• Allan (6/5): Room 0216 - Bad wifi bad air-con no bidet - Wifi was too bad. Almost no signal and no Internet. The air-conditioner was bad, too. Finally, there's no bidet in the toilet.
• Anne (4/5): Bekvem placering - Hotellet var valgt grundet nærhed til lufthavnen samt Mall of Asia. Til dette formål var hotellet ok. I forhold til prisen var hotellet nok ok, men standarden er ikke høj. Det er et lejlighedshotel, der bærer præg af at være værelserne udlejes for længere perioder og ikke i så høj grad turister. Pool området var pænt og rent. Den er dog ikke så dyb og der er mange regler.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Cockroaches, insects everywhere - The outside looks amazing, with the pools (which we didn't use anyways) and MOA very close. Inside was okay; beds were nice, patio overlooking MOA. We checked in at 2pm. Soon after, little cockroaches started appearing in the bathroom. We just ignored it as we were going out, hoping it is just a rare occurrence. We came back in the evening and getting to sleep when these bugs, cockroaches started flying and crawling, hitting as fast as we can, and we ended up not sleeping for fear of more cockroaches. The office was closed at night so there was no way to contact them; we reported the incident through text (cellphone of Lovely {the staff}) was unanswered. Since we have another day left, we had to ask for an insect spray - they gave us one. Looks like they know this problem already but no action was done to our room except to give us that insect spray. Second day was okay, slept half the time - as bugs still came out but not as much anymore.

• Dr. William (6/5): Great Location - Was hard to find the right tower as they are not marked. The first room was moldy and the first night the Air Conditioner leaked water all over the mattress, we were given a second room the next day. The young people who took care of the room was great.

• Maria (8/5): Basic - I booked 5 rooms for 2 nights. It was fine overall with a few hiccups... Some of the amenities indicated were not there. Rooms were basic. One of the room's air conditioner was not functioning properly. Some rooms had a double bed + a single bed + a sofa bed. One even had a roll away mattress. But some only had a double bed and a sofa bed. No extra mattresses, etc. The room with a broken air con was not fixed. The occupants, abandoned it the following day.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Worst place to stay - it was the worst place i have stayed in my life. I went there with friends for a night stay and there was this group of inconsiderate people few rooms away from us, they were shouting, banging of doors, karaoke-ing, chitchatting until 530AM! my friend went downstairs to complain but the security guard was not able to help us. we were able to sleep only after they left at 530AM. This is my 1st time to stay in a condotel and will never do this again. The place is so dirty, i stayed at 4th floor, trashes all around the floor. the walls are too thin as if there voices are just next to your ear. the condo walla are poor quality, you can basically hear everything outside your room.

• Mary Jane (4/5): Dont book this room - We came in early 30 minutes before the check-in time of 2pm. It was passed 3pm and we still didnt have any room. The place in the advertised photo is not the same as that of the actual studio. Room needs cleaning, especially the shower area. Our stay is a total disappointment. The AC wont work at all. It was running for hours but it was really very hot. We checked out after 12midnite as we cant stay there any longer... A total disappointment
• c") (4/5): Not nice but close to Airport and Mall of Asia - Unclean, bed covers are not good, old condo, I would not recommend. There are lot of better place close by of similar price. Terrible service and they ask you to Place Pho1,000.00 deposit even you already paid in full. It is only close to the airport. This is just 1 start condo

• 2 golfers (4/5): Would not go back there again - Only advantage here is the close proximity to the Mall of Asia. Otherwise...Dirty, stinky stagnant water in laundry washing machine, couldn't use it. Glad brought our own towels cuz the ones they had were also dirty. The place looked like it wasn't thoroughly cleaned between occupants. Dirty kitchen appliances - had to scrub gunk off kettle, no drainer to dry off dishes; had to supply our own paper towels and toilet paper; plus LARGE ROACHES!!!

• Lalaine (2/5): Äcklig hotell - Dåligt stråle på duschvatten, mycket kakerlacker, luktar mögel, luftkondetionering läcker vatten så fick jag lägga handduk under annars blir det vatten på hela golvet, usch. Jag skulle inte bo där igen.
• Pantaleon (8/5): Homey Feeling - The best in this hotel is that it is a walking distance to Mall of Asia (MoA) which is an A+ for everybody. Also it has a built-in convenience store and lots of food store or restaurant surrounding the huge square type hotel buildings which are located around the outer ground floor level. It has a wonderful view in the inner view of the buildings which composed of swimming pools and gardens. The inside of the guest rooms is a different story as according to the room attendant that each hotel rooms was owned by individual owner (time share) and individually and some (rooms) are group managed. The check-in process is different, slow and a bit longer compared to traditional hotel. When you arrived at the receptions the in-charge will call the room owner attendant which will arrive minutes later bringing lots of papers and lots of paper works (signatures and photo copies of IDs) as if we are applying for "mortgage" or "opening a bank account" type of process. We travel a lot almost every month and this the first time we encounter a check-in process like this. Also even you fully paid your bookings they will ask you for a "cash" security deposit (ranging more or less P1,000.00) and they will not accept credit cards unlike most of the traditional hotel. The only big advantage inside the hotel (they call it condotel - condominium hotel) is that it is all a suite type which you can freely cook inside your room as it has everything needed to cook and eat your food inside.

• Dietmar (8/5): Great pool and excellent check-in - Great check-in experience. My wife arrived late and everything worked out fine. Room was as described and overall clean and comfortable. Beds are Filipino style and foreigners will need to get used to this type of beds or choose different accommodations. Great pool, everybody loves the pool. The location is also very good near SM Mall of Asia and other stores.
• david (8/5): Great location - Check-in took too long. The room was overall fairly clean however lack attention to detail. There was some mold around the edges in the shower, dirt in the corners etcetera. The location however is great being close to the Mall of Asia, Baclaran market and the Manila Airport. With the new Skyway toll road you can beat to the airport in just a few minutes.

• Verified traveler (2/5): This is not a hotel!!! - This was the worst booking experience on Expedia. Expedia, why did you allow this listing. It is a condo unit rented out by individual owners. This is not a hotel and should never be listed on Expedia. Upon check-in, we had to wait for the representative of the condo owner since the lobby personnel does not allow any check-in like a regular hotel. There was only 1 luggage cart for the whole two condo towers and we've been waiting for a long time for one... so many more bad things to list... shame on expedia
• Shaun (2/5): Avoid this one - The hotel is very difficult to find, no signs anywhere. Expect that it takes about 30 minutes to register, where some guy takes your passports into a shady room, makes you fill out a bunch of forms. The whole hotel smells of fried food, hallways are loud, the doors are made of paper so don't expect a good night's sleep. The rooms are much smaller than you'd expect - showers dirty, no blankets, sheets had curry stains. The only nice thing about the hotel are the pools, but you're not even allowed to enjoy a snack and a drink near the pool, the security shows up and tells you to leave, apparently one can only eat in their room. Very sketchy place.

Kävelymatkan päässä löytyy iso ostoskeskus, josta löytyy useita ravintoloita ja erilaisia ostosmahdollisuuksia. Hotellihuoneen laatu ei ole kovinkaan hyvä ja asiakaspalvelu ei ole ystävällisemmästä päästä mutta tässä on hyvä kohde halvempaa ratkaisua etsivälle!

• Ryan (2/5): Terrible place, never stay here. - This was the worst place I have ever booked through Expedia. This is not a Hotel, it's a Condo that someone is renting out. Cockroaches, water leaking all over the floor, air conditioning doesn't cool the room, no hot water in the sinks, no blankets, no staff and 30 minutes waiting for someone to bring you to the room. Expedia should remove the listing and reimburse everyone who had to suffer staying there. An absolute embarrassment to Expedia. It should not have any star rating above 1.
