• Eswaran (7/5): - Great location for solo travelers. If you prefer more privacy instead of a dormitory and want a place within walking distance to popular spots like Central Hatyai, ASEAN Night Bazaar, and Greenway Bazaar, this is a good choice. It’s definitely worth the money. The room may not look exactly like the photos shown, but it was still acceptable for me since I spent most of my time exploring. If there is no one at check in lobby, you need to make a call to the owner.

• Leeya (8/5): Good stay worth for money near main tourist attraction - Location : just 5min walk to mall and if u dont mind to walk around 10-15min to asean night market. Plus point there’s always tut2 front pf the mall The parking still under construction

Decent room size and amenities inside No reception when I arrived at around 7pm and waited for nearly 25 minutes still nobody showed up, though the website says reception 24/7. Had to call them to come and check me in my room. The TV's satellite signal was weak so couldn't watch anything during my stay. I think the black mould in the bathroom could have been cleaned better. Too much of it in the bathroom and I am not a fussy person. If there's a ventilation system in place, it might help get rid of this problem.

Bilik selesa, besar. 3. Bersebelahan dengan Central Hatyai dan Makro....best 1. Tiada lift, kena naik tangga. 2. Tiada arah kiblat (bagi muslim). 3. Tiada water dispenser.

• Nur (7/5): You can just sit if you intend to walk to the central station. - it is very close to central. food is also easy to find a room that is quite large and the type is opposite His toilet is a bit dirty, the remains of the toilet are all over the place. The lobby below is quite hot as in the picture

• Nabila (9/5): Very walking distance to Central Festival, cheap and valuable. - Easy booked, easy checkout, no need to leave deposit language barrier with the staff, they can't speak english but we manage to use hand language (not sign language)

• Nur (8/5): walking distance to central festival - clean and spacious 1) no lift.. my room is located at level 3. 2) very difficult check in process. no staff at the counter. you have to call the number provided. so for foreigner with no local no is quite difficult. the door bell at the sliding door was not functioning.

Overall is not as bad as those previous review, just the mattress need to change as spring come out. Water pressure for me is acceptable and not as low as per others review. For me is good and parking oso easy even though is at d roadside.
