Beach and promenade are 2 min walk. 5 min walk to Market Street for an array of cafes, pubs and local shops. The room is beautiful and tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and the bed is sooooo comfy.. Deb & Tony are just excellent and very helpful. I'd recommend Seaways Cottage without hesitation. Five Stars from me. There wasn't anything to dislike to be honest. It was amazing v

Fridge with milk and bottled water and coffee, tea and biscuits provided. Excellent fast free WiFi. A short walk to town and the station. Plenty of good eating places and bars. The cottage is very close to the beach, a 5 minute walk from pubs and restaurants , and 10 minutes from the train station, which was perfect for getting to Liverpool.

The description does not clearly state that the apartment is upstairs. Not sure if I had to select accessible, but I was surprised when we arrived and had to go upstairs. Didn't hinder our stay but might have if we were travelling with other family members with limited ability.

Although the bathroom was not en-suite, it was absolutely fine and really spacious (lovely big wet-room area for the shower). Great location - I was there to go cycling on the Wirral Way. The room was a bit warm for me overnight (but that might be more on me and not the facilities)

Breakfast good, cereals & toast plus Full English cooked to your liking washed down with juice + tea/coffee. The owners were lovely and most helpful. The off road parking a bonus for my motorcycle and sidecar. All good for us.

The bed was very comfy and we were able to have hot tea every morning with milk in the refrigerator. Would definitely stay again and would recommend. Clean. Friendly. Comfy bed. Great location.

• Lizzie (10/5): Perfect stay at beachside hotel - Stayed at this hotel to go to a Doctor Who convention happening in Hoylake one weekend. Perfect location as it was a short walk from the train station, the beach, and the convention venue! Also a short walk from a Sainsbury’s and several pubs and restaurants serving food. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed chatting at the start and end of my stay. Hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Ample space in the room and extra blankets available in case it got chilly. It was a cold weekend when I came to stay but the room was warm day and night. Would definitely stay again in the future! There was nothing I didn’t like!
