• Milena Scibetta (9/5): - I came there for the lantern festival, the hotel was a bit away from the city center but there were busses running regularly so it was easy to go around. The staff was also very kind even though they had difficulties speaking English but they were very helpful, I appreciated that a lot. There were some cafes and convenience stores in the area. The room was huge and the bathroom had a big bathtub and a waterfall shower They offer free breakfast but sadly not on the weekend I found that a bit unfortunate
• Gilbert (10/5): - Tres bon accueil : arrivés à 12h la chambre nous a été donnée aussitôt. Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain avec spa, tous les accessoires fournis et renouvelés (brosse a dents, rasoirs...), très bonne literie, calme. Excellent petit déjeuner. Situé en zone activité, ce n'est pas un véritable inconvénient. L'arrêt de bus est à 3mn à pied et conduit directement en centre ville (7km).

• yongju (10/5): 편안한 진주 여행 - 체크인 하는데 담당자님께서 쓱 보시곤 제 생각에 아이둘이 초등이라 유아가 아니라 욕조도 제일 큰 방을 주신게 아닐까 생각이 들었네요. 진주 시내가 아니라 조금 한적한(?) 곳에 위치해 있었지만 걸어서 해결할 편의점과 맛집 식당들이 있어서 좋았구요. 욕조가 커서 집에서도 반신욕을 잘 안하는 아이들이 하느라 물 채우는데 좀 시간이 걸렸어요😄😆 편의점 이용하러 내려가다 다른 이용객과 말씀 하시는거 들으니 충전기도 빌려주신다 하더라구요. 진주에 갈일 있으면 이곳을 이용하려 합니다. 저희 가족은 너무 좋았어요. 전기차인데 주차장에 충전소도 있어서 이용 했습니다.

• INYOUNG (10/5): 가격에 비해 아주 좋은 호텔, 층간소음은 아쉽습니다. - 큰 기대를 하지 않고 체크인하였는데 방이 아주 넓고, 욕실도 넓어서 좋았습니다. 주중 아침에 제공되는 조식도 간단하지만 든든하게 하루를 시작하는데 도움이 되었습니다. 아쉬웠던 점은 층간소음이었는데, 윗 층 발소리가 다른 호텔에 비해 잘 들리는 편이었습니다.

• Dupuis (8/5): Our stay was refreshing - The value is unbeatable! Completely exceeded my expectations. The first pleasant surprise was the vast size of the room and bath area. The complimentary breakfast was also more than I anticipated. To top it all off, the staff was exceptionally helpful. It would be nice if the deal staff was there when we first arrived at 1430. Fortunately, when we came back at 1515, and check-in was painless.
• Katarzyna (10/5): Exceptional - All the facilities in the room were amazing from a huge TV, toiletries, robes, a jacuzzi bath and a shower to very wide and very comfortable beds. The rooms were also very big. It felt like a luxury hotel but at a very reasonable price.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Quiet Hotel - Very clean hotel with good amenities. A little isolated from the rest of the city, but overall good. Bed was a little firmer than I like, but it was to my wife's liking. Decent breakfast in the morning. Nice and quiet place to relax.

• Seungjin (10/5): 청결하고 가성비 최고👍 - 12월 면접대비 미리 숙박해봤는데 약간 쿰쿰한 냄새가 좀 나고 방 조명이 환하지않은 노란빛이라 어두운거 빼면 전반적으로 청결하고 욕실도 넓고 물도 3개나 있고 좋았어요 9층이라 외부신경안쓰고 창문도 활짝 열수있고 주차도 편하더라구요 서류합격하면 면접때 꼭 다시 가려구요
• BYEONG MO (10/5): Clean and Safety - It is one of the two tourist hotels in Jinju. The staff is friendly, and the room condition is a clean Korean style motel. It is about 15 minutes away from Jinju KTX Station or Jinju Castle by taxi. There were many family guests.

• Jake (8/5): Great Hotel but Set in the Middle of Nowhere - It's super nice and clean. The bath and shower is one of the best you can expect. The room is spacious and comfortable. It's pretty far away from anything. If you don't have a car, be prepared to taxi back and forth. Walking anywhere significant is generally not feasible.

• Verified traveler (10/5): We love everything about it! - This hotel should be considered as 4 star, not 3 star! It was spacious, clean, modern… there are so many things to praise about. Our beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was so spacious that they have a big jacuzzi and a separate shower space. There are various options to control the lighting. We would definitely come again if we are around the area or going to the southern regions.

• Hoonchai (10/5): 성인 4명 가족이 편안하게 휴식할 수 있는 호텔 - 주요 방문지가 경남 진주인데 KAI호텔이 있는 정촌면에서 진주 시내까지는 거리가 있지만 나름 도로가 편리하게 조성되어 있어서 지리적인 불편을 느끼지 못했습니다. 저의 경우에는 대학생 자녀 2명과 함께 같은 방에서 머물수 있는 청결한 조건의 호텔을 선호하는데 KAI호텔이 좋았습니다.
• D and C (10/5): 가성비 완전 좋음 - 시내랑 조금 떨어진 위치지만 방도 크고 욕실도 엄청 크고 욕조도 엄청 크고 완전 깨끗합니다. 욕실내 세면대 외에 방안에 건식 세면대가 별도로 있어서 아주 편리합니다. 번화가는 아니지만 바로 옆에 cu 있고 걸어서 갈만한 식당들도 제법 있어요. 무엇보다 조식무료 제공입니다. 평일엔 토스트. 씨리얼.수프.계란후라이.쥬스.우유등 간편한 조식이 무료고 주말.휴일의 경우는 토스트와 씨리얼. 우유.쥬스등이 제공됩니다. 가성비 정말 좋은 숙소였습니다. 진주에 다시 가면 재숙박의사 100%입니다..

• Ruben (6/5): - Front desk was not attended. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in. No one was at front desk upon checking out I needed the front desk to call for a taxi. Not much selection for lunch or dinner. Taxis were having a difficult time to locate the Hotel.

• Linda (6/5): - For the area, this is a decent hotel. The front desk is not manned all of the time, but the staff is extremely helpful when you find them and ask for help. The room was clean, but the bed was extremely hard, so much so that I had trouble sleeping. Additionally, there were only small sized towels in the bathroom vs. a normal bath size towel. The breakfast was decent, but limited.
