Rien globalement, mais je ferais quelques suggestions : - proposer 1 ou 2 bouteilles d'eau gratuites dans le minibar (ce serait un "vrai" plus) - disposer d'un accès Netflix sur les TV (de plus en plus fréquent). - pouvoir changer de table au petit-déjeuner ou au restaurant pour pouvoir profiter de la vue

- Mussa (10/5): A comfortable and welcoming stay with spacious rooms, great facilities, and attentive staff who went - The hotel was easy to find with parking right outside, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. Our room was very spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surrounding scenery. Breakfast on the second day was excellent — plenty of options and a reserved table was a thoughtful touch. The outdoor heated pool was a great facility too, and when it snowed the staff were really helpful in assisting us to clear the car. The town of Ortisei is only around an eight-minute drive away and has plenty of amenities including restaurants — though you would really benefit from having a car to get around easily. The only thing worth mentioning was that despite having a double bed, we were given two separate single duvets, which felt a little unusual. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means, but it would have been nicer to have a proper double duvet.

- Murray (10/5): We'd stay here again if we visited Ortisei again. This is like a jewel in the area. It was delightfu - This is a fabulous location. It's not in Ortisei, but it overlooks the town and up the valley to the peaks of the Dolomites. The facilities are excellent, and the room size was unexpectedly generous. While this hotel is not located in Ortisei, it's only a 10-minute bus ride into the centre of town, and the buses run every 30 minutes. Everything was excellent.

- Ahmad (8/5): Very good - Everything about our stay was exceptional and the view was astonishing. Our check-in experience was pleasant, thanks to a friendly receptionist who welcomed us warmly. However, our check-out completely ruined the impression. We were just 15 minutes late checking out when a different, much less courteous receptionist called and told us to pay and leave immediately. I politely explained that we were finishing packing and just needed 5 more minutes, but she refused to give us even that and insisted we come down and check out right away. Her tone was unprofessional and unnecessarily harsh. A bit of understanding or basic courtesy would’ve gone a long way, especially for such a minor delay. Sadly, this final interaction left us with a bad taste and overshadowed what was otherwise a good stay.

- Phoebe (10/5): Relaxing stay with beautiful mountain views. - A wonderful experience staying at this property. The photos don’t do the place justice with their amenities and mountain views. It was a very relaxing place to return after a day of hiking. Make sure you take advantage of the sauna, and the outdoor spas and pools. A kettle in the room with tea bags would have improved our stay.

Our room was on the fourth floor, so we had to carry our bags up a very narrow curved staircase. And due to the fact that heat rises our room was very warm for sleeping.

- Greta (9/5): Superb - Spacious room, modern set-up and good size balcony. All neccesary facilities inside the room and nice spa with extended access on check-out day. Location with a gorgeous view to the valley. Welcome aperitivo hour was a pleasant surprise! The aircon did not work and the bed had a gap in the middle made up from two single mattrasses. No staff at reception later in the evening (23:00 could not access the property due to faulty key and had to wait around and ring the bell for several minutes)

- Liisa (9/5): Great spa and family hotel - The hotel is located in a valley on the edge of Val Gardena. Private and picturesque, it’s only 7minutes by car from Ortisei. The hotel is furnished in traditional mountain style, the spa is great, divided into two parts, the swimming pools, including heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi and a sauna area with traditional and steam saunas. The breakfast is really great, including Prosecco and made to order egg dishes. There’s also a free shuttle service to the main ski lifts in Ortisei and a nice ski storage room.
