Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (2/5): Moved us to a different hotel that was rubbish. - Arrived at the hotel to be told that they hadn't finished building it yet and have booked a room at a different hotel near by for us. They said the new hotel was $12 per night more but they would take on that cost and offered us breakfast as an apology which was a very good breakfast.
This would have been fine if the hotel they booked had actually been $12 per night more instead of actually turning out to be $18 per night cheaper than we had paid! Feel a bit ripped off.
The hotel we ended up in was at best poor and not at all to the same standard of room we had booked with Wilderness Resort. They also had lots of hidden charges at the end of our stay so felt doubly ripped off.
