- Lisian (8/5): It was a pleasant stay with some unpleasant matter.. - Its very clean ,smells good..the room space also big ,great location to go everywhere,there’s alot of local chinesse restaurant nearby,easily to find meals The room has no soundproof,easily can hear people talking at the corridor,been awaken repeatly,cant sleep really well cos of the outside noise,also during our stay there was sound of fireworks at 4plus am😑 and we’re on 3rd floor.
Need to provide a small fridge inside the room and a better clothes iron..

- Herry (8/5): First check in at The Inn, Bintulu. - The place was strategic and very clean. The receptionist was not very friendly, lacks the professionalism with regards to hospitality, oyherwise everything else was ok.

- Faeez Nur Rizki (8/5): Acceptable. - Location is good. Unfortunately, there was a very foul smell coming out from the toilet drain. Made a complain to the hotel and hopefully there will be action taken to solve the issue for the benefit of all guest.

- Hafis (5/5): Long journey trip and staying during unexpected event. - The staff was helpful and providing us ironing with iron board. No lift working as new lobby area was under renovation.
Electrical panel/ fuse box located in the bathroom. Hopefully they can fix this.

- Yung (3/5): Bad experience during check-out - Location wise is OK with a walk-in bar next to the hotel. 1. WiFi connection is not easy to connect. Not user-friendly at all.
2. Bad smell in the rooms as we walk in. Need better air sanitation daily. The owner of the business should do spot checks and find out the condition of the rooms.
2. During check out, the male reception returned my deposit of rm100. I noticed that the bank note looks faded. I requested him to replace it to 2x rm50. He turned around and accused me that I was the one who gave him that note when I checked in. Now, the heat discussion started because I myself are very careful with bank notes and told him that all my notes in my wallet are fairly new as I just took all from the bank. So, trying to cool off the situation, i thought it was ok just to take it, although it just looked faded. Then, when i turned and checked the back of the note, i noticed that there was a tape on the back. With this, i would not want to accept it and ask the male reception why he is he giving me a broken note?
He continued to accuse me that i was the one who gave him. I am very angry because i know what i have with me and told him he should always check when any customer gave him. I should have taken a picture of the rm100 that I gave him when I checked in.
I felt that this male reception didn't know what he was doing because accusing a guest was very wrong.
I also urge the hotel management to take this matter seriously because it is my first time that I have encountered a situation like this and been accused of giving the hotel broken bank notes. Please provide better management training to your staff, especially the male reception, so he knows how to better handle the guest and never accused a hotel guest for something that is not true. With his attitude, I will badly impact the image of the hotel.
I sincerely wish the hotel all the best in the future and my advice to other guests...
