- Fernanda (10/5): Dormitorio amplio, baño espacioso y una ubicación perfecta con un trato excepcional de Federico - Tanto nuestro dormitorio como el baño eran muy amplios, espaciosos y bien equipados. La cama, grande y muy cómoda, ofrecía incluso varias opciones de almohada. Aunque no se sirven desayunos al no tratarse de un hotel, en la calle paralela y en la Piazza della Vittoria hay varias cafeterías. La ubicación me encantó: a un paso de la céntrica y comercial Via XX Settembre. Además, el trato de Federico, el encargado, fue excepcional, así como todas las indicaciones que nos facilitó.

Parking - just near the accommodation. I was a bit skeptical before coming to the room with separate bedroom and bathroom, but it was completely fine and there was nothing to worry about. It was great. The room was quiet loud, we heard everything from our neighbours room.

One pillow wasn't enough for me, but Federico prepared a few more in the wardrobe, so absolutely no issue. The view was amazing. È stato senza dubbio uno dei migliori soggiorni che abbiamo mai fatto. - Guest (9/5): Weekend genovese - L'appartamento è situato in prossimità del centro, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni di Genova. La stanza è molto bella e accogliente. Ci è piaciuta molto anche la vista dalla finestra. Nella stanza sono presenti riscaldamento a pavimento, condizionatore, bollitore elettrico e macchina per il caffè. L'host Federico è il massimo della disponibilità. Il rovescio della medaglia di un appartamento vicino al centro sono i rumori esterni udibili anche di notte. Il parcheggio nelle vicinanze è disponibile a una tariffa di 2,50 euro orarie o 6 euro giornaliere.

Si sente tanto il rumore della strada e della stanza di fianco. Il matereasso del letto troppo morbido. Pareti buccati e graffiati. Pouf con semilpelle sporca. Copriletto vecchio. Box doccia arruginito. Poca cura nell'estetica in generale: armadio aperto, ciabatta elettrica a vista, pareti della stanza vuoti e senza personalita. In generale tutto molto trascurato. Nonostante la disponibilità di Federico, un soggiorno deludente e da non ripetere prima d'un rinnovamento generale.

La posizione è centrale e ottima per muoversi in città, sia con i mezzi che in macchina o a piedi. Nella camera non mancava niente, Letti comodi e pulizia ottima. Da migliorare l insonorizzazione della stanza ma nel complesso sono soddisfatto.

- Gültac (10/5): Sensationelle Aussicht und Lage! Toller Gastgeber - Unglaublich tolle Aussicht. Betreiber Federico hat schnell unser Zimmer umgebucht, ohne wenn und aber. Zimmer Elisabeth sehr groß! Federico macht den Urlaub einfacher, alle Tipps und Tricks werden per WhatsApp gesendet. Er ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze direkt davor, 6€ pro Tag! (09.2025) Man merkt, dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, Bad bräuchte mal einen neuen Schliff und die Klima hat am zweiten Tag schlapp gemacht.

The location is perfect, super close to great cafes, restaurants, and the main attractions. Also super close to the train station which is very useful.
