- BIGATTI (9/5): CONSIGLIATISSIMO - Appartamento pulitissimo e accogliente. Dimensioni ridotte ma ben organizzato secondo quanto riferitoci da nostra figlia e le sue due amiche che hanno soggiornato li. Posizione fantastica: a 15 Min a piedi dal centro (una piacevole passeggiata anche se mancano i marciapiedi); la fermata dell' autobus è quasi davanti casa. Dall' aeroporto dista pochissimo ed è servito con taxi e bus (i bus a settembre cominciavano il servizio in aeroporto alle ore 09.00 del mattino arrivando prima di tale ora ci sono solo i taxi). Vicino all' appartamento si trova un supermercatino comodo anche se bisogna stare attenti ai prezzi esposti e non! Il proprietario di casa, sig. George, è stato davvero molto disponibile fin dalla prenotazione con noi e molto gentile e simpatico con le ragazze poi. Mancano un po' di utensili da cucina che renderebbero perfetto il soggiorno.

- Frank (7/5): Everything was as expected. Basic but functional - Close to the town and easy parking on site. We drove to town as the walk was I bit tough with the heat. But it can be done. The rooms are old but well kept. Good value Little bit dated accommodation but was priced well for a short stay in Mykonos. Can’t complain.

Bagno e doccia assolutamente inadeguati. La cucina é poco attrezzata disponendo solo di un fornellino elettrico e un frigorifero molto piccolo.

- Kate (7/5): Great staff, clean and large apartment with good kitchenette. - Kitchenette was really useful and well stocked. Outside area was lovely to sit in. Air conditioning worked really well. Apartment was lovely and clean. Staff were really helpful giving recommendations and help with transport and luggage. The other guests decided to have a party from 2am to 3.30am - not remotely the owners’ fault but I was so tired. There are no pavements on the walk from the town centre so would recommend getting the bus.

- Ashwini (1/5): Bad - Location was ok 10 mis walk to bus stop and super market and 20 mis walk to fabrica bus stop and town center. We all fall sick after returning from the trip not sure after our all stay was not hygiene and we are still recovering. Our experience was the worst at this property, the photos shown are not as shown on the website, the room we booked was inaccurately presented on the website. We have raised the same concern with the host but was told it is the same one we booked, we requested to provide any other property as we did not liked the property. Host replied if you do not like you can leavebthe place and look for other property. You have paid the bill for this property which is not returnable. If you leave the property leave the keys and call me. This is the response we got from the property host George. I was with family and tried going out yo search the property but could not succeed as the prices were high to take a decision to move out. We had to forcibly continue after our discussion with host he did not pick our until the day of vacating. As our flight was late we requested for late check out which also ruthlessly denied. I will not suggest anyone to this property for visit.
- Maria (10/5): Amazing stay just a few minutes away from Mykonos city - Beautiful apartment, very spacious and clean. The host is very welcoming and kind. Also they clean your room and change the towels everyday which we found amazing.
- Sofia (4/5): Too simple and not very clean - The location It’s really small, it’s not very clean and the host told us to leave ao luggage with him, at his office, our flight was during the night and we asked if that was not a problem, he said that it wasn’t and we could pick up our stuff anytime. After dinner we messaged him to establish a time to pick up the luggage and he had put our things outside his office, on the street, without guard.
- Cláudia (9/5): Superb - We booked a 2 level apartment that was very comfortable and well equipped, it had 2 bathrooms and a lot of exterior living space where we could do our meals. There is a supermarket and a bus stop right in front. The staff was very kind and available. Great experience! The only bad thing was that it is a bit far from the city and from the beaches (15 min walking), and you have to walk in a road without sidewalks.
- Fiona (6/5): - I've thought long and hard about writing this review, but having stayed on 4 different islands and in 4 different properties on our vacation, I feel it only fair to say that this was the worst value for money. I realize that Mykonos is a more expensive island, but this doesn't justify the price we had to pay for this property. It cost the most and was our least favorite. George, as everyone mentions, is very helpful and friendly and let us check in very early, which was fabulous. But this, unfortunately, can't make up for the disappointing scrubby surrounding area, on an extremely busy road which is hard to pull out onto.

The location is also great: 15min walking to Chora, supermarket 2min away and a bus stop right next to it. The apartment was a bit old and would benefit from a renovation. But it was not an issue. - Lorenzo (10/5): A wonderful stay at Gryparis - My girlfriend & I stayed at Gryparis' Club Apartments for 7 Nights. The apartments look exactly like they do in the photos. They're very clean and quiet, with lots of windows, so you can enjoy the Mykonos refreshing wind. One of the best things about Gryparis is the location. Across the street there is Vrisi Market, the only supermarket in the whole island open 24/7. Right across from it, there is also a bus stop which is convenient for reaching almost every beach in the island. We did not rent a car and always walked to the center of the town, which could be reached in 10 minutes. The best thing about Gryparis however, was the host, George. He is incredibly welcoming, generous, very kind, friendly and ready to help. We can say that we have discovered a beautiful island and also a lifelong friend during this trip. We'll be happy to come back here in the future. Highly recommended :)

Location was ideal and within walking distance of the town with bus stop two minutes away going to all main destinations. Supermarket across the road also. George was also a fantastic tour guide and a lovely person to meet on your travels. We will definitely return if back in Mykonos.

Fica próximo a um pequeno mercado e ponto de ônibus urbano. O banheiro necessita suporte para sabonete no box e como o box tem cortina, molha toda a área. O Sr George é muito atencioso com os hóspedes.
- Sofia (10/5): - This stay was our favorite for our entire trip throughout Greece. I want to first say that George was an incredible host. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home and comfortable and was truly like a friend welcoming us to the island for the days we stayed. He gave us incredible recommendations (the most beautiful beach we have ever been to) and was so helpful. We appreciate everything he did for us and having him as a host is reason enough to book this place. But besides his hospitality the place is amazing. The view from the balcony was great. The room was bigger than expected. The location was perfect for us. A 10-minute walk into the town but a 2-minute walk to the bus. There is a store close by with everything you could need and we walked to the beach one day and it was not a difficult walk. Can't recommend this place enough!!

The communication with him has been very easy before and during the stay via WhatsApp. Check-in and check-out procedures were very easy. A/C was working great, also the electrical boiler for the hot water. There's a Nespresso coffee machine inside and a fridge. To find something to improve.. One of the beds was a bit short and on the air stream of the A/C.

- Cara (8/5): Very good - We had a great time in Mykonos staying at Gryparis! We arrived at the tail end of a heatwave and the AC was great and working perfectly. George was extremely helpful and made us feel very looked after, helping to organise transfers and taking the time to fill us in on the area. The apartments are right next to a bus stop that takes you straight into Mykonos town - you can also walk for 10 minutes however the roads have no paths and can be quite dangerous with traffic. The bus is frequent and affordable so definitely worth doing! Our apartment had a balcony and the room was very quaint and Greek, it also came with a safe which we appreciated. No cons - just to highlight that a bus journey is required if you don’t want to walk uphill on slightly dangerous roads, however we preferred to escape the chaos of Mykonos town at night!

- Claudia (7/5): Loved our stay at Gyparis’ club apartments. It was only a 10 minute walk i to Mykonos town which was a huge tick for us. - The split level apartment was lovely. We also liked the private outside terrace and the fact there was a large clothes line to hang our beach towels. The owner of the accommodation was also extremely helpful. In one of the bathrooms, the shower head holder was broken.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - My friends were staying at the resort directly behind Gryparis Club Apartments so this was a great location for me, plus it is 10min max from the airport and very close to Old Town (10min walk). But even better was George who runs the property. He is super friendly, funny and generous so you will not be unhappy with your experience here. He even lent me sunglasses when I had lost mine! What a legend 🙏👍

George was easy to communicate with and very helpful. walkable to Mykonos town but fifteen minutes up a hill to climb on way back. only that you needed to get two buses from the airport and two again from the property if you want to get to the ferry another day .. otherwise you need to walk a long way with your luggage. Also quite far from the beach as well down a steep hill.
- Brandon (1/5): Bad - First bad experience when I tried calling them for check-in, and they never picked up. We even had booking agents try to get in contact with them. They still didn't pick up. The host was rude when we first arrived. I was confused with room layout and thought we booked something else bigger. He laughed at me about mistake and was being very rude and pushy. Had terrible customer service. Would give it 0 stars. The room is small and not updated. We booked another hotel as soon as possible to get out of there. I would not recommend.

Market and bus stop nearby, It’s well located if you intend to use the bus to get around. Confortable beds, clean decoration and lots of room for clothes. Just the Bathroom. The shower area is suuuuper small and It’s impossible to shower without making the floor wet.

George was available at all times for help and advice, on the nearest beaches, local supermarkets and unlocked the door when accidentally being locked out. The location is a short walk to Mykonos town.

- Jacinda (9/5): Great host, and affordable for the prime location! - Great location, easily accessible to a bus and Mykonos town by walking. George is a lovely and vibrant character who made us feel very welcome. The shower curtain was a bit short so it was hard to not get water on the floor.

- Alexis (10/5): cute clean places and the owner George is amazing - The owner hands down made this place an incredible experience. 15  Minute walk into town.  An Affordable mini market across the street, which makes it easy to cook but not many places to eat. Neither were a problem for me aside from getting to and from the airport since the owner provided cooking materials.
- Sebastian (7/5): good accommodation to visit Mykonos - - good location, close to bus stop and supermarket - kitchen had all tools needed to cook - very friendly and helpful staff - close to a club, which was one night very loud - rooms and shower are quite old, sometimes also a little dirty (but still ok)
- Paul (7/5): Great for a few days - Well equipped kitchen, can cook breakfast and few meals. The beds could be more firm, a bit far from center and beach, a 20min walk. would be good if have a car or quad.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent location close to downtown. the owner is next to the room so he is always available is you need anything. Room has everything you need. No water view and no count on internet. In Greece internet is terrible wherever you are. Thanks for a wonderful time

- Becca (8/5): Convenient location with gracious host - George was a great host and the apartments really suited our needs for a trip to Mykonos. It comfortably fit 4 travelers and was conveniently located near a local bus stop and supermarket. George helped us with navigation, transport from the port, and provided restaurant recommendations. It is not in the center of everything but is convenient enough to Old Town and local beaches. We would love to stay here again.
- Danielle (10/5): - Our stay here was great! The host, George, was so kind and helpful. He answered every question I had about the island and always answered my messages very quickly. The bus stop was right outside the apartment and the center was only a 5-10 minute walk away. The market across the street was also very convenient. This traditional apartment definitely gives you the Greek vibe and I hope to be returning soon!
- Nora (10/5): - ‘thoroughly enjoyable stay with all my friends looking forward to the next time. We were four young ladies and was our first time in Mykonos. George was welcoming and made us feel just like home, he was so helpful with all the information about the island where to go and where to eat. He drove us to many places, which made our trip so easy to explore the whole island just in 3 days. The apartment was large and very clean, just near the market and bus station, within walking distance to old town. It has cooking facilities, we enjoyed our breakfast in a balcony with the beautiful views. Strongly recommended for families, couples, and group of friends like us ! Owner George could not have been more helpful (advice, reasonable port transfers, even snacks to accompany our Ouzo!!).
