khyun kim (8/5): Overall it's a nice stay and convenient for everything. - Location. Near to two malls. Spacious parking place. Easy to find food as there are just a few steps away. Should provide bottled water in the room instead of going downstairs to take from the filter machine.

Corr (2/5): Utterly disappointed :-( - Location & Parking. 1) No seating area available for guests in the lobby except at the reception counter. 2) The TV & one of the sockets were faulty. 3) Different floors used different usernames, however, our floor was unable to connect to the Wifi. Reply from the receptionist "No idea". 4) The air in the room was 'fluffy'. Noticeably well on the surface of our phones after a prolonged period. 5) On the next morning, no running hot water even after 4 people finished taking showers. Reply from the receptionist "Have to wait for 5 minutes". 6) On the next day after our room was cleaned by housekeeping, the toilet roll was not refilled even though it was utilized completely. Which I had to get a new roll at the reception counter. In fact after checking in, our toilet roll only left less than half a roll and there was no spare roll in the room. 7) The sound of running water in the bathroom never stops. 8) The tap's water pressure was too high which easily splashed onto our clothes. 9) None of us were greeted or smiled upon by staffs since check in till check out. 10) It's kinda pricey for the room to cost nearly RM200 a night.

No mineral water provided but water dispenser at ground floor without providing water jug to contain water. No cupboard to place clothes Only 2 hanger in the room Faulty Hairdryer. This is my first stay in hotel without LOBBY and waiting place for guest. Not value for money Think twice before come for next trip.

Dominic (9/5): My stay was a short one Bukit Mertajam is a busy town.Hotel are a bit pricy. - The hotel was ideally located beside Aeon. Also lots of wasting location around. Also ample parking. Solid sound fire proof doors. Sould have a wardrobe for long term stay guests. A bit compact the room.

Kiefer (5/5): Not good as disappointed. - Location is good. Have ample parking. Toilet not clean, cracked basin, WC cover dirty, toilet accessories not maintained. No hot water and pressure low if you come back late. Paying for the room but no hot water. Very noisy at night where tons of police sirens at that area at night and loed karaoke till 2-3 am.

Parking easy to find. During Check in , the room was not ready as mentioned the time to check in and need to wait very long .once check in the room , the room floor very wet bcos after cleaning. The during bath the water flood and need to wait the water drain .
