• Miles (10/5): - The Villas of Sedona was very clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly, they have 2 pools, and a full kitchen available if needed in the room. Wish they had a washer and dryer in the rooms but they do have a small laundry facility on site.

Master bedframe was loose so everytime you moved it touched the wall, The kitchen was ok - definiitely could use some more stuff in the kitchen - a few other spices, more than one cutting board, more than a few pots.

The beds are super comfortable, the views were stunning, we really loved everything. Maybe mirrors in the bedrooms, and small trash cans for the bedrooms but otherwise everything was great.

The condo we rented through Booking was a 2 bedroom with 1 room with twin beds and 1 room with a king size bed and a loft. The room we were given had 2 bedroom 1 with king and 1 with queen and loft. We internally did the twins bed as we have 3 teen age children who require individual beds. When we asked we were told there is no guarantees to room types booked. During the booking process we did not realize this is a timeshare property. Upon our arrival we turned down any presentation as we DO NOT want a timeshare property. Since checking out we have received multiple (several time a week for weeks) calls from the timeshare trying to sell us their products. I have asked to be removed from their lists, blocked the number, reported as spam and the calls continued to come with a new number. I am sharing this as if we would knew then what we know now we would not have booked at this location. Very disappointed

We’ve been going there for 15 years every year very happy with the Villas Jacuzzis were not hot and we’re not working consistently. I think they were on the timer but still happy with our stay.

• Charles (7/5): Lots to be desired with the staff - The villa we stayed in was great, with plenty of space. The check in process was terrible. We arrived at 4:00, check in time and the room wasnt ready which sometimes happens. It was the people at checking that were rude. Asking how long, they said we dont know, I ask more than an an hour (was considering going out for a coffee) she said “like I said they are working” on it. The rudeness was unacceptable considering THEY WERE LATE. A few checkins as we sat in the lobby, they were rudder and rudder, we consider canceling and going somewhere else. Be warned - you wont be greeted warm and welcoming but hostile angry staff.

• Oscar (10/5): - These villas are perfect! They’re literally right in the middle of everything that you need and they feel like home away from home. Our family of 5 plus my parents stayed here and the house was just perfect. It had two bedrooms plus a loft with a pulldown bed and everyone had their privacy, but yet also were able to come together while eating/gathering. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, plates, silverware, blender, toaster, etc! There’s also grills all over the properties that are already ready to use and gas powered. The pool is literally in the backyard of every single villa (there’s a sliding back door to every villa) since the complex is in an oval shape so you can comfortably walk right out the door and be there. There’s a grocery store walking distance from there and Whole Foods down the street. There’s also a playground. Highly recommend for families with kids!

• Olivia (10/5): Exceptional - We had a last minute booking and came across Villas of Sedona on Booking.com, so we booked it. It was better than staying at a traditional hotel. Plus we had an indoor pool. The only downside was the sales technique after you check in. You have to go to another counter to get your parking pass, this allows them to pitch a timeshare appointment with you. It wasn’t hard core sales, but it was there and adds more time to the check-in process.

When we walked in the villa #4 it smelled horrible. It was what we assume the kitchen sink water/drainage. We normally aren’t picky but the smell was so bad. The whole house needs to be updated, everything was old except the TV’s which kept losing signal/wifi.. The location was great and staff were super welcoming.

Very spacious in the 2 bedroom loft . It was perfect for two couples . The upstairs shower didn’t have great water pressure but the downstairs one did . It was a bit outdated.
