- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

- Chia yang (10/5): 素食日本料理最讃，外湯最大！ - 外湯湯池是目前看過最大的， 其實一年前住過，這次是第二入住了，而且貴飯店的「素食日本料理」是我和老公二人吃過住過的溫泉飯店料理得CP最高，唯一缺點廁所住房內沒有，是需公用的（間數多還夠用），也許是老溫泉飯店吧，別有一番風味！高山濃飛巴士有開到這一站「佳留萱」， 如果是富山發的濃飛巴士須到「中尾高原口」下，走15分
- Henrik (8/5): God oplevelse - Hotellet ligger langt væk fra byen og er en smule nedslidt. Dog opvejes det af super venlige værter og en spændende madoplevelse. Onsen er også lækker - med flere forskellige muligheden for enten privat, familie eller fælles.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 房間簡單,服務人員親切,戶外浴場超讚 - 房間內容簡單乾淨,稍微偏小,當天剛好遇上下雨,雨聲打在鐵皮屋頂上稍顯吵雜。餐點頗有水準,不管是早餐或是晚餐,服務人員很親切。湯屋的部份使用時間限30-40分鐘,必須把鑰匙拿回來飯店大廳歸還,如果還想要泡戶外湯的話,就必須走來走去,有些麻煩
- Y2k (8/5): 野外露天溫泉 - 擁有一個好大的野外露天混浴溫泉(有指定溫泉浴衣)和三個私人溫泉(免費), 雖然旅館比較舊, 但老闆和員工都能用英語溝通, 提供十分熱情招待。
- Laureline (10/5): - Situé au coeur des montagnes ce ryokan est parfait pour une retraite de détente (1h15 en bus). Les rotenburo sont superbes et accessibles h24 ! Sans compter la cuisine kaiseki servie en demi pension, un délice. Personnel accueillant et attentionné. Nos deux jours à Suimeikan ont été un vrai bonheur !

- Verified traveler (8/5): 天然混浴 - 位置較為偏僻，十分接近大自然，在天氣寒冷時使用露天風呂要有相當的勇氣。惟客房內沒有洗手間，有點不便
- Verified traveler (10/5): 非常推薦給想泡湯、享受日本美食的旅客 - 旅館非常的乾淨整潔，房間寬敞舒適，有暖氣，好喝的迎賓熱茶，服務人員非常親切友善、服務周到，早、晚餐豐富美味。室內湯屋、露天混浴湯屋(男女皆有特別的浴袍可穿入池)、露天私人湯屋景色非常的棒。這是一間非常值得一住的旅館。
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great experience at ryokan - Amazing stay for one night at this ryokan/onsen with half board. It was probably the highlight of our trip and we spent a lot of time at the onsens. We had it all to ourselves on one morning which was bliss. The onsen and ryokan experience with futons, yukata's and banquet meal was all that we were hoping for and more. Definitely worth travelling out to at least for one night.
- Chris (8/5): Good onsen experience - The hotel is a bit old but good enough to satisfy our needs. The hotel also have a Onsen for both male and female....which is a plus. The private onsen rooms are great too. We had enjoyed all three of them within our one night stay. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. One shortcoming is that there is no toilet inside the room. We will come back the next time for the Ibsen.
- Pierre (10/5): Lovely place, lovely staff - Wonderful place, with fantastic hot springs (private bath 3 is a dream come true!). The included meals were somptuous, the rooms comfortable and the staff simply adorable. Only thing I'd change is being a bit more precise on its location: stop at H56 if you're coming by bus, we got wrong directions in Takayama and ended up walking 2,5 Kms with our backpacks - although with that view, that was almost a blessing in disguise!
