• Carmen (10/5): Amazing friendly, polite and extremely attentive and helpful staff. - Choice of hot and cold breakfast. nice fruit platter, fruit juice, tea or coffee, etc. Great breakfast to have before going out sightseeing or shopping. Also, breakfast was brought to the room and set in the balcony. a writing pad / pen would be good. I like to write things down instead of using my phone notebook.

Además, muy cerca del centro pero apartado ruido.

It was located around 150m from the main road in Ubud, but was serenely quiet. Many shops and attractions were within easy walk and many other attractions within a quick ride/drive. The staff were very friendly and the food (included breakfast) was amazing, very filling and tasty. I feel that the included safe (for personal item security) should be attached / bolted to the cupboard.

We rented what was advertised as a villa but was in fact two separate apartments with no real communal area which was what we thought would have been the case. The adjoining private staircase was out of action due to a door issue and the only space to socialise together was on the terrace of the ground floor apartment.

• Harry (10/5): Een onvergetelijk en liefdevol verblijf! - De zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, de accommodatie, de ligging, de privacy. Feit dat er maar 4 villa's waren waarvan 2 met eigen zwembad. Alle aandacht van de hosts met name het voortreffelijke ontbijt. Het ontbijt werd gebracht bij je villa. Bij terugkomst werd gezorgd voor een uiterst warm welkom: de sfeervolle buitenverlichting stond aan; alweer schone handdoeken, het bed was al klaargemaakt voor de nacht. Zeer mooie eigentijdse badkamer. In de directe omgeving koffieshops, wasserette en op loopafstand het centrum met goede restaurants. Niets viel ons tegen [ondanks dat er naast onze villa bouwwerkzaamheden waren].

Support small business!! - It was really nice to have a complimentary breakfast, the staff were exceptional, super friendly. Our room was cleaned everyday, if not twice a day. We enjoyed the private pool adjoining our private villa. The first night we went to have a shower not realizing that they must be on solar hot water and ended up having a cold shower, as most days it was overcast/raining that didn't leave very much hot water for us. The front door to our room didn't seal to the outside leaving enough space for critters to get inside.

The location is perfect — close to the center but still nice and quiet. Breakfast was included and really tasty with lots of options. The villa was great for two people, with a lovely outdoor area and private pool. The only small downside was the bathroom, which felt a bit old, but the high-tech toilet was very nice.

Villa ist schon etwas älter: Wohn-/Schlafraum soweit okay auch wenn es überall ein paar Spuren / teilweise sieht es nach Schimmer aus an den Wänden etc. gibt. Badezimmer sehr dreckig: Starke Verschmutzung an Dusche, Waschbecken, Boden und Wänden. Toilette neu und sauber. Badezimmer im allgemeinen ist stark verbesserungswürdig.

Als wij in de avond weggingen en we kwamen terug, waren de gordijnen voor ons dicht gedaan en het bed klaar om te gaan slapen. In de ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt geserveerd krijgen in je villa, dat is toch perfect! Mr. Ketut en zijn staf zorgen er echt voor dat niets je mankeert tijdens je verblijf. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Hice una reclamación a boiling hace más de 2 semanas pero todavía no me han contestado. Para mí fue muy desagradable el baño, la ducha está sucia de humedad tanto la mampara como las juntas de las baldosas, eso raspando se quita. El suelo, las esquinas, el respiradero, muy desagradable. La taza del WC era nueva y eléctrica , menos mal La habitación si tiene una limpieza correcta. Tiene un gran olor a humedad, en otros hoteles ponían aparatos para que esto no se notará Dejó fotos lástima que solo pueda poner 4

The location was perfect walking distance from the action and just far enough away to escape the noise at night. The food was authentic and the accommodation outstanding. We will definitely be back. • Lauren (10/5): Quite oasis near everything you’ll want in Ubud - Ashanti is lovely, we weren’t given the accommodation we thought we had booked, but instead had the one bedroom pool apartment and the one bedroom apartment upstairs which were connected by a steep external staircase as well as the main entrances. This worked well for our family of 3 but if our child had been younger this would have been an issue. The apartments were lovely, in a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful with an unexpected bonus of breakfast being included each day and delivered to our room. We booked an evening activity and the team offered to help with anything else we might have needed and even cleaned the room late one day when we had a slow morning at the accommodation. We would recommend this quiet oasis in busy Ubud and would happily rebook if we’re in the area again. We highly recommend Putu’s Wild Ginger warung nearby for a tasty meal, and we used Medy Ubud Taxi and Tour for all our transportation, including getting from the airport to Ubud and then on to our next destination.
• Angus (9/5): Very special retreat in Ubud - This was a little oasis of Beaty and calm just off the main street in Ubud. Lovely hosts, nothing too much trouble. Very nice breakfast. Beds are huge - way bigger than a king size. Staff go in to tidy and remake beds once a day and also later on prepare the bed with mosquito net and turn down in the early evening. It's very charming and I would not hesitate to stay again. The only thing that didn't really work for us (and I think this is just because of our own circumstances) was that the downstairs bedroom didn't feel very secure and lockable - my 16 year old daughter was in this one and I had to debate whether to padlock her in overnight as my bedroom was upstairs almost in a separate unit, even though the room was directly over hers. Again, this may not be an issue for a couple or two couples, but was a bit of an inconvenience for us. Not the fault of the property at all!

The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and cleaned daily, and the team was always available to answer our questions and assist us with arrangements. The villa was charming, cozy, and had a really nice pool – perfect for cooling off in the afternoons. Ideal for a short stay if you want your own space while still being close to the heart of Ubud. • Sarah (10/5): Located about 5 minute walk to Ubud art markets this place is a gem. Clean, beautiful and the staff were lovely. Little - Location, cleanliness, the room size, beautiful Okta at reception, the bidet, the view from the room and the breakfast was pretty good. Bed was a little too hard but the pillows made up for it.
