Guest Reviews
- Gammon (10/5): Incredible views - The view was incredible and the hot tub was great Sofa was a little small

- Rebecca (10/5): Absolutely Perfect - Clean, cute and perfect location. Loved having a washer and dryer. And the upstairs was awesome, Our 9 year old and 14 year old had the best time. Thank you for the starter kit of soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. The view was phenomenal and the location was absolutely perfect for us going to Pigeon Forge some days and Gaitlinburg the others. We were literally on the side of a mountain with only 2 other cabins in sight yet had 2 local pizzeria options near the entrance of neighborhood and town was maybe 5 mins. Highly recommend and my family will be staying here again. We did Anakeesta, a UTV mountain tour, the 2 hour magic show in PF, Dollywood, The Island, Goats on the Roof mountain coaster, Ripley's Aquarium, and if you like haunted houses definitely do the Mystery Mansion! We do Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando every year and this house was awesome and terrifying lol. The actors was great. Too intense for little ones. My 9 year old didn't go. My 14 year old loved it. The actors took a pic with my little one out front since he wouldn't go in. This was a epic vacation. The couch downstairs was so hard and small. I had read that in other reviews so I brought a saucer fold out chairs from hom and that helped so we at least had seating for all 4 of us. Also the 8 ball is not balanced. I thought they were just making fun about missing shots but then we tested it by gently rolling with our hand and its way off.
- Luke (9/5): Superb -
- Gena (10/5): Stayed at a lot of places but this place was amazing!! - This place was wonderful!! It was a last minute booking because our motel didn’t work out! So thankful it didn’t. The beds!!! OMG, so comfy.. everything was clean, washer and dryer was a plus, and they gave us complimentary laundry detergent. I plan on booking here again. Our entire family had a wonderful time! Nothing bad to say..
- Barbara (4/5): Not at all what I expected. - The view. The cabin was very unclean. The bathtub was very filthy. The hot tub had a ladies shorts and bikini top on it which tells me that the hot tub was also filthy. I would not recommend this cabin to anyone.
- Summer (7/5): Very beautiful view. Would have gave it a five stars if it wasn’t for the dirty tub. - The view Everything was very well cleaned up until my daughter used the jetted bathtub in the upstairs bathroom. I assumed it would be cleaned well before we got there, but after the water drained you could see all kinds of dirt and crud that came from using the jets in the tub. Really gross.
- Omar (10/5): Love the location - The view is amazing The main bed was not comfortable
- Stanjuarnia (8/5): Very good - The top room is open, no blinds, and the beds are in the open room with the games. The bottom room is very tight, not much room to navigate and the beds need atleast four more firm pillows instead of two.
- Ben (6/5): Great view and location, very clean, terrible tiny couch, and NEVER go through Vacasa again. - The view was great and very clean, great location close to everything, internet, cable, appliances all worked great Vacasa management was awful, we were in an area badly affected by the hurricane 2 weeks prior to the trip and they refused to consider any accommodation such as rescheduled dates, etc, due to the hurricane situation. We were told no, and our options were make the drive through our region of NC/SC, or lose the money. Also, the large couch in the photos is NOT what is in the home. It is a VERY small very uncomfortable couch that we thought may have been a childrens couch it was so small. Also, while it did not affect us, the AC has a limit of 69 degrees, no cooler, so in warm weather months the home will be warm for much of the day. It was colder weather during our trip so it was not a problem. However, our experience with Vacasa ensured we will NEVER rent a unit managed by them again.
- Stephanie (10/5): Amazing views and very comfy beds! - The views are amazing !
- Cesilia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Heaven (8/5): Very good -
- Arthur (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patty (10/5): Exceptional - Wow can not say enough about the cabin. Will definitely stay here again. The view of the mountains was breath taking.
- Skyler (9/5): great - very clean and the view was immaculate the hot tub wasn’t filled up properly and after looking it’s missing some seals so that’s why they don’t fill it up all the way .
