No warm cookies, or fresh lemonade when we arrived as other hotels offer. No staff members checked on us during breakfast. Ice from ice machine on main floor- cloudy. No shelf inside dispenser chute to place ice bucket, or cup on.

Verified traveler (4/5): I'm worried about identify theft now.. - The person checking me in asked for more ID and personal information than they should have. Driver's license and credit card is normal, she also asked for my phone number and email. When I asked why, she said because we booked through hotels.com and also in case I ordered food delivery. I gave it to her, but shouldn't have. Checking out the next morning, I asked the (different) person about this and they said they should not have asked for the info and it's not their policy. So now I'm monitoring my CC and other info to make sure it won't be used for identity theft. Unacceptable that an employee can work outside of policy like this.

GoTravel18 (10/5): Good overnight stay - We stayed her for an overnight stay on our way to South Dakota. It wasn't a planned stop but worked out well. The hotel was clean and was typical of the Hampton Inn brand. Breakfast was good. There were fast food restaurants nearby if you needed a quick snack. Would stay here again if needed.

billaV7227IK (10/5): Friendly and cozy - Great check in experience. Front desk person was very professional. Lobby was welcoming feeling. Our room was roomy and very nicely furnished and decorated. Only negative about our room was the shower. The water pressure could have been better but it worked just fine. Breakfast area was roomy and the food was nicely presented as well as tasty. We would definitely recommend this property.

Though our room was close to the elevator, it was very quiet. The refrigerator was making a strange noise when it would run. When it turned off, the room was nice and quiet.

I've slept on softer floors & that's not hyperbole...that is likely the hardest bed I've ever slept on, including futons, & I paid for it the following day.

My meaning on that was there was no grime, mildew, toilet rings, or peeling rubber seaant. After having a shower, I didn’t feel dirtier than I was before the shower. I’m sure many of you readers understand exactly what I mean. Plain and simple, I would definitely return and recommend this hotel.

KClibrarian (8/5): Kitchen was not thoroughly cleaned - We reserved a suite because I have dietary issues and need a kitchen. Housekeeping failed to clean everything in the kitchen. Several of the knives, forks, and spoons had been used and put in the drawer without being washed. The dishwasher contained moldy dishes. There were only two paper towels left on the roll, and I had to go to the front desk and request another roll. Otherwise, the room was mostly clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was very dark in the room. The electronic key worked once and never again, so had to get plastic keys from the front desk.

dwaynej2018 (4/5): Horrible experience - We got to our room about 9 and it was very pleasant and looked accommodating when we walked in. We didn’t have any adjustments or anything to make . As we got ready for bed I went to turn up the ac and found that the area by the ac was soaked! The ac was draining back into the room. I tried to call 2 times with no answer. I went down to the front desk and Jeffery tue front desk clerk acted as if he didn’t really care. I was told by him that the hotel was built in 2014 and that they knew about the issue and that it happens in All the rooms. He said it was being worked on but that I could prob changes rooms if he could get us one . Worst experience ever . No one ever came up and no one seemed to care . We will be staying at the Fairfield when we come to visit our son in college . That would be my advice to anyone else also
Nitzia (6/5): - When we got to the room, everything seemed fine. When it came time for bed, we noticed that the drinking glasses were filthy, there was grabage inside the pull-out couch and there were some sort of stains (looked like blood) on the comforter in one of the beds. We also noticed the AC unit was also leaking making the carpet area around it soaking wet. I tried to call the front deak about the AC but no one answereed the phone so i went downstairs. Later in the night I notified the front desk staff about the rest of the issues and they gave me a cleaned comforter. Agent did offer to moved us but then said they didnt have any other suite available so we stayed in the room. I did tell them about all of this so we wouldn't be charged for any damages these issues might cause.

K1992HPerins (4/5): Not the best experience at this Hampton Inn - Not what I would expect from a Hampton Inn or Hilton location. The rooms were ok, but the bathroom design was one of the worst I've seen. Sliding door that doesn't lock, no exhaust fan, and no place to hang towels. Sign on the mirror stating that housekeeping would come every-other day, which would be fine with us. We stayed 4 nights, so expecting housekeeping there after our 2nd night, we left used towels on the floor so we could get fresh ones. No housekeeping service, so my husband had to go down to the desk to request new towels and a roll of toilet paper. We had NO housekeeping service at all for our 4-night stay despite what the sign said. By the end all our trash cans were overflowing, but that seems to be a theme for the hotel. No one emptied the cans downstairs during breakfast (they were overflowing every day we were there, except our last day when we ate right as the breakfast service started) or the one outside by the front door. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast.

Don (8/5): - Our room was well-equipped with all our needed amenities. The shower was great, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast variety was good and mostly tasty...except for the sausage gravy, which tasted like it came from a can and used artificial sausage. The staff were mostly friendly. I was a bit disappointed to find no attendant at the desk on three separate occasions...only a sign saying someone would be back soon. I found "soon" to be much longer than my patience. I also found it odd that there was no cleaning of the rooms overnight. I think that is the first time we have encountered this. It also seemed odd to be told that the complimentary cookies provided in the evening are not available on the weekend, even though the room rate is higher on the weekend (that was a disappointment to grandchildren and grandparents alike)!

brendak872 (8/5): Hilton property - Not what I expected from a Hilton property…. Lewis checked us in and out the following morning. He barely spoke and didn’t even welcome us. We were not asked for photo identification or a credit card. Upon check out, he told 2 male guests to have a good day and thank you, We were handed a printed copy of our bill and Lewis walked into the back room. He is representing Hilton and is not doing a good job of welcoming guests. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Lewis was the worst part of our stay. Retrain him to welcome guests and be pleasant!
