• Hanako (9/5): - The stuff was always there to help you, they were very resourceful, gave me lots of information on where I can go and what I should see. They packed me breakfast on the day I was taking ferry and had to leave early. They have a rooftop where I could just sit on the couch and relax at the end of the day.

• Luciano (3/5): overpriced establishment - Location. It was very close to the harbour. That is the only nice thing I have to say about the place Pretty much everything. The room was not what I expected. The shower had no pressure, and the water was either scalding hot or cold. The establishment doesn't look at all like the pictures you see on booking.com It is presented as a very nice and fancy hotel but it is more like a below-average establishment. The cost is way too high compared to what they offer.

Podczas pobytu remontowali coś i były straszne hałasy rozbijania płytek. Śniadania skromne. Hałasy rano jak szykowali śniadanie słyszalne w pokoju i w nocy z ulicy.

• ScubaRich (8/5): - Stayed here for 7 nights - super happy and friendly staff, excellent location and quiet (except for Friday/Saturday Night - same everywhere). Location - easy to access everywhere and only 5mins walk from the ferry pier. Setback from the front strip so much quieter during the weekdays. At the weekend there is no escaping loud music anywhere in town but this has nothing to do with the hotel. Staff - all were brilliant, agree with others comments here that they really make you feel welcome even for those that only speak spanish. Felt part of the place from the moment we arrived and they did everything to get us checked in way before the official time. Room - good size room, only issue would be the super hard bed ... if you are busy all day to be honest you'll get used to it but if one thing could be changed; better beds would be it. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast - simple continental with some egg etc very typical for this part of the world. Does the job fine. Terrace - roof top terrace with multiple.sun loungers. The hot tub was empty and off at the time of our visit. Mind its so hot here they would be better off with an ice bath! Summary - would totally stay again here ... just in the future get some softer mattresses and it would be a solid 9.

• Alexandu Daniel (10/5): - Un hotel foarte frumos, cu personal extrem de profesionist, de nota 10. Mic dejun fantastic de bun, excepțional. Hotelul este la 100 m de zona portului, excelent poziționat, intr-o zona sigura. Camerele sunt confortabile, foarte curate, dotate. Un hotel minunat.

• Toby (8/5): Very good - Nice hotel in a good, central location. Cosy room. Good breakfast. The reception guy from the late shift (wears glasses) was extremely helpful and always gave useful tips and recommendations. The room was poorly soundproofed, ie you could hear the noise/music from the nightclub/bar on the next street and also the noise from the hotel corridor.

• Florian (9/5): Superb - The staff was very friendly and professional, we received a lot of information and recommendations about tourist attractions, restaurants, activities, etc. I would like to mention Pablo, he speaks perfect Spanish, English and French, he is one of the best hotel employees I have ever met. A successful six-day stay, we would come back anytime. Drinking water is free in the corridor. Breakfast was good, good location, the room also very clean. Thank you! Everyting was ok.
• Shelley (7/5): Good location, unfortunately jacuzzi not usable - Great location, free water refill, staff was friendly. We booked this place specifically for the jacuzzi. First night we wanted to use it, it was empty. Next day they said it would be filled and ready for us in the afternoon, it was not nearly half filled and boiling hot so completely unusable. This made me a bit sad as this was the first stop of our honeymoon and we really wanted a relaxed stay.

My wife is sensitive to such things. We asked for another room, but all of them were cleaned with the same chemicals. So, unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy our stay because of this.

We enjoyed staying there and staying two more days. They made this extraordinary experience in islands extra special. The location was very good too, close to piers,bars, and restaurants. We could hear breakfast being prepared above us very early in the AM, 5:30/6:00. That was the only negative. I loved the tea available all day as it was rainy and cool during our stay.

Pablo helped us a lot and explained and showed everything. We want to thank him for the excellent service. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was very good and tasty. View from our room was just a neighbors wall. Wifi is starlink and is working bad if cloudy. Take this into account because it is usually cloudy at evening.

The staff was personable and attentive. There was a noisy bar across the street on Friday and Saturday nights. But the stay was so good in other ways that it was worth putting up with.

Staff is helpful, friendly y muy simpatico! - Breakfast, beautiful fruits, island cheese and yogurt, yucca y plantain, eggs made to order each morning, good coffee, daily juice. Location is very good. More hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom and in the room would be very helpful. It was also very nice to have two towels in the room at the beginning of the stay ... I missed the second towel later in the week.

Our thanks to Pablo who was great and pointed us in the right direction for anything we needed and offered sage advice about trips. He also gave us top tips on the harbour at night. Thank you so much. Bathroom was a bit dated but functional, otherwise everything was great.

In the same location, same standard you can get a room for a half of this price or less. I wanted a compromise reasonable price-upper standard but ended up with overpriced basic. -Ants in the room. -Room was basic. -Room was loud. And i wouldnt mind if it was sounds of the street or construction or some other unavoidable noise, but it was noises of a loud conversations of what i assume owners family or friends using a lobby as a livingroom with TV etc. so it was anoying. Guys, move a party somewhere else!!!

Helpful staff. ideal location, super central and not too noisy.We booked last minute, but super fast services. excellent breakfast cooked on the spot, served on the top floor with the possibility of relaxing on the deck chairs, if the season permits. possibility to use the tub, but without the tap. Using only the shower head takes time. anyway, you are in the Galapagos, save the water.
