- Brandon (4/5): - Hotel added a $100 hidden cleaning fee just for them to not clean the room once during a 5 day stay. Door had a small gap where I could see light get through and mosquitos got in and bit me up. Water also takes time to heat up for shower

- Witte (9/5): 1 night stay. Some good, some ok. - Very secure. Felt very safe. All facilities were clean. Cameras everywhere that staff watched. No parking was inconvenient. It also seems absurd for extra guests to have additional room charges of $30 per person. There was also no breakfast included, and for $250 per night, I feel a breakfast should be included.

- meekins (5/5): - The cleaning staff was awesome. Room and halls always smelled fresh and stayed clean. There is no ice machine, not even a vending machine. The restaurant is open for 5 hours 6p-11p)and is advertised from 9a-12a. No laundry room i was there for 7 days... not good for a long stay.. good thing a gas station was open and walking distance during the daytime the restaurant isnt. The girls that work the bar/restaurant are very loud. Unsure if they were having a disagreement but on the other side of the wall, IT FELT LIKE they WERE!

I didn't like the steep uneven hills you have to walk up to get to your room. No elevator and the bed was super uncomfortable.

- ALICIA (7/5): A place to sleep - This hotel is close to the airport and easily accessible by taxi. It is a suitable place to stay if you plan to be out all day, as the rooms are nice but quite small. Very clean and beds are comfortable. The hotel restaurant opens at 16:30 for diner. The Restaurant bar is vey small and loud on the weekends, with noise continuing past 1:00 AM. Regarding parking, the lot is available on a first-come, first-served basis; however, it is very narrow and small, and steep. I would not recommend parking on the street as the surrounding neighborhood may not be ideal for it. Get back early so you have parking. No ideal for working remotely with WIFI - internet was down most of the time.

Let's begin with the rooms - the bed in 301 was terrible it’s like you were sleeping on plastic it keep making noise at night. The pillow was so uncomfortable They also do not provide washcloths, only towels. The constant slamming of doors made it impossible to get any sleep..

The room was great. when I first got there I had to tighten the toilet seat because I thought it was going to fall off but I didn’t do it when I left. My sister‘s hair bled on one of the towels Since she dyed her hair before we got there and they kept $50 of my deposit. No explanation of the reason why so I’m guessing that’s it since the room was left very clean and all trash in the bag. As much as I like the area that it is in because it’s close to everything I think I will look elsewhere next time I go.

It's on a regular street. No fantastic view. But it was comfortable. Modern. Very small. Refrigerator microwave. Shower was clean. The bed was just ok. No real casino. Jus a couple slot machines. No restaurant at least while we were th here. It was fine. Street parking in the back if you have a car

- Marko (2/5): - I arrived on time to check in but my room was not ready for an additional 2 hrs. Also the front desk made a error on my deposit and charged me double the deposit amount and then refused to refund me. I was refunded half the amount.
- Taylor (2/5): - Upon check-in, I was informed of an additional $100 charge, described as a “deposit,” though elsewhere it’s referred to as a “mandatory cleaning fee.” It would be more transparent to simply include this in the room rate. What’s more frustrating is that the fee seems unjustified considering the condition of the room. There were visible stains on the pillowcases, the bed wasn’t properly made, and the bathroom towels—supposedly clean—had stains and even someone else’s hair on them. The “bath mat” was literally just a towel cut in half, and the pillows felt like they were stuffed with old toy filling. I’m honestly not sure what the cleaning fee is supposed to cover, because the room was far from clean when I arrived.

No room service in 2 days Location is close to downtown but area isn’t nice specially at night. Description is not accurate.

- Malcolm (7/5): Worked for me - I nearly didn't book this due to the previous reviews but if you are a traveller used to good 3 star guesthouses then it should work for you. If no one at reception ring bell and stick your head into restaurant (left hand door) for help. 30 stairs in total to my room on top floor. Aircon. Hot water (give it a few minutes) with good pressure. Microwave, fridge (check its turned on), comfortable mattress. Had TV, hot plate and coffee maker but I did not use. Breakfast bench with chairs. Limited kitchen utensils. I stayed a Friday and Saturday night and all was quiet. Rooster started at 7.15am but not sure I would have heard him if I wasnt on balcony. On site restaurant with reasonable food options - no complaints re quality. Spacious modern room. Functional bathroom. Stayed in Room 212. Small convenience store 75 metres away and gas station directly across from it with drinks, snacks, and small selection of takeaway hot food. Major Pueblo supermarket an 8 minute walk away. Local safari bus comes past front door although it is also an interesting/comfortable/not hilly but longish walk into town.If you are looking for a resort type getaway feel then this is not for you and there are other options at much higher prices per night. But if you are watching your dollars then i found it a great option. No issues.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Affordable but you get what you pay for - The unit was fine but finding dirty towels and dishes left by previous guests did not install much confidence in their cleanliness. The location is pretty crappy with virtually no real place to park except for literally on the sidewalk. The price is cheap for a reason. So not great but it’s a place to stay.

- Sharon (8/5): - The experience at Starz was good. Clean room, However the room #102 needs to be equipped with a refrigerator microwave and ironing board. None of those were present in the room but was indicated online as part of the amenities. Close to the Ferry Dock and Airport.
