Deposit was indeed returned on time and without any problems. Our room could have been a bit more spacious/comfortable for a group of 4 people, but nothing that wasn't manageable.

• Sivan (6/5): - I liked the kitchen facilities in the room The large and convenient shower. The comfort with public transportation Friendliness of the staff, willingness to help. The rooftop has a great view. The BEDS!!!!!!!!!!! WTF. They were the killer. Literally a sinkhole. We couldn't sleep in them, therefore moved to the sofa bed. Cleanness of the room. There was dog hair in the room and on the carpet, which wasn't hoovered well. No possibility to air the room. Airplane traffic. No lobby.
• Annette (7/5): Wir sind mit der Übernachtung im Hotel zufrieden - Die Hotellage ist optimal, man kommt bequem mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in das Zentrum. Das Zimmer war ausreichend für 3 erwachsene Personen, dennoch sind wir davon ausgegangen, das es 3 Betten sind. Die Schlafcouch wurde so nicht angegeben. Das Frühstück hat nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen: - die Butter fehlte an 2 Tagen - der Kaffeeautomat funktionierte nicht immer und war schwierig zu bedienen - es wurde nicht aufgefüllt = Brötchen, Wurst oder Käse fehlten - das Personal räumte nicht die Tische ab und war nicht immer ansprechbar

• Nadiia (10/5): Everything was good - Good location - you can easily reach the city by tram. We bought a 3-day ticket and didn't have to worry about transport. Nice apartments with a kitchenette so you can cook on site. There is everything for this: you are given a small packet of oil, salt, pepper for cooking, but I would have liked to have more than one small packet of salt and oil. So if you are going to stay there for 3 nights or more, it is better to buy more (or maybe ask for more at the reception). But I can't say that this is a minus. Quiet and nice location and apartments. I recommend.

No hubo ruidos y se podía descansar bien. La habitación no estaba demasiado limpia, sí que estaban las sábanas y toallas nuevas pero se notaba que no habían limpiado el baño y el suelo desde los huéspedes anteriores.

• Daniela (9/5): - Das Zimmer entsprach exakt der Beschreibung. Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, gut eingerichtete Küchenzeile, das Schlafsofa hatte eine richtige Matratze. Gym und Sauna können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Die Anbindung an die Öffis ist sehr gut, zur Straßenbahn sind es 3min Fußweg. Leider war der hoteleigene Parkplatz voll. Dieser ist mit 17,50€ auch etwas überteuert. Im Ibis nebenan kostet es nur 12€

Quando chegamos a cama estava na parede, era 2h da manhã e só queríamos dormir, não montar uma cama suspensa. O funcionário muito gentil nos ajudou a montar, mas não era uma cama muito confortável.

Mooie dakterras, genoten van de zonsondergang. Heerlijk gegeten, de desserts waren echt een aanrader. Personeel is vriendelijk. We zijn zeker van plan om hier terug te keren.

• Nicole (7/5): - Gut gefallen hat uns, dass Toilette und Dusche unabhängig voneinander waren. Auch die Küchenzeile, das große Sofa und der große Esstisch waren gut. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns auch super. Man ist zu Fuß schnell an öffentlichen Verkehrmitteln und mit diesen auch fix in der Stadt gewesen. Das Personal war super super freundlich, das war toll! Das Bett bestand aus 2 Einzelbetten und diese hatten leider zu große Topper auf den Matratzen. Die Lösung des Roomservice war, die Betten in der Mitte jeweils 10 Zentimeter auseinander zu schieben, das kann aber nicht die Lösung sein. Da müssten, vor allem für den Preis, schon passende Topper auf die Matratzen. Auch die Bettsofa-Matratze war nicht so toll, da sie, auf Grund der Bauweise des Bettes, am Kopf- und Fußende nach oben gebogen war. Für unseren Sohn war es gerade noch okey, aber eben nicht optimal. Außerdem fehlten im Bad leider passende Haken für die Handtücher.

Рядом парковка, по 17,5€ за день. Сауна, тренажерный зал. Хорошие месторасположение, рядом остановка. Единственный минус это 2 односпальные кровати, которые все время разъезжаются и диван-кровать скрепит.

Unusual bed, but comfortable. The staff is very kind and attentive. Tasty meals and dishes, games available to play. 15 min to AMS by tram. We expected a bit more from the sauna (there’s no shower, it’s very small).

Quarto limpo, cama confortavel, amenidades e um banheiro excelente. Atendimento excelente tbm na recepção. Bairro muito silencioso e tranquilo. Nada a declarar, tudo otimo. É uma pena não haver opções do genero no centro de amsterdam

On King’s day, we arrived at the hotel earlier than check in time but receptionist try their best to make the room available for us.After get in to the room, I found it really well organized and fully furnished, the property provided kitchen in the room which suitable for cooking lover❤️ comfy bed, proper room layout, minimal decoration but everything is well functional. Extra pillow & blanket are ready to serve in the room. Receptionist staff are teenage with high spirit and service mind.One day in the morning I just wake up and wearing pajamas, I contact reception to request for more coffee capsule and the staff give fresh welcome smiled to me and compliment my pajamas🙂 I love everything about this aparthotel Cityden Zuidas🥰 definitely visit again! The room a bit dark because of less light bulb but I’m OK.

• Nicole (9/5): Tolles Hotel in der Nähe von Amsterdam - Schöne Zimmer, eine tolle Rooftopbar, das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Straßenbahn ist in der Nähe und in 30 bis 40 Minuten ist man in der City. Kleinigkeiten 😊 Es zu schaffen das in einer Gruppe jeder das perfekte Bett hat, schwer machbar.
