I didn’t like being accused that we “clogged the toilet” when I (the mom) went to the bathroom and it overflowed when I flushed it. And there was at least an inch of water on the floor. We used every towel available and contacted the owner, who hung up the phone on me and never brought us extra towels, when all we wanted was clean towels to shower and to help pick up the water on the floor… We stayed here previously and never had an issue that’s why we came back; unfortunately I don’t think we will stay here again.

If i had know it , i would look for other hotel which has WI-FI. I am very disappoint it.

Busby (5/5): Poor check in/out process - The price. Had to call the phone number on the door to call staff in order to check in since the office door was locked. Staff was in the office though. Just didn't like the check in process. Check out was dropping the key in the mailbox. ANYONE could break open and take then I would be charged for not returning key or not checking out when I was supposed to check out.

Linda L (10/5): Nice quaint Inn in Western NY - I had a nice stay at the All Seasons Inn in Oswego, NY. The room was spacious & comfy. The Manager was very nice & helpful. It was in a good location to visit both Lake Ontario & Lake Onondaga.

ROOM#11 BED BUGS - Yes we left at 11:30 after finding these creatures in our bed & paid $250 for a night in another hotel without any problems. (ROOM #11) Manger snapped back at me they werent bed bugs - but I sent him pictures to prove it with no Refund offer from him. I DO HAVE PHOTOS & VIDEO OF BED BUGS CRAWLING !!!!

The room itself was clean (other than an insect my daughter found hidden on a dark washcloth) and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well on what was a very hot weekend, so overall, it was fine for me and my family.

Anne (6/5): Friendly staff, very clean and convenient to everything. - The room was clean, very small but clean. Fairly comfortable. The bathroom shows age but, again, spotless. The tv initially gave us trouble and since I need background noise to sleep, it was an issue. There was an awful smell, apparently from something left behind by another visitor somewhere outside the room. Both issues resolved quickly. The inn is right outside Oswego, easy to get to everything in a few minutes. On the site, it was stated "pay at the property" so we planned to do that. We were unaware a deposit was required prior to arrival. Received a couple of emails to that effect but when I called the office regarding the matter I was told it was pre authorizing. There really are no services to buy once you're in the room, no room service, no movies, no breakfast. That's fine, we don't need that stuff. Why such a fuss when checking in and not wanting to use a credit card? That was resolved, no hard feelings but it was confusing. We were visiting our daughter and these visits will be fairly regular. We would like to know this is a good choice to use again.

Jenni (1/5): Would not stay again. - The location was perfect. Booked a room just for one evening. Room was musty and very hot when we arrived. When we turned it on, the moldy AC was extremely loud and took hours to cool off the room. Not worth the cost.

We were up all night ! Their music was extremely loud and they were yelling all night. Common sense says to put them away from other guests so they don't disturb them ! Js

Furgeson (3/5): Poor - The people that work there excellent. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and it smelled like it!! We kept the bathroom door closed so it helped. It was also either really hot or really cold. Hard to keep decent temperature. The bed was good but leaned on one side. Very quaint, but I don't think I would stay again.

Verified traveler (4/5): A cold night. - When I arrived, the owner came and let me in, as it was late at night, and we squared things away. It was 11F outside. The heat was off in the room when I got in, and the neon light over the bed, which was the main light in the room, did not work. The furniture looked like it was from the 70's. I could not tell you if it was clean or dirty, because there was only one functioning lamp in the room. The heat in the room was a forced hot-air, that sounded like a jet engine, and ran most of the night. This means the bed was cold, and made it difficult to get to sleep, between the heater and the temperature.
