• Gary (8/5): - Great location. Condo was nice. Disappointed that they had a tub but you couldn’t soak in the tub or take a bath. Only shower. Tub wouldn’t hold water and every time you turned the faucet in the tub to warm water it automatically turned the faucet off and the shower head on. Only cold water was accessible in the tub faucet. Burners on stove wouldn’t work but when I checked them they weren’t plugged in properly for an electric stove. I fixed it then it worked fine. Overall we had a great vacation and it was well worth the money!

• David (10/5): Didn't Disappoint - Great view of the beach, awesome parking and quick access. Using the elevator you'll be from condo to beach in about 80 steps. Balcony view panoramic and captures both sunrise and sunset. All amenities for a comfortable stay. Love love it

• Moore (5/5): Very disappointed in the unit size an cleanliness . The beach view and location were great. Communication was very good - The location and view from the balcony. Unit was very small…it would comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 young children. We had 6 in our group. Bunk beds are for children and are in the main hallway. The one bathroom is very small and difficult for 6 of us. Unit smelled very musty/mildewy and was damp the whole stay. Unit floor was dirty and not very clean. Roaches in living room area. I’ve stayed in many condos and air b&bs over the years(I’m 67) and this was the worst.

• Edna (8/5): Beautiful, cozy condo , fit all our needs and we walked a short distance to eat or get ice cream. Close to Walmart and a - Perfect beachfront, you can sit in living room and watch beach!!💕🏖️ Just needed one more small skillet for cooking.
• Cody (10/5): Our Family Trip To Emerald Skye 52 - Everything was wonderful! It was a beautiful room, with a beautiful view, it was my kids first time to the beach, and the access to the beach front was easy to get to, and the pool, which is heated, was my kids favorite thing!! Will definitely be booking with emerald skye again!! The only thing I didn't like, was there is only one frying pan in the kitchen to use, to cook all our meals in, washing it, and reusing it multiple times to cook different things was difficult, and made cooking meals longer, it would make cooking very more tolerable, if they could put 2, or 3 pans to use in the kitchen.

• Lisa (10/5): Most relaxing vacation ever! - The location is perfect! This condo is on the the most pristine beach. Close location to many restaurants, bars, groceries, anything you could possibly need for a memorable vacation! Having to go home!

• Anonymous (5/5): Won’t stay on property again - Décor was coordinated color scheme; proximity to beach & restaurants; View was excellent. Very outdated building. Dirty room. Broken elevator. Very inhospitable. The requirements for stay including check-out was detailed but worded in a derogatory and inhospitable manner. NO extras of even a roll of toilet paper was allowed to be asked. And if you did have a need there were absolutely no employees to ask for help of any kind. Elevator was broken for over a day and a half so a 5th floor stay was unbearable when carrying luggage. Door passcode entry system never worked on the first try. No key or key card. Had to clean up after yourself with no maid service of any kind. No late check out allowed. Check out was at 10 am. Late fees were astronomical. Pier in photos is private and no accessible unless staying at Four Seasons next door (which is where we will stay in future).
