- Natalia (8/5): - Удобное расположение. Заселение происходит в удобном формате. Комнаты неплохие, но мы жили в мансарде и скошенные потолки в спальнях и гостиной причиняют некоторые неудобства. Очень понравилось общение с администрацией, на все вопросы и проблемы реагировали моментально. Ужасные ковры во всех комнатах. Старые и оставляют впечатление не очень чистых. На мой взгляд недостаточно укомплектован набор посуды - мало чайных чашек, нет большой салатницы.

Duur voor wat het is. - muziek in de badkamer grootte van het appartement • geen badjassen, 1 föhn beetje defect, slechts drie waterglazen in de keuken en 1 grote mug voor 5 personen • geen stofzuiger, geen gerei voor natte schoonmaak, geen kluis, televisie : enkel Duits en Engels, geen enkele Franstalige of Nederlandstalige zender • geen barbecue,slechts drie kapstokken per kleerkast, vele stopcontacten werkten niet • een doucheknop kan niet meer recht staan, gordijn velux van een badkamer kapot • verlichting zeer zwak (alleen OK voor “jonge” ogen),slechts één commando voor 4 airco apparaten • weinig meubilair om kleding te deponeren in de kamers, • in het algemeen verouderde staat van meubilair : ligsofa in een van de kamers, slordig gerepareerde hoek van glazen tafel eetkamer, muren onafgewerkt enz

- Simona (9/5): Soggiorno favoloso - L'appartamento è molto bello, ampio e pulito con stanze grandi, molto carine e arredate in modo semplice, moderno e con gusto. E'super accessoriato, non manca assolutamente niente. La posizione è la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente, in 15/20 min a piedi si arriva nel centro di Vienna ed è comoda per ragiungere la maggior parte dei luoghi da visitare sia con i mezzi che a piedi. Siamo stati veramente bene. Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un difetto, non abbiamo trovato i letti particolarmente comodi.

- Michael (9/5): Sehr schön, zu empfehlen - aber nicht ganz ohne Tücken - - Top Lage und alle Erwartungen übertreffende Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer und einer der beiden Terrassen auf grosse Teile Wiens (Votivkirche und Innenstadt, Donau- und Unocity; Prater - Riesenrad etc). - Grosszügig geschnittene Wohnung, gemütlich; gute Betten - Demnächst (wenn die neue U5-Linie eröffent) U-Bahnstation direkt vor der Haustüre - Beanstandungen zum Wohnungsinhalt wurden prompt beantwortet und umgehend behoben - Was vor / bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich ist: Vermieter verlangt eine Kaution über Euro 500.- mittels Kreditkartendepot für allfällige Schäden. Das ist das Eine. Das Andere ist, dass dann bei Bezug der Wohnung weder eine Inventarliste zur Überprüfung noch eine Liste mit bereits bestehenden Schäden (von denen es zahlreiche gibt!) aufliegt. Will man also sichergehen, dass man seine Kaution wiedersieht, ist man gezwungen, alle Schäden selber zu dokumentieren und zu kommunizieren. Das ist ärgerlich und sollte - wenn schon eine Kaution erhoben wird - besser gehandhabt werden. - Vermieter verlangt das Zusenden von Kopien aller Pässe / Identitätsausweise sämtlicher Mitreisenden und Übermittlung per E-Mail oder WhatsApp. Das ist nicht DSGV-konform und muss professioneller gehandhabt werden. - Ausstattung ist teils schon recht mitgenommen; das sollte in einer Premium-Wohnung nicht sein (z.B. der Parkettboden, der an einigen Stellen dringend Reparaturen oder einen neuen Schliff benötigt) - Die Betten sind von guter Schlafqulität - sind aber derart überdimensioniert, dass an der Rückwand teilweise Lichtschalter und Steckdosen nicht zugänglich sind - Auf den ersten Blick sehr sauber - aber bitte keinen Blick unter oder hinter Betten.... - Übler Geruch im Flur zwischen Lift und Wohnungseingang. M.E. liegt irgendwo ein verwesende Maus (oder ähnlich)

Δεν υπηρχε ουτε 1 μαχαιρι, ουτε φρυγανιερα και ουτε καν κουπα για καφε. Αναγκαστικα πηγα και αγορασα. Τα μαξιλαρια απαραδεκτα και πολυ χρησιμοποιημενα για αρκετα χρονια. Ελαχιστες πετσετες για διαμονη μιας εβδομαδας και μονο 2 σακουλες για σκουπιδια!!!

- Boris (10/5): Super schöne, voll ausgestattete Wohnung in Top-Zentrallage mit Blick auf die Votivkirche - Sehr schöne, voll ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem Nötigen: Bequeme Betten, moderne Küche mit Kaffeemaschine und Tee, schnelles WLAN und viel Stauraum, perfekt für einen Stadturlaub. Die Lage ist unschlagbar zentral im 9. Bezirk, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Schottentor (U2) entfernt, ideal für Erkundungen zu Stephansdom oder Rathaus. Das Highlight: Der tolle Blick auf die beeindruckende Votivkirche direkt gegenüber, besonders abends mit der Lichtinstallation magisch! Sauber, ruhig trotz Zentrum und unkomplizierter Check-in. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean The bathrooms were big and clean. The kitchen and dining area are large and comfy and the outside terrace is fabulous. for an apartment able to acomodate 8 people, while it is great to have 2 big bathrooms, it's not mentioned that the bathrooms don't have a toilet. there is a separate room for it and it's only 1, not sufficient for a large group, especially with kids.

- Dirk (9/5): Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage - Wir waren in der Dachgeschosswohnung, die sich über 2 Etagen erstreckt mit grandioser Aussicht auf die Votivkirche. Bei guter Sicht sah man das Riesenrad vom Prater. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Bäcker (hat montags bis Freitags geöffnet). Um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt und fußläufig sind auch viele Restaurants zu erreichen, bei den man gut essen kann. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sehr gute Betten, gute Lage (15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Inneren Stadt).
- Mary (7/5): comfortable with great location- but only one toilet - Great location, really nice home that was clean and well decorated. The beds were so comfy and the area fit 7 adults comfortably. We were missing a spatula when we arrived, and the host promptly got us a new one so we could make breakfast in the morning! I did not like at all that we had to share one toilet for 7 people. I was very upset as to how misleading the booking information was. There are 'technically' two bathing rooms (aka shower/tub) and then a separate water closet. However- there is no second toilet. What made me most upset is that the contact i was messaging with about this acted like this was completely normal. However when i went to their website and booking.com and looked at all the other room descriptions- they all stated exactly how many toilets they had. This one apartment strategically did not have it listed. This shows that the property owners know they are intentionally misleading individuals to book this unit more often. I would not be upset at all if it were up to 4 people with one bathroom- but seven is a tough stretch. So be warned, that although it is listed as a two bathroom unit- it only has ONE toilet.
