Old Towna Yorumlarda soykenildigi gibi 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde fakat 200_250 merdiven çıkmayı göze alırsanız. Bize verilen odanın Yatakları inanılmaz rahatsız eşim ve ben baş aşağı uyuduk. Kızıma verilen tek kişilik koltuktan açma yatak kırık. Çatı katı mı desem bilemedim açılmayan camın yarısına kadar catı sarkıyor, dışarısını görebilmek icin egilmeniz gerekiyor. Camlar bantlanmış açılmadığı icin hiçbir yerden hava almıyordu.

Daria (8/5): Świetna lokalizacja - Plusy: świetna lokalizacja, duży i dobrze wyposażony apartament, klimatyzacja, balkon, cena, opcja parkingu. Minusy: słaby kontakt z gospodarzem, czekałam kilka dni na odpowiedź na booking, w dniu przyjazdu sama musiałam prosić o instrukcje. Stresujące było też dopraszanie się o miejsce parkingowe, które było dla nas, a było zajęte jak przyjechaliśmy. Do poprawy kurz, śmieci na podłodze i podarte firanki. Słychać co się dzieje u sąsiadów - nawet puszczaną wodę.

Antigoni (10/5): - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στην Παλιά Πόλη του Ντουμπρόβνικ, ιδανική επιλογή για όσους θέλουν να έχουν εύκολη πρόσβαση στα αξιοθέατα χωρίς τη φασαρία του κέντρου. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν στάσεις λεωφορείων για εύκολες μετακινήσεις, καθώς και φούρνος, καφέ, σούπερ μάρκετ και επιλογές για ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτου, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο άνετη. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά πρόθυμος και διαθέσιμος να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε, ενώ και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και φιλικό. Συνολικά, μια πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία διαμονής.

Kinga (10/5): Super apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji :) - Apartament czysty, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne do komfortowego spędzenia urlopu. Lokalizacja jest plusem, ponieważ w 20 minut pieszo można dostać się na Stare Miasto. Szkoda, że nie da się otworzyć okien, aby przewietrzyć, ale jest bardzo wydajna klimatyzacja, która to rekompensuje.

The balcony was bigger than expected which was a bonus; and we were well satisfied with the host offering an efficient airport shuttle service, The additional bed in the room which we did not need took up a lot of the available space. Details of the location of the nearest bus stop and a timetable would have been useful

It wasn't really useful for as it was not so private and doesn’t have any real good view.

The location is perfect—within easy walking distance to Old Town and very close to several supermarkets. The apartment is fully equipped; both the kitchen and the bathroom had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

Falko (9/5): Spacious, clean apartment, perfect for exploring the old town and the surrounding area. - The apartment is within walking distance of the old town, located on a main street. Shopping facilities are nearby, and arriving by car was uncomplicated, as we could book parking spaces (for an additional fee). That was an important point because parking spaces in Dubrovnik are hard to find and expensive. Contact with the hosts was friendly and helpful, key handover via a key box was uncomplicated. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. It has air conditioning and a comfortable balcony. Unfortunately, there were a few details that were somewhat inadequate. For example, some handles were broken, the faucet wasn't properly installed, and the bathroom window wouldn't close properly. The facilities could also be improved. With a little effort, these points could be enhanced and the accommodation would be perfect.

The only downside was the drainage in the shower and the bathroom sink, which appeared to be partially blocked. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was the one thing that could be improved.

Le Mener (9/5): - Vue magnifique surtout pour le coucher de soleil. Très confortable, nous étions 4 dont enfants de 17 et 20 ans. Il faut compter 20 minutes à pied pour aller à la vieille ville car beaucoup de marches pour revenir à l'appartement. Il manque des couverts, il faudrait avoir assez pour 2 repas à 4.

Ioulia Anna (5/5): Sleep deprivation doesn't beat great location. (My first negative review) - The location is great and it's really close to the Old Town. It's only a 10 minute walk. The facilities were all provided and the room was very clean. There is also parking provided for 15 euros per night, which is very useful since parking is scarce. Unfortunately, we couldn't get any sleep in this place. The sound insulation was horrible. We could hear every single step of the people staying upstairs like thumping. We could only sleep when they slept and on our last day we had to wake up at 6 am because they did. We had a 4 hour drive ahead of us. Not thrilled. On our first day, there was construction being done in the building so, again, we had to wake up very early in the morning. The main purpose of accommodation is to provide sleep, and we definitely didn't get any during our stay. If you stay in the upper floor, you'll have a very different experience I guess. Finally, communication was only done through texts. The host doesn't answer calls. Expect some slight delays.

Magorzata (8/5): - Lokalizacja ,która umożliwia zwiedzanie starej jak i nowszej części miasta na pieszo. Blisko są również przystanki autobusowe, jak i dostęp do tarasu z zejściem do morza. Miało się wrażenie , że śpimy w kuchnia. Aneks kuchenny narzucał się wizualnie.
ELISENDA (7/5): - En general força bé, és un apartament ampli. Va ser una mica complicat obtenir la informació per fer el check-in. A més, vam trobar a faltar una cafetera i algunes comoditats bàsiques a la cuina.

Salome (9/5): Muy recomendable - Apartament9 cómodo y bien equipado, personal atento, a 20 minutos del centro. Ofrecen aparcamiento muy de valorar tal y como es la ciudad

Markus (9/5): - Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet, blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die reibungslose, freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder!
