• Marta (5/5): - L'apartament està davant de una discoteca. Cada nit hi ha soroll de música i gent cridant al carrer. No es pot dormir. Els llits no són comodes.
• Ana (1/5): Check in, personal y asistencia pésimos - Solo la ubicación No era el que habíamos alquilado. Nos asignaron uno diferente y como compensación se nos ofreció una plaza de parking que aceptamos… cuando llegamos no había constancia de ello y tuvimos muchos problemas para aparcar. Adicionalmente cuando llegamos al apartamento, el cual difería de la ubicación del check in, resulta que la llave de acceso no funcionaba, por lo que tuvimos que llamarles para que vinieran a traer una nueva. Encima cuando subimos arriba y accedemos por primera vez al alojamiento, no había ni toallas… un poco desorganizados en todos los sentidos. Parecía como si no supieran que veníamos. Tardamos aproximadamente hora y media en hacer todo esto cuando veníamos de madrugada muy muy cansados. Debería mejorar notablemente el proceso de entrada. Por otro lado, el chico que nos atendió era pasivo, no parecía tener ganas de dar soluciones prácticas a cada uno de estos inconvenientes. Nos mandó a un parking de pago 24h y estaba cerrado… era todo cagada tras cagada. Para colmo hemos estado las 2 noches con olor a marihuana en todo el edificio porque no hay ventilación en el patio interior… horrible experiencia. ¿4 ascensores y más de 5 mins para cogerlo? Una locura de lugar… no lo recomiendo. 2 rollos de papel higiénico para 3 días y cuando pedimos que nos proporcionen extra, no hay señales de vida…

Aspettare oltre un'ora per ricevere le chiavi e registrare gli ospiti in un'ufficio a 300mt dall'appartamento non è stato il miglior benvenuto

• Jonathan (7/5): - Aunque no está tan cerca de las pistas esta a unos 10 min a pie esta al lado del área para pasear perritos así que si viajas con mascota es ideal. El ascensor se hecha en falta. Tambien que el hecho de que cobren en WiFi, en mi caso particular no lo utilicé ya que lleve una esim pero estaría guay que no lo cobraran.

• Alicia (3/5): De las fotos del alojamiento a lo que es nada que ver - La ubicación, que se encuentra relativamente cerca de las pistas de esqui La cama del sofá pésima hacia mucho ruido cuando te movías y era incomidísima para dormir, las almohadas malísimas, eran finísimas, la vajilla estaba sucia y la nevera olía fatal, el mando de la tele no funcionaba y solo cambias la tele manualmente por lo que cada vez debías que levantarte para cambiar de canal y el baño tenía ciertos deterioros

Tuve que ir otra vez a la oficina para preguntar ya que el numero del portal estaba mal anotado. Tambien se equivocaron en la contraseña wifi y no pudimos conectarnos, cosa que despues de reclamar varias veces nos devolvieron el dinero de la wifi (vale 5€ dia).

• M'barek (7/5): - El personal que nos atendió, Buena ubicación del apartamento, Sobre todo los colchones y la cama de matrimonio en muy mal estado.
• Sonia (9/5): Le séjour s’est très bien passé - L’appartement était propre dans un bon emplacement avec tous les équipements nécessaires Rien à dire de négatif sur l’appartement, mais en ce qui concerne l’agence appartement 3000, nous devons rendre les clés avant 10 heures à l’agence. Nous nous sommes rendus à 9h à l’heure d’ouverture qui était prévue mais l’agence était encore fermée. On a attendu plus de 20 minutes et le personnel ne répondait pas. On a fini par mettre les clés dans les boîte aux lettres et partir de nous-mêmes.

Buena ubicación, aunque nos costó encontrarlo. Nos esperaron , aunque llegamos un poco más tarde de las 20:00. El wifi aunque es de pago, va bien. El piso estaba congelado! La calefacción iba bien, pero tardo casi todo el fin de semana que estuvimos en calentarse. Las camas hacían MUCHO ruido al moverte.

• Rocio (3/5): - La ubicación Colchones y almohadas incómodos , la ducha con una cortina corta que se sale toda el agua, el otro una mampara que no puedes ni moverte , en general no nos ha gustado , una habitación de matrimonio que no puedes ni moverte con el armario de esa habitación en la cocina contigua , muy apropiado estar la ropa en la cocina , sin ascensor . Además te cobran una fianza de 150€ de fianza que si no tiras la basura y fregas los vasos te descuentan 70€.
• Pablo (1/5): Entorno impresionante, interior nefasto - El entorno No ascensor, las imágenes no coincidían, recoger las llaves fue difícil porque en recepción no se enteraban, no parking, no wifi, (daban la opción de tener parking el mío, ni tenía). Poco menaje de cocina, no hay Fairy, poco papel, no hay aceite, café, azúcar, sal.... Casa mal diseñada, falta una persiana. Poco comunicativos. Cerradura iba mal. Abusivos.

The photos are of several apartments so you will not get what you thought you had booked. Pot luck! 500m up hill walk to ski lift. Avoid apartmentos 3000. Worse than basic We were moved after complaining but second apartment wasnt much better. Beds uncomfortable, very thin mattresses , sofa bed old and very uncomfortable , yellow staining on pillows , old blankets, noisy at night from bar across street, closes at 3 am, cooker broken, not enough crockery, no wine glasses, no kettle, no coffee machine, no clothes airer, struggled to make basic pasta dish. terrible dirty shower, shutter broken, hob broken, oven door broken, extractor fan broken Windows blocked with perspex so no view.
• Petra (6/5): Good stay in general, the scenery and beautiful weather make it up for the accommodation troubles. - -great location, spacious, grocery shop just across the road, main slope 5min walk away. Deposit paid before hand and return right after check out. Noisy and lots of parties in neighbouring apartments all night long. Narrow stairs, small boiler, hot water needed to be shared between four people and there was no more water for washing dishes. No duvets to sleep in only itchy old blankets and sheets , Kitchenette not equipped well but this was resolved throughout our stay after communicating with the host. You could hear stomping down the hallway and upstairs in the ski boots all the time. The building is not sound proof what so ever. The location of the office where the keys needed to be collected from was hard to find, so it was the actual apartment location.
• Cristina (5/5): Passable - Charged for wifi, for dog, after booking, Endesa Playing More than if I had chosen a better one. Bed was terrible. Difficult to find location based on instructions. Difficult to check in after hours, too much paperwork, too many things to pay separately after booking.
• Sandra (4/5): - Primera vez que puntuo tan mal un alojamiento, pero la verdad lo merece. A veces vale más la pena pagar un poco más con tal de no encontrar un sitio asi. Las llaves se recojen en otra direccion, vas y no es ahi, andorra, no internet.. buscate la vida y ves a la otra que indican en un papel en la direccion antigua, parecia un escape room. Wifi de pago cada dia, check in a las 17 p.m. Un solo rollo de papel de vater para 4 personas y poco champú. Tasas turisticas brutales y camas incómodas. Ubicacion agradable ya que esta en el centro y no habia ruido en el edificio, check out algo flexible… No repetiremos.
• Adelaida (3/5): I would never stay here again. - The only positive thing about this place was the location The staff was nice but we asked for cribs for our babies and they said they would call us in a bit to let us know if they had any, Im still waiting. The blankets haven’t seen the inside of a washer in a while. For a place thats located in a snowy place they should have a shoe tray at the very least. I had to go around with a mop every time someone went out. The place also smelled like an ash tray. The also said it had a coffee maker and it was nowhere to be found

• Brian (5/5): Basic, needs tender loving care but good location - Location and size of the apartment No Kettle was provided but yet it had a taoster, no hair dryer, no bath mat provided for the floor outside the shower, the mattresses are a little dirty and the heating had no timing system. This is the first time I have gone skiing in 18 years and had to arrive back into a cold apartment because each radiator was plug in electric and there were signs not to leave them plugged in when not there. There should be some sort of timing system that automatically provides heat around the time people leave the mountain and again at night after returning from an evening out. The shutters to block out the light did not work in one of the bedrooms or the main dining area which also contained a sofa bed. Thankfully we had no need to use the sofa bed as we only had 4 people in my family staying. For an apartment of its type it would be the most I have paid for 7 nights.

• Jérôme (6/5): Séjour en famille 2 adultes 2 enfants 5 et 8 ans - Appartement situé au dernier étage sous les toits, sans ascenseur (4ème) avec un escalier étroit donc pas facile pour monter les bagages. Il est par ailleurs assez grand, 2 belles chambres, un lit 140cm dans l’une et un lit 140cm avec 2 lit simple 90cm dans l’autre. Il est très peu lumineux, que des velux et pas de balcon. Électroménager très vieux pour le frigo et le micro onde. Il manque la cafetière. Petit écran tv avec uniquement 2 chaînes Française. Le wifi fonctionne correctement.
• Kevin (4/5): Not so good - I wasn't given an apartment key code when I picked up the key (in an office 500m uphill with limited hours). So I had to wait for neighbors to let me in or annoy them by ringing every apartment at the building. (I wouldn’t have to have done that if I was given a keycode initially). Check in took 25 minutes of waiting around, so please consider using the bathroom and having a snack before you check in. Apartment had no wifi. I’d be better off at the Hotel Cal Ruiz.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Je suis très déçu de mon séjour de 2 semaines de l'appartement à pas de la casa en Andorre ,car l'appartement que j'ai loué ne correspond pas au photo que j'ai vu sur votre site .on n'a pas voulu me changer car tout était réservé et j'ai du passé 5 jours en fesant des aller retour à l'agence qui se trouvais à 15 minutes de l'appartement pour aller chercher les clefs donc 5 jours de perdu pour finalement me trouvé un autre appartement pour 4 jours .n'ayant pas fini mon séjour en Andorre je suis parti une journée avant .car insatisfait de la qualité de service que propose cette agence de location et qui ne parle que l'espagnol.je ne recommande donc pas cette agence de location .
