Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Bar mit ihren wirklich außergewöhnlichen Cocktails, außerdem lädt das Gesamtambiente sowie die Gestaltung der Zimmer dazu... Nun ja... Etwas Spaß zu haben, wenn ihr wisst was ich meine. 🤫

- Lena (7/5): Nice room and bar but disappointing breakfast - The room was great, very comfortable with nice furnishings. We can really recommend having a drink at the bar! The breakfast was quite disappointing considering the high quality of the hotel and rooms. Most of the dishes were not fresh and/or served in plastic packaging, and there wasn’t much variety.

- Agnes (8/5): Gut, aber noch Luft nach oben - Das Hotel liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig an der U 7. Die Ausstattung ist besonders, der Name des Hotels Programm. Wer das Spezielle liebt, ist hier richtig. Die angeschlossene Bar ist ausgezeichnet und ein schöner Abschluss nach einem Besuch der Deutschen Oper. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr praktisch eingerichtet, etwa die Beleuchtung. Das Zimmer war zwar voller Spiegel, sie waren aber mehr Deko als zweckmäßig. Schreibtisch Fehlanzeige.. Dass man eine Kaution von 100 € pro Nacht zahlen müsste, obwohl die Übernachtung bereits beglichen war, fand ich befremdlich.

- Ines (10/5): ein Traum in Samt und Plüsch - kuscheliges Zimmer mit super bequemen Betten, tolle Atmosphäre (den Fahrstuhl fand ich genial)- wer Plüsch und Samt und Gold und einen Hauch 20er Jahre mag ist hier goldrichtig, an der Bar werden leckere Cocktails gemischt, direkt an der U-Bahn Konstanzer Straße gelegen, Frühstück schmackhaft (aber Buffet)

- Jakub (5/5): Poniżej oczekiwań, nie jest wart swojej ceny. Na duży plus jedzenie i bliskość metra. - Dobra lokalizacja, hotel na uboczu, ale z szybkim dostępem do metra. Dobre jedzenie i ciekawy wybór. Bardzo mały pokój, aż trudno się ruszyć. Nie przypominał tych ze zdjęć poza “klimatem”. W pokoju brudno, dużo kurzu i plamy prawdopodobnie posprzątany, ale niedokładnie. Pęknięte lustro, wystające kable ze ściany.

- chocolatelle (9/5): Charming hotel, staff makes this place a gem. - Location superb, not right in city centre, thus quiet. It is right next to U-Bahn station and 5 minutes' walk away from supermarket. The decor is charming. The old-style switches, really charming. There is actually a built in music system, speakers are high up, so the sound seems to come from everywhere. Just need to find the right switch ;-) If only I knew how to play my own music. That was fun. Room was very small and there wasn't any table, that was just about the only thing that was inconvenient. I needed to study, the staff allowed me to sit at the lobby to do so. The staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️... I had a lovely chat with the receptionist when I arrived. And she told me her colleague who came in the morning speaks French and I could practise with her. And she did and had so much patience with my awful attempt :) The best part was - I left my sunglasses in my room. When I realised it, they let me into the room to search for it. I couldn't find it and didn't know what to do. I approached the chambermaid ... she was so determined to help me, she opened all the cupboards, and I meant ALL ... she found my sunglasses 💎. She's a gem. Thank you again. I never had so much to say about a hotel. This one was special. Every once in a while, we find a gem. And it is the people who make all the difference. For the size of the room, I would have preferred a single bed, table and a stand for the suitcase. Since I was there for just one night, it was ok :)

- Lars (9/5): Sehr schön und mal etwas anders - Zimmer: Sind sehr gut ausgestattet und bequem Lage: zwar an einer Hauptstraße, dafür kommt man schnell mit der U-Bahn weg oder an Frühstück: Ausreichend und nettes Personal. Der Kaffee dauert etwas länger, aber dafür gibt es frisch gepressten O-Saft Der Kaffee wird einzeln gebracht, ein Kännchen war nicht möglich Beim Rührei gab es keine Zusatzoptionen, wie Schinken, Gemüse usw. - Koen (3/5): Disappointed overall, too bad because I was really looking forward to the stay. - Rooms were as expected. Charming as advertised. Bed was good enough. I booked the hotel partially for the bar ... which was closed due to a private event. We were not told in advance. Pretty much not acceptable. The Sunday morning 22.03 we wanted breakfast in the room, ordered it through the in-room tablet and received a call from the front desk saying that even though we ordered it, they would not prepare it or bring it because they could not. Come on ... Then at 10.40 the cleaning crew knocked on the door even though checkout is 12. Not cool. I adressed this twice to the hotel in writing through the email address provided on the site but did not get any response. I really wanted them to take the opportunity and explain what went wrong and compensate us for the difference ine expectation versus reality.

It’s clear that the hotel isn’t new — it’s worn out and needs renovation or better attention to cleanliness. In our room, there were stains on the bed, the bathroom mirror was cloudy, and the plumbing was covered in limescale that looks like it has built up over years. So, while it feels stylish, it’s not properly clean. We were also checked in 1.5 hours late — almost at 5:00 PM instead of the scheduled 3:00 PM check-in time. This disrupted all my plans.

- Johannes (1/5): Eine katastrophale Erfahrung die ich nicht mehr haben möchte, ich war eigentlich Stammgast, hatte auch schon die sehr gu - Absolut Null, leider wird hier durch die Bonvoy Gruppe die Bonvoy Status vermittelt, aber es gibt rein garnicht mit einem Platinum Status. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und Aggressiv, die Zimmer sind alt und abgewohnt, es ist kalt und dem Preis viel überbewertet. Personal ist sehr sehr unfreundlich, droht mit Rausschmiss und verlangt in BAR 200€ Kaution, worauf eine Diskussion entstand, diese nicht vorher angekündigt war hatte ich kein BAR Geld dabei und war in dem Moment dem Hotel Personal ausgehändigt der dies ausnutzte und mir sogar mit eine Rausschmiss drohte, wenn ich es nicht bezahle, obwohl das Zimmer durch Booking bereits bezahlt und autorisiert wurde und eine Kredit Karte hinterlegt ist. Kein Verantwortlicher hat sich jemals entschuldigt, nur ein Barkeeper half mir dennoch zu später Stunde gegen Mitternacht einchecken zu dürfen in mein bezahltes Zimmer.

- Lena (8/5): - Tolle Ausstattung der Mini-Bar, nicht die gewöhnliche Auswahl vom Standard Bier oder Sekt, auch wenn wir nichts davon genutzt haben. Tolles Interieur, sieht aus wie auf den Fotos und macht schon was her. Zimmer zum Hof, daher auch keine Geräusche von der Straße. Toll fanden wir auch das kleine Bluetooth Radio mit dem man sich verbinden konnte. Frühstücksauwahl war überschaubar, da hätten wir uns mehr Variation gewünscht. Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Flächen und der Spiegel waren teilweise etwas verstaubt. Hätte man schon nochmal drüber wischen können.

- Kathleen (4/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Ansprechendes Mobiliar Kommunikation am Empfang nur auf Englisch, dann überraschenderweise 100€ Kaution, ohne Vorabinfo, für die Kartenzahlung auch nochmal 4,50€ gezahlt. Das Zimmer war stark verstaubt, die Bar nicht aufgefüllt, die Lüftung funktionierte nicht, es war sehr warm und die Einstellungen der Klimaanlage waren gesperrt. Wir mussten mit offenem Fenster schlafen, das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, leider haben wir nicht nur jeden Schritt sondern auch die Toilettenspülung sowie die Duschnutzung gehört.Desweiteren ist das Wasser nach dem Duschen nicht abgelaufen, beim Öffnen der Duschtür ist das Wasser über den Sims gelaufen. Handtücher waren die letzte Chance, um das Bad nicht zu durchfluten. Im Speiseraum waren die Sitzmöbel stark verschmutzt. Das Frühstück war gut zubereitet, aber in Anbetracht, dass wir 25€ pro Person bezahlt haben und nur eine Zubereitung aussuchen durften, wo die Preisspanne zwischen 10 und 13€ lag, nicht passig. Kaffe konnte nach geschenkt werden und ein Glas Osaft war im Preis inbegriffen. Ich wählte das Frühstück für 13€ und habe demnach für Kaffee und einem Osaft 12€ bezahlt und das entspricht keiner realistischen Preiskalkulie. Fazit: Bett hübsch anzusehen, Rest nicht empfehlenswert, eher erschreckend. Keine Empfehlung,
- Andreas (6/5): Schönes Hotel, bin immer gerne dort. Aber wirkt in der Zwischenzeit etwas abgewohnt. - Schöne Atmosphäre, tolle Bar. Wir waren schon Gäste vor ca. 7 Jahren. Seitdem ist das Hotel ein wenig abgewohnt, Dichtungsgummi im Bad hängt runter, Duschkopf und Wasserhähne sind verkalkt, die Wände wirken so, als ob sie mal gestrichen werden müssten. Insgesamt benötigt das Hotel bessere Maintenance, sonst ist es bald in einem schlechten Zustand.

- Gereon (7/5): Gutes Hotelkonzept, mit Schwächen beim Frühstück - Das PreisLeistungs Verhältnis beim Frühstück passt absolut nicht. In Deutschland sollte ein Hotel zuerst mit der Landessprache arbeiten, dann erst in Englisch.

- Florian (6/5): In Ordnung - Die Badewanne und das Bett Sehr staubig, nicht alles war sauber, wie zum Beispiel der Spiegel im Bad oder der Kleiderschrank. Des Weiteren ist die „Rainforest Shower“ eher eine normale übliche Dusche, in dieser gab es auch einen Spiegel, der bei Ankunft schon einige Riese hatte. Auch sieht das Zimmer schon sehr anders aus, als auf den Bildern. Der Schein trügt, dass alles neu oder so glänzend aussieht, wie es auf den Bildern scheint, in echt ist alles nämlich sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Alles in allem nicht schlimm, für den Preis erwartet man aber zumindest das alles sauber ist. Würde ich in Zukunft nicht nochmal buchen.
