Convenient location to the airport and heading out and about. Good quiet restful place. The elevator is down (one of two) but overall the place is great. They have a decent exercise room and a coin laundry area. I’ll be back.
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional - Room was more than I had expected. Very good size with large bathroom and well equipped kitchen. If the room had a small oven, it would have been absolutely amazing. It had everything else,dish washer, medium sized fridge, microwave, plates,cups,full drawer of utensils and many cabinets. Very nice looking room,but the maintenance that gets done is absolutely horrible. Non matching paint and caulking jobs are literally like 🤯 it wouldn't deter me from staying there, though.

- M2287RHmatthewp (8/5): Great location for a short trip - The location is ideal if you are flying in and don’t want the expense of a downtown hotel. You are right off 71. The rooms are quaint and clean. We are Hilton Honors and were greeted warm.y and given some bottled water upon check in. The breakfast was sufficient and presented nicely each of our three mornings. My only complaint was the pool was extremely cold to the point that on an 80 degree day it felt frigid. Quick Uber ride to downtown.

- Julie (10/5): 5 Star Hotel! Close to the airport! - Jessie, the girl at the front desk was excellent! She needs to be a manager! She was warm, welcoming and very helpful! We had to leave early for a flight and the front desk night attendant made us a to-go breakfast! The rooms were spotless, quiet and comfortable! We thank you for your excellent hospitality!

But would my stay would have been improved (and 5 stars) with a smart TV - Old school digital channel TVs without ability to use apps like Netflix need to be upgraded. Also many lights in the room were out and the toaster didn't work.

- C3934IIphuongn (2/5): BEWARE OF BED BUGS - BEWARE OF BED BUGS! We encountered bed bugs in multiple rooms during our stay. After the first night, we noticed itching and found a bed bug on the quilt. We reported it to the staff but had to leave for appointments. Upon returning that night, we requested a room change, only to find bed bugs again in the second room. We immediately left and booked another hotel, incurring additional costs for last-minute accommodations, luggage replacement, and laundry. While the night staff tried to help, management did not adequately address the situation or the expenses we faced. Check the beds thoroughly before staying!

- Rose (6/5): Overall, we managed. - The hotel was rather warm when we walked in the building, elevator and hallway the same. It took the AC in room awhile to cool. The nozzle in the shower in one of our rooms was upside down we put it upright. The light over the sink in the other room i rented went out. Also the shower head did was loose and did not spray fully. The chair arm to the desk was cracked. I did mention both things to front desk because i did not want to be charged. One of the towels had a stain on it had to ask for more. Breakfast was eh.

- kates5283 (8/5): Nice hotel, close to airport - We stayed here on our last night in Texas so that we could be closer to the airport for our flight out. It was a very clean hotel and the room was exceptionally clean. It is newer so the walls are thinner. We did hear more noise here than some of the other hotels that we stayed at, but we're used to it. Breakfast didn't have the best selection and wasn't super stocked when we went down so we just ate at the airport. Overall, it's a good place to stay in Austin or if you are flying in or out of Austin.

- DeShinta (4/5): - Usually when I stay at this hotel it’s great and the staff are nice. When I first checked in I had this wonderful front desk agent, who allowed me to check in early, but afterwards the stay went down hill from there. The fridge in my room did not work, it would not get cold the entirety stay (4 nights). The next issue was that there were crickets or jumping bugs in the room. One morning I woke up to find a dead on in the bathroom, then that one turned into 3 more. The last issue with the stay was towards the end of my stay. There was a different front desk agent who was very short when speaking. I also used the laundry facility, and she moved my clothes out of the washing machine before they were finished WITHOUT ASKING. I had found my clothes thrown to the side, with another guest using the wash. This wouldn’t have been a problem if I was contacted first because the clothes were removed without permission. To prevent it from happening to my clothes in the dryer, I asked her how long the cycle was. To this point she gave me an incorrect time, for longer, which means my clothes would have been left if I didn’t come down early.

We loved our spacious room and the kitchenette had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Will definitely stay at this franchise whenever we can.

Overall if youre in town its probably better go get something closer to downtown

This sounds minimal, but while my husband was okay with one of them, I had serious neck problems with mine. I also felt the hotel leaned toward the chitzy in terms of fabric. The sheets and towels were thin and won't last long.

- Christine (8/5): - I needed a nice and safe hotel close to the airport so that I could make a 5 a.m. flight. This one perfectly fit the bill and I'd recommend it to others with the same requirements. (Though being close to the airport meant jet noise, so likely not a venue for a vacation.)

- Joe (1/5): Horrible - Just the location. The bed sheets were dirty. We checked in and my wife got a reaction from the sheets. They were dirty and staff didn’t want to change them. They did move us to another room but that was a big inconvenience.
