- Lynndee (2/5): Do not stay off season - I was the only one on the grounds traveling alone! No resturant or bar open! Lights went out at midnight on pitch dark! No one at front desk left at 5pm!
- Timothy (10/5): Love this place! - Loved everything about The Ridge except my room was cold. When I arrived, the heat was off or way down, I turned it to 71 and it took 8 hours to warm up.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Much room for improvement - Room was dirty (carpet, bathroom), room was very cold upon check-in, in-room heater had been turned off. Disappointing.
