- Verified traveler (6/5): まぁまぁ - とても狭いです。靴を玄関で脱がないといけませんし、2階までは階段しかないのでもしもたくさん荷物がある方は不便です。普通の民家で、部屋にとても狭いシャワーとトイレと洗面があるだけなのでお風呂に入りたい方はお勧めできません。部屋自体はとても清潔ですがアメニティなどは期待しないほうが良いです。子供はお断りだそうなのでもしお子さんと予約希望の方は年齢確認をされると良いと思います。 家の近く徒歩10分ほどに大きなモールがあるのはとても便利でした。

- Charissa (10/5): Brazen Rose Seagrass - This was a perfect solution for us as we were taking the ferry in the morning. It was very nice to get a hot cooked breakfast before we took off and it began our day very nicely.

- Birgit (10/5): Very friendly host, excellent breakfast - We only stayed one night after arriving late from Vancouver Island. The accomodation is indeed hard to find since it's a developing area. But the host provides a detailed description. You can enter the accomodation via a provided door code, hence late arrivals are no issue. The host is very welcoming and prepares a delicious breakfast.

My host Bruce was very accommodating to my early departure for the ferry and prepared an early breakfast for me. My room was quite nice and my only very minor quibble was that the shower was a bit small, but the fact that the room had its own bathroom more than made up for it!

I don't really have anything bad to say about it. If you're looking for a more homely experience without the "McFranchise" feel of travel this is a great spot.

- elsie (4/5): Not good value for the money. - Very hot weather and no a/c in our room, just a fan, which wasn't good enough. Door of our private room didn't lock. Breakfast minimal. The room was nicely decorated but overall not good value for the price. Wouldn't stay there again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - first pleased with the condition and cleanness of the facility, then found the air conditioning was shut off no matter what the programmed settings were. the room was at 32°C!!! the AC control didn't work at all. called the owner twice and got no response. had to open a bedroom window and the washroom ventilation to cool down. the latter was quite noisy, so had to wait till the room temperature became tolerable.

- james (2/5): Don't go there...ever. - I arrived at the set time to find a locked door. I did not stay. No one answered the door or the phone number provided to me. I was then billed for the stay 3 months later. I went there to attend a friends celebration of life who was murdered. I will never have a single thing good to say. The worst experience of my life.

- KC (10/5): Very comfortable and perfect location. - Lovely guest house in a residential neighbourhood very near a mall and BC Ferries. Great breakfast. Only drawback is construction that starts early in the morning right across from the guest house. But if you're an early riser it's not a problem.

- Andrew (10/5): Lovely inn - Very lovely inn! The room was very comfortable and there was a very nice breakfast. The innkeeper was nice enough to give us a ride to the ferry terminal. The local area is very convenient for the ferry, but heavy construction nearby detracted from the natural beauty. Still, a very nice stay, and I would stay there again if I were taking the morning ferry to Victoria.
- suebee (10/5): great place close to the ferry - I chose this place because it is under 3 miles to the Tsawwassen Ferry. I arrived too early to check in but was delighted to find the huge shopping mall nearby so I could have a good walk out of the rain and a quick visit to the food court. I felt safe and welcome at the accommodation and enjoyed talking to the other guests while getting a cup of tea. I also felt very private in my spacious and comfortable room. Would stay here again.

Jenny prepared a nice full breakfast for me. I helped myself to coffee in the morning while getting ready as well as orange juice. Exactly what I was looking for :) thanks so much!
