- aleksey (6/5): Двоякое впечатление - 4 дня жили в 3-м коттедже Тирольской деревни. Впечатления от отеля двоякие, одновременно и понравилось и не понравилось. Сам номер понравился, но больше именно в эти коттеджи не поедем: --- Под Вами живет орава персонала (с двух сторон коттеджа вход в подвал) постоянно шастающая в/из подвала; --- Эта же орава курит (человек 8 одновременно), спасибо хоть на просьбы уйти на другую сторону реагировали молчаливо, но через некоторое время уже другая орава дымит; --- Для кого (?) установлены таблички о запрете курения на территории отеля не понятно, если весь персонал курит повсеместно. ---- Бассейна по факту нет, это скорее огромная ванна с горячей водой, не для плавания. --- Ребенку набирали ванну, вода оказалась Желтой, собственно как и полотенца такого же цвета. --- ПОСТАВЬТЕ ДОВОДЧИК на уличной двери в Бар! --- Еда входящая в путевку (з, о, у) близка к отвратительной (во многих отзывах пишут от этом), только выпечка хорошая. +++ Из плюсов: отличные сауны, хорошая территория, зоопарк, конный клуб, WiFi на всей территории..

- Bair (8/5): - Было все хорошо - природа, чистый воздух! Но персонал, кроме ресепшна и персонала ресторанов не здороваются вообще. Даже на приветствия не отвечают взаимностью. Нам ещё до других стран расти в этом плане и расти...
- Natalia (8/5): Ужасное обслуживание - Отель красивый, шикарная Спа зона. Но уровень сервиса и комфортна ниже среднего. У нас был номер люкс в Спа комплексе, думали что отдохнём, а оказалось с 23:00 до утра в здании Спа отеля работает караоке бар и басы от бара настолько слышно в номере, что не возможно спать. Сколько путешествую первый раз встречаю чтобы такое было в Спа отеле. Второй нюанс это то что один ресторан и зал второго ресторана были сданы под свадьбу и единственный работающий зал в ресторане клюква в сахаре отказывал в посадке, оргумннтируя что мест нет и бронировать нужно заранее. Хотя это проблема администрации, что при полном заселении людям негде поужинать из-за того что отель решил заработать на свадьбах. В итоге чтобы поужинать необходимо было нам и ещё другим отдыхающим устроить скандал, только после этого что-то начали предпринимать. Итог такой, что общее впечатление испорчено и ехать ещё раз не хочется.
- Nikolay (8/5): Best hotel breakfast i ever had! - Ordered room with two separate beds, received another with single double bed, with the most uncomfortable spring-mattress. Despite the fact that room was equipped with kitchen and own sauna, we asked hotel stuff to give us another room. First, they told me that i can use sofa to sleep (really? Why you don`t suggest me to sleep on the ground?). Then, finally we`v got a New room. With single bed as well. Pretty weired. So, rooms are so-so, but other activities are pretty awesome (skiing, paintball, few restaurants, pony/horse rides, spa, small local zoo etc).
