNo112 (10/5): Great stay - Bar location and atmosphere were great. The reception/bar staff were friendly and helpful. Hats off to Tia she was great.
- 447petern (6/5): Nice stay - For a Travelodge, it’s very nice. Up to date, clean and comfortable… but the person that made our stay… Tia who is the most pleasant young lady with the most beautiful smile. She made our stay a lovely experience… looking after 5 Irishmen in the bar… quite an achievement, thank you Tia.
- R5025TUpaulm (6/5): Good service poor food. - Food was very poor but reception/bar staff were fantastic, could not do enough, especially Tia.
- boyessex (10/5): Great location and customer service - Me and the Mrs stayed here before flying from City Airport - great welcome and customer services from James and a great deal booking direct with Travelodge website - just £45 for a room. The room is small but functional - clean and tidy. We had room 412 and it had a Lavazza coffee machine.
We ate at the restaurant - was around £15 for two courses. The menu is varied, so something for everyone. I had pie & the Mrs had curry - veggie options available. There is a bar. Highly recommend
- wesleyj706 (10/5): Excellent - Great time at the hotel . Staff are on point and gave good advice ,very helpful especially cj . Thank you for your help , much appreciated
- 265anaish (10/5): Excellent Service and a Pleasant Stay - I stayed at Travelodge for one night while travelling in from outside London for a meeting, and the experience was excellent.
From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, the customer service at reception was outstanding. One particular member of staff Eloï really stood out for being welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made my stay especially pleasant.
I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend Travelodge for both the comfort and the exceptional service.
- 493rjc (10/5): Great hotel, friendly staff - Had a lovely stay, Tia the receptionist was really polite and friendly and helped me with any questions I had. My room was very clean and spacious and good value for money. Will definitely book again.
- jeremyt291 (10/5): overnight stay - Great place for overnight stay or for budget stay with access to central London.
Welcoming reception. Helpful staff. Good quality and reasonable price food. (didn't try breakfast though) comfortable room. Altogether very good value for money
- 747zackf (10/5): Home from Home - On our arrival, the receptionist, Laney, was really helpful and allowed us to find our rooms. Facilities were clean. Great place all around 👍.
- A1311WDruthg (10/5): Last minute booking for passport renewal - Helpful, polite staff, especially Demz.
Clean, well equipped room. Comfortable night. Good location for excel and passport office.
- katherinecK3614JS (8/5): Great hotel to visit Excel - Great location for Excel. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Good restaurant area downstairs and friendly, helpful staff.
Good value for money.
- janzuir (10/5): Brilliant service & hospitality. - From the min I was in everyone was nothing but welcoming, this travelodge is heavily advised, the managers(Vee & CJ), the workers (Abi,Miriam, Jayden and etc) and the list goes on, proper welcoming team.
Will be coming back for sure.
Ps. Try one of the pizza😌
- D9184QKdeborahw (8/5): great price - nice hotel. near elizabeth line. great price for London but I bet it depends what's going on in the excel.
negatives. no longer offer luggage storage which is disappointing and as a lone female didn't feel safe returning to hotel on a night
- N7002NZoliverb (10/5): The best - This place is amazing Demi Abi Julia and Anxhela has been great they are full of energy and its a great atmosphere-,,,....
- BENNIJONES (10/5): Lovely Hotel - My first visit to travelodge excel
The room was so nice comfortable and spacious, bathroom clean
I locked myself out, I was on my way to reception whenI met this nice young lady her name is Cj, told her i locked myself out of my room and she told me not to worry
She walked with me to reception and she issued me a new one, made me feel welcome and safe
Thank you Cj
- W1178MKvincents (10/5): Brilliant customer service - Fantastic customer service from CJ on arrival. Really welcoming after a long drive. Always pleasant, and very professional.⭐️
- 292gemmaj (10/5): Well worth the money - Clean room and great service. We came down to London for our anniversary and CJ was very hospitable. She has great knowledge of fun things to do in town would definitely come back
- petersO8416UD (10/5): Helpful staff and great location. - Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Nice location. Great unlimited buffet breakfast.
The staff are the friendliest and most helpful, knowledgeable and helpful I’ve ever encountered. Made suggestions that improved our visit and experience.
- N9125CBpascalr (10/5): Super Hotel - service was amazing
julia was super attentive and kind!! :)
staff was super kind and the breakfast was incredible
definately will be back
- wests450 (10/5): Lovely staff, great stsy - Lovely staff especially Abi, Julia at breakfast. They have all entered into the Christmas spirit. Breakfast great as usual, hot and plentiful. Well stocked. Rooms as they should for a good nights sleep. Thank you travel lodge again
- dnarag1 (10/5): Five star hotel experience - The service in the Excel Travelodge was great. Julia was really helpful when we came down for the breakfast buffet. I will be back!
- 529nafeesaa (10/5): Great stay - Great service at breakfast, julia was lovely, loved her Christmassy outfit. I would definitely come here again. Great trip
- johncD4493HS (10/5): Excellent location and staff. - Great hotel and all of the staff have been helpful and so friendly. Tucked away in docklands by Excel great place to stay with multiple travel options into the city.
- 256websites (10/5): Excellent staff throughout - We thought ‘just a Travelodge’ but the staff made our trip so much better. From CJ on the front desk to the waiting staff in the restaurant they were excellent, and well done to the chef for some great food!
- 483drdavidb (10/5): Clean, warm and functional . Friendly staff - Very functional hotel and staff were great. Esp Julia who remembered me from last time . It’s a no frills hotel but that’s what you want and the drinks prices aren’t too off the scale.
- Claire2514 (4/5): Not the cleanest - Arrived late at night, first room we were given stank and had not been cleaned properly, semi fresh, used chewing gum stuck in carpet, bits everywhere.
Hung door hanger to request fresh towels/room clean the next morning. Got back late at night, room not been touched and no clean towels. Went to reception and was given 2 towels that were screwed up on the side. Was told would have to wait for hand towel. Member of staff brought hand towel to the room later, it was covered in holes and filthy. At check in we were told you could order food all night if needed, so planned to eat on our return after the concert to be told kitchen was closed to orders. Deliveroo took almost 2 hours and was inedible. We would have eaten before returning if we had known hotel was not serving food. Hand soap and shower gel is so watered down it does not work.
- paloma393 (8/5): very close to Excel London, perfect location for an event there - Silence in the room, very nice staff, comfortable beds, kettle in the room, overall a good experience
- GoPlaces39532677867 (10/5): Enjoyable - Great service by Laney really helpful and informative and friendly thank you for your help ! made our visit easy and enjoyable
- Sebjes7 (2/5): Not Value for Money; Lacking Basic Amenities and Customer Courtesy - Our stay was highly disappointing and certainly not good value for money. The reception staff were notably impolite and unhelpful, offering very poor service throughout our visit. Basic amenities were absent—we had no toiletries like toothbrushes or paste, and no complimentary bottle of water was provided. Furthermore, the hotel is highly priced, and we were charged a substantial fee just for an early check-in, which should be a complimentary gesture for such high rates. I would not recommend this hotel.
- dwaynec572 (10/5): Amazing experience - Lovely staff Abi, fausta and Roy were lovely and very accommodating would highly recommend this travel lodge (excel).
- 989catalinh (10/5): Good breakfast - Very good breakfast experience. Coffee machine was stuck and the staff eas very helpfull unblocking it.
Thank you Anxhela
- adamdI4727FY (10/5): Excellent Stay with Standout Service from Julia - We had a really enjoyable stay at Travelodge London Excel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for accessing the Excel centre and the surrounding area. The rooms were well-maintained and we found everything we needed for a pleasant visit.
A particular highlight was Julia, who looked after us at breakfast one morning. She was absolutely brilliant, warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Her professional yet personable approach really stood out and made that morning especially memorable. It’s staff like Julia who make the difference between a good stay and a great one.
Overall, we’d highly recommend this Travelodge to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again.
- vivekkN8828VM (10/5): Thanks Julia at Travelodge Excel - A great service from Julia over breakfast- caring, conscientious & provided help when needed without any problem.
Definitely recommended.
- Postiewales (10/5): Lovely stay - Lovely friendly service will definitely come again
Staff excellent always willing to help and always greet you with a smile
- Full2001 (8/5): An acceptable budget hotel. - Generally this hotel is acceptable. Bathroom was spotless, but shower was a little weak. Bed and floor had a stain but seemed like it was just missed rather than ignored.
Room was quiet and bed comfortsble. The location is great for Excel. Not too much noise from the airport and it stopped earlier enough to not be disturbing.
Staff were friendly and helpful (thanks Ty)
Would stay here again.
- 929callum (2/5): No longer allowed to drop your bags off before check in, don’t arrive before 15:00. - No longer allowed to drop your bags off before check in, however more than happy to offer early check in (for a room that is currently empty) for 15 quid more than what you have already spent.
- Eleanortt99 (10/5): Always a pleasant stay - Always a good experience staying here for business. Rooms are clean and decent size. Breakfast is good too, and served with a smile by the very friendly Roy :)
- figrow (10/5): Good travelodge - Decent, clean hotel, a little bit out of the way especially as the DLR terminated at Prince Regent on the day of my trip but it was a nice 10-15 min walk along the river over. Nice views over London City Airport, and Michael was happy to prepare a 2:15am Cheesy Garlic Bread for me. Very nice that the cafe bar is open around the clock. Would come again
- georgeburnsy1999 (10/5): 10/10 - Very relaxed atmosphere, decent pints on tap, food is solid, sound location, friendly staff, very solid hotel can’t complain
- markjC6360TN (10/5): Business stay at travelodge excel - Had a decent meal and a couple of beers at the travelodge while working at excel, Abi and James at the bar and reception area were great, both were very helpful and very polite.
- josephcX5062HU (10/5): Wonderful - We stayed here on the 31st of October , and Abi couldn’t have been more helpful
If you stay her , ask for her as she will make the visit very memorable
- Mobile01635767715 (2/5): Change stay policies without warning. - We booked this Hotel for Comic Con - specifically because when asked they said we could leave our bags before checking in. We traveled early, got the the hotel and they told us no, they changed the policy a week beforehand. Meaning that our day was now ruined - we have to wait 3 hours more before we can go into comic con as we now cannot leave our luggage. The Manager really didn’t care, and said no rooms were available
- Louise_UK_999 (2/5): Bed bugs - Whilst the staff is very pleasant the hotel is not a good place to stay - we got bitten by bed bugs, I crushed one not knowing what it was until I later googled it.
The carpet was stain, the shower head rusty, the soap dispenser broken and there were cigarettes butts on the window sill - I would have liked to think it was a one off, but that’s actually the second room we got given after the window handle in the first one was found hanging loose. It’s cheap but not worth the price.
- TravelfunBedford (4/5): Disappointing - I was disappointed with my recent stay at the London Excel Travelodge. The room lacked modesty curtains, meaning it was either fully open — allowing people in opposite rooms and outside to see in — or completely closed, leaving the room dark during daylight hours. I requested to change rooms and was moved to the third floor, but the same issue remained.
There was no hairdryer in the room, which I only discovered after unpacking, and I had to go to reception to request one, which was not very powerful and did not have a nozel.
The bathroom had no bath mat, causing the floor to become very wet after showering, and with no extractor fan, it stayed steamy for a long time.
The chair had a stain on it.
Breakfast was also disappointing. The hand sanitiser station at the breakfast buffet was empty, and the gluten-free options were extremely limited — only cornflakes were available, with no gluten-free toast or pastries, despite all guests paying the same price.
Additionally, while public Wi-Fi is advertised, it is only free for 30 minutes before a charge applies, which was not made clear in advance.
There is noise from the planes at the airport across the water but this was not an issue over night.
You have to request more teabags each morning, but despite putting the tag on my door, this did not happen on my 2nd night.
Upon checking out, I was informed that the hotel no longer provides luggage storage, which was very inconvenient as I had planned to collect it later.
I did raise a complaint and was offered a refund for my breakfast, which I appreciated, but it did not make up for the overall experience.
On a positive note, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel is around a 20-minute walk from the west entrance of Excel. However, due to the number of issues encountered, I would not choose to stay here again
- sernavernab (10/5): Great visit - Excellent location for Excel and great tube links. Hotel was clean. All the staff were amazing, very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Great that it has its own large car park.
- gradinarucossmin (2/5): Never again - Never again back, never recommending this place, expensive and people rude to be fair, towels dirty,
- paulleak (4/5): Could be better - Visit was for business at the Excel, great location. the cleanliness was questionable, there were stains on the from of the shower tray, dirt in the corners on the floor, the carpet although hovered had stains in.
The white lighting in the room is not conducive to a relaxing atmosphere, the mattress was comfortable but the bed base 'creaked every time you moved, poor base construction. For the price i could have got a room at the Premier Inn or the Double Tree round the corner where I normally would stay had they had a room.
- thomasgP4032BB (10/5): Trip - Red, was very accomodating.
Very professional.
Well done Red
See you on the next gig.
Will definitely recommend to all my colleagues
- Culture01471763117 (10/5): Excellent - Red is best person in reception very helpful. Good clean hotel. Very recommended. Thanks for everything. See you again soon
- SteffL684 (8/5): Lovely and quiet but a little bit out of the way - Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Happy Hour from 5 -7 food not brilliant but great Chinese Restaurant across the road. No shops nearby. Near to train station
- morgent637 (10/5): 26-27th sept 2025 - Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff especially laney and wilson, definitely coming back again. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.
- ROBERT (10/5): - FRIENDLY STAFF
VERY GOOD RANGE OF FOOD FOR BREAKFAST
- klr81 (10/5): Great location. Great hotel - The location was brilliant for the Tattoo convention at the Excel. The staff were great. Thank you James & Red. You guys are amazing. The room was exceptionally clean. There was a really good atmosphere in the bar Saturday night. Food was also very good at breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend.
- 358aleksc (10/5): Nice Hotel. - Wilson, the receptionist is very accommodating and welcoming. He also answers queries respectfully. The place is easily accessible to train station.
- C9246BDdavidr (10/5): Travelodge Breakfast, what a pleasant surprise! - We have never had a Travelodge Breakfast before as have always been catching an early flight but at the Excel we weren’t in a hurry so thought we would give breakfast a try. What a pleasant surprise, excellent selection, very good quality ingredients (particularly the Bacon and Sausages and very importantly to me the cooked selection was nice and hot. Compliments to chef Angela and waitress Lane who was so friendly and helpful. A very good start to the day, would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay.
- madcatwoman3 (8/5): Pleasant stay but hotel could do with updating - Pleasant stay, hotel very clean and staff welcoming. Ocean was particularly helpful and friendly and took time to assist us with directions etc. The hotel is clean but the temperature of the whole hotel is stifling hot. There are fans in the rooms but
not ideal. The bed could also do with replacing. It looks like the mattress may have been replaced at some time but the bed base is so old and warped it made the bed quite uncomfortable and caused backache.
- T6553AXmm (10/5): Amazing Hotel - Me and my friend stayed at this hotel for around 2 weeks and it was such a lovely experience. All the staff treated us so amazing and for two girls who are not familiar with london, our stay was one of the best we have ever had!
- bethrN9541GK (10/5): Breakfast - Ocean was amazing very helpful and a great welcome in the morning She was able to direct us where we wanted to visit later was so polite helpful and cheerful
- dilpeshp2025 (10/5): Latest Royal Albert Travelodge Experience - Abi was very polite since she checked me in and served me at the bar in the evening. Very helpful, polite, and personable.
- G4164INryanc (10/5): Perfect For Business Travel to London - Quite simply, this is the best option for cost-effective business travel to London.
I travel to London 3-4 times a month and you simply can't beat this place. Easy to get to, new, clean rooms and a quick ride in public transport to the City. And for fraction of the price.
The best thing about this place is the staff. All I have dealt with have been friendly, efficient and accommodating. It's worth mentioning in particular Nadia and Abi - just really nice to deal with.
So if you are travelling to London and youre looking for clean, comfortable accommodation with friendly staff at an excellent price, this is the place.
- Adventure60729359281 (8/5): Amazing Staff - As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with a smile and were checked in a timely manner. We ate and had drinks in the bar/cafe on a couple of occasions and also had breakfast there. At all times the staff were friendly and extremely polite and helpful. Amazing Abi is obviously a gem to have on the staff as she is always so smiley and cheerful and nothing is a bother to her when it comes to delivering a top notch service. When James delivered our meals to us he was very polite and had a lovely table manner and obviously also a credit to the staff.
- 690timr (8/5): Friendly staff and great value for money. - Great value for money. Friendly staff make you feel welcome. Special call out to Abi who served in the bar/restaurant as well as reception.
Rooms are not huge but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only downside is the lack of aircon which we really noticed on couple of nights. Fans are provided and they certainly helped as well as opening the window.
Very close to the DLR so it’s quick to get to the attractions of central London. It’s also close to the London City Airport.
- 743moham (10/5): 10 out 10 - We had dinner with friends it was so delicious and staff was very friendly .one of staff Motiur rahman .he is very friendly and attentive
- 645samiula (10/5): Abi and james have been amazing here at the bar and reception they have made my stay excellent will definitely be back t - Abi and james have been amazing here at the bar lovely service at reception also rooms were nice and clean will definitely be back to this hotel and recommend to friends
- marions211 (8/5): Good stay - Slept here while we were at a convention in the excel centre. When you cross the street you can walk along the water with the airport on the other side of the water.
They have an okay breakfast. Not too special but fine. Dinner is also possibly they have a small dinner card. And meal deals.
The only downside was that there was no airco in the rooms and it was very warm outside so it became very warm in the hotelroom as well.
- 293lailag (6/5): Ok for short stays - Ok, if you need to visit an event at the Excel London. Close to the HLR station. Bathroom quality fell short.
- 187gemb (10/5): Great team and lovely hotel; everything you need for a lovely weekend away! - Lovely team especially Roy at the Cafe/Restaurant; his smile and warm welcome during my stay at the Hotel instantly made me feel welcome and he was really helpful working hard to make sure guests had a great stay! This is in a perfect location for events at the ExCel in London and with the comfortable bed, en-suite bathroom and kettle with tea/coffee provided aswell as a lovely restaurant; I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay! Thankyou everyone at the London ExCel Travelodge!
- benjaminkL5387IV (8/5): The staffs were very nice and had good customer service - The room toilet was blocked end flooded,Water coming through to the room
When I reported the issue to the staff called Ashley he took an immediate action ,He came to the room and sort the problem out and dried the wet floor.
