• Dianne (7/5): Meet my need for a short stay. - Reasonable price and location. Room was nice size. Minimal amenities. Something in room (refrigerator?) made constant noise. Very noticeable. Dated facility. Very low toilet, not standard height. No breakfast or coffee.

• Dee (10/5): We will be back! - This an old motel that has been refurbished! Wonderfully clean, quiet and comfortable. Great bed, nice towels and a lot of attention to detail with the refurbishing! Room was a good size and a reasonable fee for our two large dogs. Our room was non smoking and definitely had been kept smoke free! Very pleased to find that it was reasonably priced. We will definitely be back. Anyone would be pleased with these accommodations if you don’t mind the old style motels!!!

• Stefan (10/5): Affordable, quiet clean motel in a safe area of Pearsall. - Very basic clean and comfortable room in a safe location. Nothing fancy but everything was up to a good standard. The check in was simple. The area is quiet and it is easy to get a good nights rest.

• Patricia (6/5): Dog “policy” doesn’t make sense! - I reserved a room for 2 people with 3 dogs since the policy was a reasonable $10 per dog on Hotels.con’s web site. When I arrived, the agent on duty gave me a price “with the dog fee,” which I paid. We walked the dogs openly, picked up after them, and had take out so they were never left alone. When I checked out, the same employee said I owed $20 for the 2 other dogs since I had only paid for 1. He said the motel only allows 1 dog, and his boss was very angry. I paid him the $20, but how can the policy be $10 per dog if only 1 is allowed? The motel and/or Hotels.com should correct this! It’s a shame I won’t go back because it was a good little motel otherwise.

• Richard (9/5): Great Stay - The room was clean and comfortable. A/C was ice cold. No loud noises. Housekeeping staff were very friendly. Water pressure was excellent, and the soap and shampoo dispensers were a nice addition. It said pet friendly but didn't find out about the pet fee until the manager asked me. It was affordable at $10 per day.

Check in didn't even take five minutes from the time I walked over to the window and back to my car. Can't say there was something I didn't like. Other than no breakfast. Not really a problem since there's many options close by.

• Dalia (7/5): Housekeeping didn't happen and question the value of the room without that service. Lower room pric - That there is no room service. They don't clean the room by taking out the trash or bring fresh towels. I ask the front desk to please get someone to take the trash out. This never happened as we stayed for several days. Front desk clerk said we don't clean room until our guest leave. I said to her that the trash need to be taken out. She said I will tell housekeeping. This never happened. For the money I pay to stay a Hampton I expect my room to be cleaned.
• JESSICA (10/5): - Very easy access, one floor means no loud upstairs neighbors. Currently no breakfast but they did have before COVID. We stay here every time we pass through Texas.

• Daniel (10/5): - Property is near grocery store. Manager was attentive and respectful. Room was clean, has shampoo and body wash, bed was fairly comfortable, overall good experience compared to a previous stay at another property. Will stay here again.

Amenities: the liquid soap is really good, attached to the bathroom wall but I only used once I brought my own. It has iron and hair dryer,, coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. I brought my own towels and bed sheet I always do it. I didn’t use theirs but they asked me every day for room service or if I needed anything. For the price! It was excellent. I ended up staying 5 days.

• Tracy (10/5): - Needed to get away for a weekend and this place did not disappoint. I loved the fact that the soap for the shower is two soap dispensers attached to the wall. The TV was a 39" Insignia with easily accessible 3x HDMI ports on the side of the unit, perfect for hooking up laptop / game console. The slip I was given by the manager for the Wi-Fi name & password was incorrect, the Wi-Fi was actually completely open, had a different name than on the slip and had no password. As for the Wi-Fi speed, Ookla was fire-walled, but Fast.com and a few others clocked it at 20MB Down, 10MB Up. Per my evaluation it was enough to stream Hulu / Netflix / Plex / etc. @ 4 - 8 Mbps 720p - 1080p Settings, depending on the bitrate of the content you're streaming. The fridge and AC were both in working order and kept things cold. Water pressure and temps were perfect. The bed was soft and comfy. The floor had a few small nuts on the ground presumably from a previous occupant, but beyond that was clean. The ice machine was in working order all weekend. Management was pleasant and friendly in all interactions. The price fit my budget. I'll be staying again I'm sure.
