- Vern (9/5): A wonderful place to stay - Na Not a thing
- Tobias (10/5): -
- Geoffrey (9/5): Good option for Sedona - Big room with fireplace. Quiet and comfortable. Grumpy check in person. Not quite close enough to walk to town centre.
- Cathy (3/5): -
- Dave (9/5): Would definitely stay here again. - The room was large and very comfortable. Enjoyed having a recliner and kitchenette. The pool and hot tub were very nice also.
- Victoria (9/5): -
- David (10/5): - For area good value. Larger than motel. Able to cook. Cupboards need replaced.
- Glen (9/5): The room was just what I needed after freezing in the mountains. - I liked the peace that the place is settled in and the huge Oak tree in front of the room at the parking lot.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. On a cold night, the gas fireplace was so cozy. It was the quiet I was looking for. I can't think of a thing.
- Linda (10/5): The Villas are a quiet , relaxing and private area where we felt secure and had all that we needed. - we brought our own food and went out for lunch/dinner.
our time was relaxing and refreshing.
we loved the private, quiet and the scenery throughout Sedona I was thinking that we would have a bathtub so I could soak and have a bubblebath.
in the photos on line, it looked like there were bathtubs in every room.
we did ask for an end unit but i didn't realize there was no bathtub until we got to the room.
the person at the reception desk did say we had a walkin shower but i didn't realize that meant "no bathtub".
we enjoyed the walk in shower too. thanks, Linda and John
- SERGEY (8/5): Great value if you don't mind diy/airbnb style - Location, amenities, space and size of the place, full kitchen Stuff did not perform any attempts to clean during our stay, i had to throw garbage myself
- Dharma (6/5): Not sure i would stay again - Nice size room, nice amenities. Looked like it had been recently remodeled. The hot water seemed to last forever. The description said the room came with a jetted tub, it did not. When I talked to Tracey about it, she said it came with a shower or a tub but who only had a shower these days and told me I should have put it in the notes, basically making it my fault that the description didn't match. Walls were thin, could hear a lot of things the neighbors were doing it. Ceiling fan was noisy at night.

- Denise (10/5): Peaceful and relaxing. - The location by the creek was the best feature!! But the room was spacious; had everything you'd need to stay several days and cook for yourself. Bed was comfortable. And everything was CLEAN! It is a bit older deco/building but that does not effect my quality of stay, especially with the creek right outside the back door! Also appreciated the professional staff. We were only able to stay overnight due to our personal schedule. We were in Sedona for a wedding and reception but did not have the time to stay but one night. I'd recommend at least a weekend or longer. It seemed to be a great location for peace and quiet but not far from sites, trails, shopping or restaurants.
- Andrew (9/5): Peaceful, comfortable and convenient. - The King suite was really nice - big and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful accommodation. Easy late-night check in. Friendly helpful staff. Great parking close to room. Small kitchenette came in handy. The fitted bedsheet on the King size bed was for a double and only fitted 2/3 of the bed. My feet kept getting tangled up in the sheet and disturbed my sleep all night long. Got it fixed on day 2, no problems after that.
- David (10/5): We will return - Great location, spacious suite The only downside is that on creek side people walked right in front of our patio, leading to privacy concerns
- Wendy (9/5): We had an overall great stay and would return again! - We loved the spacious rooms, comfortable furnishings and location. The heater in our room was very noisy and was used minimally.
- Angelica (8/5): Everything you need on a good budget - Great creak in the back and we had everything we needed The parking didn’t didn’t fit our ram and we could hear everyone next to us when they were walking (floors cracked)
- Ken (10/5): -
- JOEL (10/5): - The room size was beyond what I expected, so I'm very happy for my stay. The bathroom was also huge.
- Hana (7/5): - Location
- Miller (10/5): -
- Rolin (9/5): - C était la deuxième fois toujours aussi bien .Prix un peu élevé.

- Brooke Elisa (10/5): - I was blessed to stay at this property for three nights, and I was doing a little bit of a sabbatical by myself, I could not have picked a more perfect place for myself. It was quiet it was clean. It was safe. The staff were amazing. I have absolutely nothing but glowing remarks to make about this facility, I would love to return again for another visit. Make sure if you stay here to step outside either late at night or early in the morning. The stars are unbelievable. While I was standing behind my unit looking up at the sky at 4 AM, I saw two shooting stars! The front desk was super helpful full of information, and very accommodating to my schedule as I didn’t get to check in on time because I had planned some tours and hikes for myself and they allowed me to circle back later on another day to finish all my paperwork. As a female traveling alone, I felt safe, and cared for. Thank you so much.❤️
- Sandra (10/5): - Clean room, comfortable, quiet area but near anything you could need
- CHERYL (10/5): Excellent - What a wonderful place to stay. Clean and close to downtown Sedona.
- Richard (8/5): - We had a hard time finding the property after dark we had to call for help. We finally found a very small sign on the side of the wall. Arrival. People are helpful and got us there after a bit of communication. It was clean the pillows were very lumpy. Nice pool and jacuzzi tub in room.
- Patricia (10/5): - The creek
- Donald J (10/5): - Hot tub and private
- Joseph (10/5): - This is probably one of the older properties in Sedona but the cleanest and my favorite!
- Dalton (10/5): - Privacy is glorious
- Michael (10/5): - Excellent property with easy access to everything Sedona. Loved the full size refrigerator and bbq areas. Bathtub was a little hard to get in and out if you have limited mobility. Otherwise a great choice for a relaxing getaway.
- jeff (10/5): Great place for a private getaway - Great place, clean quiet, no people, away from all the craziness.
- durand (10/5): -
- Harold (10/5): Passing Through - Great little slice of heaven, we stopped in just for a night while passing through and could not have asked for a better spot
- Jose A (10/5): Love it - Exelente. We will come back
- Christopher (10/5): - Clean ,spacious, convenient to local site ,furniture and amenities are very comfortable
- ROSSELIE (10/5): - Will stay here again
- Luis (10/5): - Everything was great
- Deborah (6/5): - Our concierge was simply wonderful! She was polite, friendly & went above & beyond to make our stay as amazing as it could be. We then went to Tracy to check in. She was on a personal phone call when we walked in, which is why the concierge had to entertain us for 10 minutes. Tracy was as rude as the day is long to me (the one that gave her payment), but turned to my husband & all of a sudden grew a personality. It was, "Yes, sir!" "Of course sir!" Having worked as a desk clerk for too many years to count, that struck me as wrong on SO many levels. I was polite, said hello & we're checking in for the weekend. I haven't experienced such a rude desk clerk in the last 20 years. The room was supposedly the best they had. The kitchen is dated (think 1980's). We moved the ottomans in the living room and found food chunks from previous guests. Housekeeping might also want to wipe down the doorframes in the bathroom once in a while because it was nasty. I accidentally dropped the salt shaker on our first night and it broke. My husband went the next morning to let the desk clerk know and she said, "Don't worry, we'll charge you for it." Warm fuzzies all around! That 98 cent Walmart salt shaker? Yeah, go ahead and charge me. I stayed at this location 8 years ago which is what brought us back to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. I won't make that mistake again. I do NOT recommend this location in the least.
- Hale (7/5): - I love the area and pool. Staff was very friendly
- Adam (10/5): - Loved the place. Would definitely go back. Resort was quiet and peaceful. Resort was a little difficult to find at 11pm, but we loved how dark it was there at night.
- まっと (8/5): -
- Mick (10/5): - Great property love the location on the creek. The amount of wildlife around is a great bonus. Staff is friendly and helpful, and it’s so quiet and peaceful. Stayed there when working in town and it was a very relaxing place to stay. 5 stars
- Miguel (10/5): - Mole mexican food is delicious
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Tracy and Susan made a big difference to make our stay great.
- Jonathan (10/5): - This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! Our home away from home, beautiful scenery and staff is very nice and helpful. Cute little creek outside villas and very clean property! Highly recommend.
- Dana (10/5): - The one bedroom Villa was nice and large, it had everything one would need if you would like to cook and eat there. The bed was comfortable and lots of closet space. Only down side is parking, it is very tight, if you have a large vehicle you will not be able to park by your room. There are a few spots at the front you can park, the property isn't huge so your vehicle is still close by. We would definitely go back.
- Mick (10/5): - In Sedona for work, stayed here quite a bit and was always impressed by the property. Quiet clean and love the location on the creek. The only thing I would change is a little more lighting in the parking lot.
- Tommy (10/5): - Amazing location great staff
- teresa (10/5): - Loved the pond with a view and frog & wildlife outside our patio. Bed was very comfy. Room was well supplied. Close to everything. Service was very responsive. The shower and air tub were great.
- Koustav (10/5): -
- Mick (8/5): - Up here working it’s quiet and comfortable. The staff is quick to solve any problems and very friendly.
- Miguel (10/5): - Our stay was very relaxing. The two person tub was awesome.
- Darren (10/5): Villas At Poco Diablo is absolutely amazing! - Our stay at the Villas At Poco Diablo was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The location is unbeatable—close to all of Sedona’s amazing attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet, serene setting. We especially loved relaxing on the patio and enjoying the breathtaking red rock views. The amenities, including the pool and walking paths, made our trip even better.
We can’t say enough great things about this place. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!
- Silvia (10/5): - Beautiful place nice and quiet
- Nazario (10/5): Romantic getaway! - Fantastic! Great place to enjoy sedona and all its marvels.
- Autumn (10/5): - Loved our stay!
- Jayme (6/5): - Want to start by saying the staff and the property were amazing. A dream setup for a family vacation with a full fridge and a little kitchenette. BUT we were ruthlessly harassed by the elderly couple next to us. She rudely approached my 3 year old and asked her “Where even are your parents” uhhh don’t talk to my child and my husband, who was RIGHT THERE, told her I’m here. She proceeded to tell him children aren’t welcome in that property and this we were there they needed to be quiet. It was 1:30 in the afternoon and they were just being regular kids, nothing crazy. I interjected and told her the property allows children and that they won’t disturb her during the evening time and will play at an appropriate level. She went off and in the end called me C U next Tuesday IN FRONT OF MY CHILD. She and her husband proceeded to harass us the entire time, banging on walls and screaming shut up just as we were walking down the hall way and uncomfortably staring at us until I notified her I would be recording her harassment for my families own protection.
We were also told at the pool that kids were not allowed because it’s only a lap pool by another elderly woman. Nothing posted and I saw another family in the day before. Needly to say I had had it and told her to leave us alone and we will swim without impeding her and not to speak with us. I LOVED this property and setup but simply put don’t come here with children.
- James (10/5): - The only negative was the hair in the shower that did not belong to me
- LJ (10/5): Seriously serene - I had a work emergency and was not going to arrive before my official check in hours. The staff were incredibly kind and supportive. Arrived hours early and was allowed to check in and get key. It is a truly tranquil and transformative experience. The in room jacuzzi tube for 2 or more, was fantastic. A small sitting and dining area and outdoor patio. Everything was perfect and will be back. Need to enjoy the manicured grounds on next visit.
- Ramon (10/5): - This is a romantic place to stay. It has a fireplace, cute garden area. They make you a very nice backstage in the morning as well
- Michael (8/5): Like It! - Spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable. A bit dark for my taste and a little dated but a great value.
- martin (8/5): - 10
- Brian (10/5): awesome experience - We had a awesome experience, our room was right in front of an adorable pond with lots of birds and wildlife, the room was comfortable and and very stylized, I would def stay there again
- Stephen (10/5): Awesome - The view of the creek from the room was beautiful. The room was decent sized and had all that we needed. The bed was a little uncomfortable but over all our stay was wonderful. Friendly staff and the property was very clean.
- Jose (10/5): - Beautiful surroundings Ac would not cool entire room just the sleeping area
- Sonal (10/5): Excellent views - Amazing location and view.
- Travel (6/5): Pleasant - The room spacious , bathroom and room was nice, good location to being in town The pillows and bed were uncomfortable, the bonfire wasn't working and pool area was subpar
- John (10/5): Villas at Poco Diablo - We love this location - it is near the creek and so peaceful! Rooms are great too and hotel service has never disappointed.
- William (10/5): - Fabulous location. Nice clean rooms👍
- Amber L (10/5): - Was quiet and kid friendly. Gorgeous views, room was more than expected for the price
. Staff was amazingly friendly.
Will definitely stay again. Was close to everything without being in congested area.
- Sundara (8/5): - Great location, quick drive to bell rock, airport, and other trails.
The amenities are good, we stayed in a river view villa, unlikely no access to the river.
I would plan to stay next year again.
- Andrea (10/5): - This property lived up to all my expectations!
- sandy (10/5): I’ll be back - It was amazing the views oh the views felt like a fancy summer lodge creek walking distance bbq’s everywhere kitchens no reason to leave but if you do Sedona is minuet’s away
- Jesse (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jmceachron (7/5): Good - Pillows were very flat and small
- Tiffany (10/5): - Me & my 2 kids absolutely LOVED staying here!! It was so close to town, but felt like we were miles away in our own cabin. The back porch overlooking the stream was so grounding. The fireplace was always on when we were home, & the jacuzzi tub was HUGE! The perfect place to have our slow mornings with breakfast before the epic hikes in Sedona. Then come back in the evening for dinner & family time. Thank you for such a sweet stay
- Lindsay (4/5): - Looks like this hotel is barely hanging on - the part we stayed at last year is closed for renovations and this hotel felt like a ghost town. The room wasn’t stocked with soap/linens and the cable didn’t work. Felt a little past its prime. No staff on site when we checked in either.
- Sarah (10/5): - Very enjoyable stay! Gorgeous views, very quiet, clean room, & the two person tub was very nice!
- Jose (10/5): - Very wonderful lovely experience
- Robert (8/5): Very good - Location, cleanliness.
