- Julia (8/5): A great property to stay in Trastevere! - The place is a great place to stay in Trastevere - so close to the nightlife & restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle of the roads. Easily accessible, communicative staff and a comfortable spacious bedroom & bathroom. Kitchen is shared and well equipped! Our room was kept tidy & towels changed daily by staff. The room needs a good extractor, as the toilet/drains used to smell despite us opening the windows all day. I am not personally a light sleeper but some noises can easily be heard from adjacent rooms/properties.

- Selena (10/5): Lovely accommodation on a quiet Trastevere side street. - The location is perfect. It's in Trastevere on a quiet alley, away from the noise of the neighborhood. Staff were really helpful letting us drop our bags early and get transportation to the airport.

- Lori (7/5): Good location, comfy room. - The room was very spacious and comfortable. Big TV, nice shower, huge bathroom (I think we were in the ADA room), and big bed. The beds in Italy were all a little harder than ideal so I can't give a 10 for that! But it was a very nice room. There was a terrace but you couldn't really go in and out onto the terrace because of the big screen that went from ceiling to floor. So, that felt a bit disappointing. Access was a bit tricky. And communication was a bit annoying with multiple requests for payments even after I made the payments. It felt like there was a lot of concern about my payments but not a whole lot of concern about anything else. I assume the communications were mostly bots. At least that's how it felt.

- Anat (9/5): Great quiet peaceful place in Trestevere - Loved the location of this place close enough to the heart of Trestevere but not crowded or noisy. The room was large, clean, very comfortable bed. The communication with the manager was easy and we got responses immediately. Due to water leek we had to change rooms to another great room in the same building. Water pressure in the shower was not amazing but it was ok.

Our last night, apparently the power went out and the wifi was disconnected. When we tried to use the digital entry, it did not work. When reaching out to the property management, they just asked us to buzz the other rooms until someone let us in. Asking other guests to resolve a system issue felt like a subpar response.

- אלבז (1/5): גועל נפש של צוות, איכס של חוויה זו הייתה החגיגה של האירוסין שלנו והיינו צריכים להתעסק עם בעיות בחדר. הייתי צריכה להוציא - המיקום הדבר היחיד שהיה טוב במקום אירוח זה, כל השאר פשוט גועל נפש היחס של הצוות תקלות בצנרת בלי סוף ריח של ביוב בחדרים פשוט בושה וחרפה, ולא החזירו לנו את הכסף 1400 שקל ללילה ואת לא יכולה אפילו להתקלח בחדר שלחו אותנו להתקלח בחדר אחר פשוט בושה וחרפה ולא החליפו לנו חדר לאורך כל השהות. החוויה שלנו הייתה מאכזבת ומלאה בתקלות. מהיום הראשון לא היו מים חמים, הייתה סתימה קבועה במקלחת, ובשלב מסוים גם הצפה בחדר שגרמה לכך שהמים נכנסו לרצפה ורטבו את החפצים שלנו. בכל יום אמרו לנו שהבעיה “טופלה”, אבל בפועל שום דבר לא נפתר. בנוסף, היינו צריכים לעבור בין חדרים רק כדי להתקלח, פספסנו הזמנות במסעדות בגלל שלא יכולנו להתארגן בזמן, וכל החופשה שלנו – שהייתה אמורה להיות חגיגת האירוסין שלנו – הפכה לסדרה של תקלות ועוגמת נפש. הצוות היה לא מקצועי, מתנשא ולא אדיב, ובמקום לקחת אחריות ניסו להאשים אותנו או לתרץ תירוצים. כשפנינו שוב ושוב, הם התעלמו או ענו באיחור רב, ורק אחרי כמה ימים הציעו החזר חלקי בלבד – דבר שלא משקף כלל את מה שעברנו. זו הייתה אחת החוויות הכי מאכזבות שחוויתי – שירות גרוע, תחזוקה לקויה והתנהלות מבזה. לא ממליצה לאף אחד שמחפש רוגע או חוויה זוגית לבחור במקום הזה

Great location on a quiet street across from a palace garden. Gaining access via a phone app was tricky to learn. And the stone stairs up to 1st floor were old and worn, making it advisable to use hand rail when descending.

- Marjolein (8/5): Geweldige locatie!! - De locatie is geweldig! Je verblijft 100 meter van het bruisende Trastevere zonder alle hectiek en lawaai, heerlijk. Het bed is groot en comfortabel en het appartement is schoon. Het kan wel wat gehorig zijn, zodra de buren naar de wc gaan, ben je wakker. Ook de airco staat wel de hele tijd aan, maar koelt maar heel weinig.

It's near a university area so the bar scene is very fun and active, but the hotel is off on the side so it's quiet. Best of both worlds.

- Kurt Van Camp (8/5): Great place to visit Rome, near everything and still peaceful - We stayed here before and came back because of its location: near the busy heart of Trastevere, but just far enough (200 metres) to be very quiet, facing the Corsini gardens. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and equipped with the things you need when visiting a city like Rome: a good bed, a comfortable bathroom and airco from time to time. Check-in is all digital and a smartphone is required to get access to the premises. The owner was so kind as to facilitate an early check-in. Some minor defects have been communicated to the owner and will be settled soon.

While the building itself is older (as is typical in many European cities), the room was spotless, well air-conditioned, and very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were surprisingly spacious, as was the room overall. We stayed in the Trilussa room, which had a cozy Airbnb-like feel. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the room included thoughtful touches like a mini fridge. There’s also a common area available for extra space if needed. The location couldn’t be better—just a 3-minute walk from restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. For the value, this accommodation is truly a hidden gem. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

- PILAR (9/5): Estancia cómoda y agradable en pleno trastevere - Hemos viajado con nuestros dos hijos y sus parejas, tres habitaciones muy cómodas, grandes y silenciosas, perfectamente ubicado en pleno trastevere, pero en una zona tranquila, ideal. Aunque no ofrece desayuno, hay cafetera, tetera, cápsulas e infusiones. En dos de las tres habitaciones, los desagúes de los baños huelen un poco.

- Nkechi (10/5): - My only reservation was that I came expecting a hotel facility. I didn’t think I read the descriptions well enough. So I came expecting to spend time in the lobby before check in and found myself on the street. However, the staff was more than cooperative and allowed me to come in early. Lovely arts and crafts store downstairs and its kind manager made the waiting worthwhile. I think I’ve found my home away from home on Rome
- Christina (3/5): Don't stay here!! - Location was great and very quiet The communication was Terrible. They said they would hold our luggage but then there was no secure place for luggage. Only digit entrance and was sent the wrong link. Was sent a different location just 5 minutes before arrival just to find out it was wrong. Couldn't get in. No person to help only forced to use WhatsApp for help. Room had black mold in bathroom and was in bad shape w crazy holes in the floor and paint pealing, etc. Air conditioning was terrible and didn't cool hardly at all!! NOTE say HOTEL but not, just a person renting an apartment!!!!!!

- Candace (10/5): - This was a lovely place to stay that was steps from the restaurants and shops of Trastevere. We were very happy with our time there. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. An excellent choice when you are a tourist in Rome!

Very responsive and helpful to any questions that we had. We would definitely stay again in a future trip to Rome. Thanks for the hospitality!

- Kareen (10/5): - Perfect location in a cul de sac with view of the Corsini palazzo. Very quiet yet you turn around the corner and you are in the heart of trastevere. The room is large and clean. I was so happy with it.
- Robert (4/5): - Accessing the room is a nightmare. So many doors and locks. Furniture was worn and dingy. Smelled stale and a bit like sewage. Not sure how it is rate a 9.4 on Expedia.

- Helmut (8/5): - I did not like the doorless shower. I disliked the access to the facility via cell phone…. I continually had to monitor my phones power to make sure I had enough power to get into the room. Very stressful!

- David (10/5): With this amazing quiet location just off the busy area I truly felt like a local! - The property was great. Being able to access the room keys from my phone was very helpful. The room was extremely spacious. We also enjoyed the daily room clean which so many places no longer offer. The staff was very helpful in getting me all the information we needed. I also loved having a comfy chair and a small desk for both of us to chill out after a day of exploring before climbing into a very comfy bed. I like at least three towels for a couple vs. the two but they did trade them out with the room clean.
- Raymond (2/5): - Not a fan of virtual check in. Navigating the entry to the hotel was stressful and difficult. Instructions were lengthy. Required separate steps. Main door, gate, apartment, and room. Each had a different process. Remote door locks were temperamental and not intuitive. One door you turn clockwise the other counter clockwise. Locking door was yet another challenge.

- Ellie (10/5): - Absolutely loved our stay. Big quiet room for resting but just a block away is cafes and restaurants. We loved exploring all the alley ways. And just a short walk over the bridge to major attractions. Will be back for sure.
- Craig C (10/5): Corsini Garden - The location of the property just outside the the Porta Settimana that enters into Trastevere. Also on the same street that has the entrance to the Corsini Garden. The place is set up with about 5 apartments that have a private bath. Also has a common kitchen with seating area. All the doors are controlled through a portal on the internet. The room I stayed in was huge and had a small balcony over looking an interior garden. The bathroom was also huge. It was quiet at night except for when people sometimes where entering and coming up the stairs. A lot of that had to do with the headboard being in the wall next to the stairs though. Using the 3 L’s of real estate and the updated rooms, you should enjoy this property.

- Clare (6/5): Pleasant and comfortable. - The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was great to overlook the gardens in front and behind. Staff contacted via the Whats App were quick to reply and acknowledge our comments or answer our questions. Good location tucked away from the noisy main street in the area but easy to get to. We found one of the two chairs in the room was broken and not usable. We reported it but it was not replaced. The shower was slow to drain and we also reported this. The doors throughout the building are heavy can slam loudly. On two occasions we were woken by someone coming into the lobby area of the apartments before 6am.

- Justin (8/5): Quiet & Spacious - Quiet location in Travestere area in Rome. Room & bathroom spacious. Many small Resturants locally for evening meals. Minor issue - bit of a drain odour.
- Karen (9/5): Excellent, good value, quiet accommodation, would rent again. - Lovely place in excellent location on the edge of the busy part of Trastevere. Very quiet street next to the botanical gardens. Room was large, clean, very comfortable full size bed. Large clean bathroom. We had a small balcony which in winter/early spring was a bit bleak, though nice for morning tea on a sunny day, and would I am sure be great in the summer. It was easy to walk every where from the location. We left bags in the communal kitchen on the last day and staff were helpful and efficient about letting us back in to collect them when we were ready to leave. One of the shutters did not have a mechanism for securing it to the wall so banged in the wind at night- had to get up in the night and close shutter- not a big deal once knew where the noise was coming from- though the mosquito netting was securely attached and someone had already made a hole in it, clearly so they could close the shutter.
- Leonard (7/5): Very nice except for access - It's in a nice location in Trastavere but on a quiet street. It is more of a pension than a hotel, with other parts of the building occupied by others. There was a kitchen shared with others in the guest house. We had a balcony though a wall prevented a view. In other words, it was modest but certainly comfortable. Access was terrible. The only way in, and by in it requires four separate entries -- front door, gate, door to pension, and door to room -- require using a a link that opens to a site where you have to push button to open each door or gate. And sometimes they didn't work, which required calling a phone number for help. We never had trouble reaching someone on the phone, but in my view the system was too complicated and too glitchy.
