- Andrew (10/5): It was pretty amazing I had a great weekend with my girlfriend and the staff’s hospitality - I’d like to say first off the woman at the front desk was very sweet to me and helped us get our room rather quickly and the room had red blankets and was really nice and comfortable for a 2 night stay no bugs no problems or noisy neighbors our weekend was great here. The blankets weren’t thick and it’s a smoking room so holes were in them and we like the air conditioner on this isn’t a deal breaker considering I forgot my blankets at home and charger but other than that it was pretty amazing

- Matthew (2/5): - Location was prime. The price was the main reason we selected the room. AC worked well Toilet was wobbly, walls had dry blood splatter. There was old toothpaste spit on faucet. Pillows are very thin. Old smoke smell still in the air. Q tip left on the ground by the bed. Bring your own cleaning supplies if you stay here. Curtains do not block out outside lights, bring eye mask for good sleep.

Not clean, not comfortable, not kept up to date, bathroom was gross - I would not take a shower, left as soon as I could by 5:45 am. The TV was not functional, it is not a place I would stay again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

- laura (2/5): Not clean - Location and exterior was nice. The floor was dirty. Very dirty and was a cockroach in the bathroom. The room was beside an exterior light that was very bright and constant noise at night from other patrons.
- Monica (2/5): Never again - Booked a non smoking room but room smelled as though it had been smoked in for 30 years. The only thing non smoking about the room was the newly placed sign on the room door which reflected non smoking. Asked receptionist for another room but unable to change since there were no available rooms. She did bring a bottle of air freshener and sprayed it in the room, but this did not help the situation. If you are a non-smoker, you understand what it’s like to try to sleep in a room which has been smoked in for years. The smell was terrible, there were stains on the sheets so therefore we slept in the car. Although room was cheap was not worth the money to just take a shower in. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Room was clean and comfortable, completely adequate for the price. Could have stayed at the Fairfield for 2x the price, so this worked well for me. Clean, fluffy towels, wifi, room secure, everything worked, lighting was fine, had coffee in the room, phone and free wifi.

I was very satisfied with our stay. We were able to get clean towels and everything very quickly. That means a lot when your tired from dance competition all day.

Walls were dirty, toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. The shower was not clean. It was clear that the room had not been updated in years.

- William (4/5): - Overaal the room was not very clean. Bathroom tile floor was dirty. Caulking around tub and toilet was dirty. Bathroom wall had dirt smeared on it. Shower wall had a gaping hole in it where the shower head came through it. I stayed here as a last resort to go to merlefest after another booking I had canceled out on me. Definitely would not go back if there were any other options.

We were moved to another room as TV in original room was not working, room change was fine. Very quiet area. Local restaurant recommendation by staff for dinner was great. Accommodation price very reasonable, easy access to major highways and interstates, gas, restaurants, etc

- Rebecca (10/5): Praise God, we found shelter!! - This hotel was our saving grace. Our car broke down 50 miles from where we were suppose to stay. The gentleman was very friendly and had a room left. The next day while waiting forever for the AAA tow truck; he let us sit in the parking lot with the car while we waited. The hotel is very quaint and cute; just right for a small town.

After finishing our first initial contact the lady ended the conversation saying for us not to be loud. I guess because of my appearance she assumed i was loud but never. Then we get to the room and i take a shower. After i get out the toilet stops flushing making it look as if it was about to overflow. I spoke to the front desk. They automatically tried to push blame on us. I used that toilet one time and it was most likely damaged due to the pipes. They came and just looked at the toilet then walked away. We used the maintenance plunger from then on. Never again will i stay here with my family. We just wanted to sleep for a little while.

- Julissaf89 (8/5): Ok for the price - the motel was comfortable for the price, and it served the purpose of what my family and i needed while visiting the area. we had a total of 7 (4 adults & 3 kids) people and 2 dogs. The staff was friendly and attentive. I do wish they would give more than 2 towels for room. i would stay here again if needed as its a reasonable cost i would just make sure to pack towels if traveling here in addition to brining normal toiletries. the motel is not anything fancy . its literally a place to just spend the night that is safe. ok for the value and price and location

- Hannah (8/5): Great spot for travelers looking for quick and easy. - Loved the physical layout. The location couldn’t be better. The owner at the front desk was most accommodating. Nothing. I recognize an older property and the upgrades and preventative maintenance they do. Bathroom tile and grout is probably next on their renovation list. Television and the channels offered were above average. We carry a laptop for streaming and didn’t need it. Wi-Fi was robust. I’m used to using my own hotspot.
