- Michael (10/5): I just cannot recommend this place enough, it had everything you needed. Very comfortable great location, air condition - This property is perfect. Clean, comfortable, and in the best location. Really close to the harbor so you can easily walk to all the restaurants and shopping but on the edge enough so that is quiet as well. The covered rooftop terrace is an evening oasis in its own. Nothing negative.

Wonderful rooftop veranda with amazing views across the harbour and the town, beautifully shaded so could be used all hours of the day. Mr Dimos was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for lovely restaurants and the Carventures team who organised our Samaria Gorge trip. Kitchen and toilet was 3 floors down from the veranda but minor inconvenience to amazing house otherwise.

The property is over 4 floors so not suitable for somebody infirm. However I think that is probably typical for a location in the old town of Chania and a price worth paying for the great location

- Richard (9/5): I would not hesitate to recommend this as a charming, comfortable place to stay in Chania. - Location next to the waterfront promenade was outstanding. Host met us at check-in and arranged transportation from the airport to the property, He had a bottle of wine, a fruit bowl and raki waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was clean and comfortable, 3 floors, fully equipped kitchen, screened windows, and very near multiple great restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend this charming flat for a pleasant holiday in Chania. Minor inconvenience is that the bathroom is on the ground floor and the bedroom is on the third floor.

Every little accessory is of very good taste and it has everything you need. We were grateful for the air conditioning on every floor as it was quite hot. The house is close to everything but still very quiet. Everything great!

- Svianney (10/5): Already miss Chania! - Spacious house! Very comfortable bed. I always have trouble with my lower back but really had good night sleep everyday at Casa Sabbionara. Dimos was very kind and helpful. Very clean and mordern property but still felt plenty of the Greek vibe! . Great location with nice restaurants and cafes within 5mins. The rooftop has a fantastic view and I had a beautiful and pieceful nap in the afternoon.:-) I had to leave the property and Chania only after 4 nights. Didn't wanna come back to London.

Would definitely recommend this. The owner was good at communication and was there to welcome us. He also gave us some recommendations for places to go and visit.

Waking up to a balcony view of the sun on the sea and the White Mountains behind was fantastic. The location is really good for visiting all of Chania and is very close to an excellent restaurant. Dimos is a brilliant host was communicated really well and made us feel very welcome. I trusted that he would have helped us with anything that came up.
