The location is excellent — just a short walk to the town center, which made exploring and finding food incredibly easy. The room was comfortable, check‑in was smooth, and everything worked as expected. The highlight for me was definitely the breakfast buffet. It was surprisingly impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options and great quality overall. A fantastic way to start the day. If I had to mention something I didn’t like, it would only be minor things — nothing stood out as a real issue during my stay. Overall, it was a solid, well‑located hotel with a breakfast that truly stands out.

- 開拓使ともお (10/5): プーさん - 駐車場のおじさんがとっても優しくて周りのお店などについて親切に教えてくれた。駐車場の誘導をしてくれたら、もちろん提携先だけでなく、他の安い駐車場も紹介してくれた。本当にいい人だった。 ウェルカおにぎりすごく良かった。とっても美味しかったし、何よりそれを提供してくれるお姉さんがとってもいい人だった。 部屋もとっても快適だったし、何より良かった点は盛岡の市内。すぐそばにあるので、夜外でご飯を食べに行くのがとっても便利だった。 お風呂が少し臭かった。でもほとんど特にない。

- yuki (4/5): - 駅から近く、歩いてすぐにお店がたくさんあるので立地は良かった。 友達と泊まり、部屋の階が別々だったのを同じに変更してくれとても親切だと高評価でいましたが… 部屋にいたところ男の人が入ってきました。 部屋の変更をしたのをスタッフで共有しなかったためなのか、こんなことがあるなんてありえません。 フロントに連絡し謝罪の言葉はもらいましたが、部屋まできて謝罪や安全を確認すべきではないでしょうか？ たまたま部屋にいましたし、風呂あがりでもなかったので良かったですが、精神的苦痛を受け最悪でした。 これがなければ安くて立地がよくまた泊まりたいと、思っていたのに対応が何もないのにがっかりしました。 こんなことがあるホテルは怖くてまた泊まりたいとは思いません。
