• Mr. Who (10/5): Wonderful private villa with nice clean pool - We loved the privacy, the garden, and the clean, large pool. The beds were extremely comfortable! We especially appreciated that they were slightly firm, which was perfect for our backs, and we slept very well. The villa is spacious, and the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. They also offer meal delivery directly to the villa.
• Liat (9/5): - יחידת מלון ממש טובה ויוקרתית, הבריכה הפרטית בהחלט שידרוג מעולה, ארוחת הבוקר מגיעה לחדר וזה ממש נחמד- יש תפריט ובוחרים עבר קודם ומקבלים בשעה שבקשתם לחדר מנות אישיות. מסתבר שבחדר היו 3 פנים לשיער וכאשר יצאנו באו באמירה שלקחנו אחד מהם- בטענה שכל יום סופרים כמה יש. לאחר דין ודברים שחררו אותנו ללא עלות - אך עיכבו אותנו זמן על זה. חשוב לציין שלא נאמר לנו על זה לפני ועל ציוד שיש בחדר ויהיה עליו תשלום במידה ויהרס או יהיה חסר.
• Camilla Herrill (10/5): Helt igennem enestående - Vi havde en enestående ferie vi var 4 der boede i Alisea pool villa, vi havde booket i 3 uger, og nød at det lå lidt uden for byen, der var stille om aften/ natten. Og så var det dejligt når vi havde været på tur hele dagen, at vi havde vores engen pool. 3 gange om dagen var der shuttle bus ind til Ao nang, som var gratis, og hvis man skulle noget uden for tidspunktet hvor den kørte, kunne man for 30,-DKK blive kørt.. Personalet var helt igennem enestående, der er ikke den ting de ikke vil hjælpe med, lige fra ture, transfer, vasketøj eller bare snakke, vi følte os virkelig velkommen. Skal man på tur vil vi anbefale at bruge stedet, de er mindst ligeså billige som get your guide og hvad de forskellige app’s hedder, og man kan bedre lave aftaler, hvis der er noget man vil have lavet om eller tilført til turen. Vi var kun tilfredse, men det kunne være virkelig lækkert hvis de havde en lækker restaurant på stedet.

• julita (10/5): Było wspaniale. - Wspaniałe miejsce z fantastycznym serwisem i cudownymi pracownikami, zawsze gotowymi na pomoc. Uważam że jest to bardzo dobre miejsce. Obiekt leży dosyć daleko od centrum i trzeba korzystać z Tuk Tuk, co w moim przypadku nie było problemem. Cudowne dla rodziń jak również dla par.

• aurelie (8/5): - Belle superficie du logement et bien agencé. Piscine superbe et jardin agréable. Personnel gentil et prêt a tout pour vous. Petit déjeuner correct. Plat proposes excellent et beaucoup de choix d activites: excursions, voiture, massage... Navette aller uniquement 3 fois par jours pour Aonang. Pouvoir profiter de la piscine le soir au calme Travaux au bout du jardin avec marteau piqueur et bruit de chantier toute la journée des fois des 7h30 le matin week end compris. Impossible de se reposer et de profiter pleinement de l extérieur. Obligée de mettre des bouchons d'oreilles pour essayer de se reposer l'après midi même a l'intérieur a cause de l isolation moyenne. Personnel du petit dej avec plusieurs erreurs sur la semaine une fois a 9h45 au lieu de 9h et le pire 6h50 au lieu de 9h30 bien sûr en rentrant en criant dans la villa... tout le monde est réveillé et finalement le petit dej n est pas a nous elle revient le chercher et nous on attend jusqu'à 9h30!! Au prix de la semaine nous aurions aimé un geste commercial. Doublement déçu car tellement joli mais impossible de se reposer et d'en profiter

• Aurelia (10/5): Parfait ! Personnel au petit soin ! - Tout était parfait. L'hôtel se situe dans une zone calme mais à 10min d'ao nang. Le service de navette est top, il est utilisable quand on veut moyennant un très bon prix. Le service de petit déjeuner et de repas est plus que top. Le cuisinier est sur place. Tout le personnel est très gentil ! Je le recommande +++ Je ne vois rien de négatif.
• Shiran (9/5): מקסים - צוות מדהים! כל בקשה או צורך היה להם פיתרון. נהג הבריז לנו 10 דק לפני יציאה לטיול, הם מצאו לנו נהג אחר, כביסות, ליווי למקלט פילים ועוד ועוד נראה שהיה חשוב להם שהיה לנו כיף היו תקלות תחזוקה שטופלו מיידי ותמיד עם חיוך נעים הוילה ענקית , יצא גדולה מוקפת עצי דקל א.בוקר בסיסית עשינו גם כמה פעמים מסאג'ים היה מעולה ומומלץ ממש מרחק מצד שני רצינו שקט אחרי פוקט. א.בוקר- לא היה גיוון.
• Martin (9/5): Prekrásne ubytovanie s privátnym bazénom obkolopené tropickou zeleňou avšak trošku ďalej od pláže. - Dom je obrovský a pohodlne vybavený. Voda v bazéne bola priezračná. Personál bol veľmi nápomocný, každý deň sme mali upratané, raňajky nám priniesli vždy vo vopred dohodnutom čase. V okolí domov je krásna tropická zeleň. Určite by sme sa sem vrátili! Je potrebné povadať, že toto ubytovanie je pomerne ďaleko od centra a pláže. Hotel ponúka transfer do centra v konkrétnych časoch 3x denne bezplatne, ale je možné si za malý poplatok dohodnúť aj iný termín podľa potreby. Naspäť do hotela ale je potrebné využiť miestné taxi. Za asi najväčšie mínus považujem malú ponuku a rozmanitosť raňajkového menu, ktoré je postavené na variácii vajíčok. V tomto vidím jednoduchú možnosť zlepšenia k úplnej dokonalosti služieb.

Nie trzeba rezerwować od razu noclegu ze śnoadaniem. Było ok, ale nie jest to nowy obiekt. Śnoadanie zamówiliśmy 1x, było ok ale bez szału.

Breakfast delivered to our room every morning. The pool was clean and spacious. The staff were the best they did so much for us. We loved staying here and can't wait to return. Thank you to Kookai and all the wonderful staff who welcomed us and made our holiday special. Can't wait to return

• Talat (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. - Sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage. Familiäre Atmosphäre mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Kookai und alle anderen Mitarbeitenden sind immer für alle Wünsche da. Das ganze Personal ist zudem sehr kinderlieb Shuttle 3x am Tag nach AoNang war für uns völlig ausreichend. Die Häuser sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Anlage an sich ist sehr schön. Absolut empfehlenswert und hoffentlich auf ein nächstes Mal.

Un petit déjeuné très simple. Par contre personnel très gentil et à l’écoute. Des petites choses sont à revoir pour que l’hôtel soit parfait.

You receive anything you need such as towels, flip flops and so on. The villa looks fine overall and it's clean, the pool is great and well maintained. The furniture is a little old. A little far from Ao Nang, but they have shuttle service.

• Loïc (9/5): Villa au calme proche de Ao Nang - Belle villa dans un endroit au clame mais quand même proche du centre. Il y a un service de shuttle 3 fois par jour pour se rendre au centre et à la plage. Les chambres sont spacieuses ainsi que la pièce de vie. Belle piscine et terrasse très sympa. Le personnel est serviable et essaye de toujours répondre aux demandes. Il y a moyen d'organiser des tours directement avec la réception. Il y a même un ATM à 2 pas du complexe, ça peut être très pratique. Possibilité de se faire masser sur place. Frigo bien équipé de boissons et snacks. Petit shop pour des cafés juste à côté.

• Triona (8/5): Lovely spacious villa with own pool. - Pool was lovely, staff were great, very clean and spacious. Air conditioning very good. WiFi was very good. • Lynseyf (10/5): The perfect place for a family holiday in Ao Nang - Alisea Pool villas was the perfect base for our holiday in Ao Nang. The 3 bedroom villa was a great size for our family of 4, and the pool was a big hit with our young daughters. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and breakfast served in the villa each day was a lovely treat (along with a coffee from TJs just 2 mins walk from the villa). The villa’s are in a quiet area outside of the town, but it’s easy to reach central Ao Nang on the shuttle bus or in a taxi in 10 mins.

Il complesso è un po' lontano dal centro ma fuori dal caos, raggiungibile in pochi minuti con Tuc Tuc o Grab. Pulizia giornaliera. C'era un po di odore di fognatura che proveniva dal bagno, l'ultimo giorno la piscina era inutilizzabile in quanto l'acqua era molto torbida.

Petit déjeuner apporté directement sur la terrasse a l'heure demandé. Possibilité de louer des scooter avec un service de location qui vient sur place. 3 navettes disponibles par jour pour nous deposer au centre. La proximité de la route pour notre maison, avec bruit du passage routier. Moins bruyant certainement pour les maisons situées plus en contre-bas. A part ca, tout était bien.
• TanenJan (10/5): Very good stay at Alisea! - We stayed at Alisea Pool Villas for two weeks in December 2025. The villa was spacious with a livingroom, kitchen, separate bedroom, large garden and private pool. The bed was a bit hard, but even though we slept very good. The airconditioning in the livingroom did not work too well, but the the bedroom was nice and cool. Breakfast was a la carte and served in the villa, it was very delicious! There was a complimentary shuttle service to Ao Nang three times a day, we used it at 18:00 to dine and shop in the evening. To go back, we took a tuk-tuk from the Landmark night market for 150 Baht. All the staff did their very best to make us feel welcome and nothing was too much, thank you staff of Alisea! If you are looking for a private pool villa around Ao Nang, this is the place to book.

De omgeving is niet echt beloopbaar, je hebt steeds vervoer nodig om ergens te komen. Gelukkig bieden ze wel 3x per dag een gratis shuttle aan naar het strand etc. en zijn de taxi's niet duur.

The main bathroom hot tap failed early one morning so had to have a handy man come in at an inconvient time to sort! Cleaniness of bathroom fixtures was poor also sent them pictures and then they resolved.

The staff were absolutely amazing, Kookkai and everyone else went above and beyond to help us, arranging transportation, preparing a beautiful birthday surprise, and making our honeymoon truly unforgettable. The villa itself was stunning, fully equipped with everything we needed. The private pool even had a jacuzzi, which was brilliant, and breakfast was served right in the villa, such a treat! It was the kind of place that makes you want to stay forever, and we were genuinely sad to leave. The location was also perfect, close to town, the elephant sanctuary, and so many attractions. I highly, highly recommend this accommodation, it’s beautiful, comfortable, and filled with the kindest people. A massive thank-you to all the staff for being so wonderful. Never change! • Robert (8/5): The accommodation is worn out, needs renovation. The pool was ok. - Peace, distance from the hustle and bustle of the city. Private swimming pool. The water in the showers is sometimes brown. The nearest shop is 5 minutes away by car.

Et que les jus ne soient pas frais. Dernière nuit très compliquée à cause des cris d’une cliente dans les allés de la résidence pendant un long moment.
• Ricky (10/5): - De communicatie, ontvangst was geweldig en zeer goed. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en staan 24/7 voor je klaar! Heerlijk ontbijt wat in je villa wordt gebracht op de tijd dat jij dat aangeeft. Ligging van de villa buiten het drukke centrum maar binnen 10 min met eigen vervoer of grab te bereiken. Het eigen grote zwembad met jetstream was de kerst op de taart. In het huisje ben je voorzien van alle gemakken!!! Wij zullen hier zeker terugkomen. Niets!!!!
• larag458 (10/5): Wonderful villa in beautiful Krabi - We stayed in a one-bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa was spacious, with a large bedroom, bathroom (with bath and separate shower), lounge and kitchen/dining area. This is a self catering villa with basic cooking facilities, however if you book breakfast they deliver it to your villa in the morning. The villa is a bit dated but nothing that spoilt our stay. The pool was wonderful, especially on a hot day. We stayed in villa 101 which was close to the entrance so there was road noise when sat by the pool but didn’t really notice it in the villa. These villas are about 3.5 km from Ao Nang but there is a free daily shuttle bus and a grab taxi is less than 100 THB. The staff here are so helpful and friendly and really make your stay wonderful.

• Raquel (10/5): Excelente. Ha sido una estancia maravillosa, la casa y el personal maravillosos - Hemos estado alojados durante tres noches mi familia, somos dos adultos y tres niños. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y bonita. El personal muy amable y te ayudan en todo. Cerca de comercios pero suficientemente alejado para estar tranquilos. Necesitas vehículo para moverte, pero el grab o el bolt llegan sin problemas. Quizás el desayuno, te lo sirven en la habitación y eso es muy bueno, pero quizás la comida llega un poco fría. Faltaría una tostadora y una cafetera

• Roberto (9/5): Apartamento espacioso con una piscina muy refrescante. - Las instalaciones muy amplias y cómodas y la piscina muy refrescante. Tuvimos una gotera que rnos llenó de agua la habitación por la noche y que repararon al día siguiente, pero luego nos.cobraron por un vaso roto. Un gesto un poco feo.
• Manja (8/5): Schön ruhig, etwas abseits mit tollem Pool und großzügig. - Frühstück musste am Vortag bestellt werden und wurde dann zur Wunschuhrzeit aufs Zimmer gebracht. Neben Amerikanisch und Asiatisch konnte man auch Joghurt, Haferflocken und Pancakes bestellen. Frisches Obst und Gebäck waren immer dabei. Der Pool war ein Traum, sauber und ca 4,50m x 9m mit Sitzbank und Massagedüsen. Der Bungalow hatte 2 Bäder. Leider nur 2 Liegen bei 3 Personen, aber hätten wir gefragt hätten wir bestimmt noch eine 3. bekommen. Es waren alle sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Wasser wurde jeden Tag nachgefüllt. Es ist abseits des Touristischen Trubels und Roller oder Auto erforderlich. Die Hecke ist leicht durchsichtig. Unser Beach Tip: Pan Beach Bungalows am Long Beach. Liegen, Stühle, Hängematte, Schaukeln, ruhiger Strand mit sauberen Sanitären Anlagen und nur 10 min mit Auto von Alisea weg. Man kann gut am Strand spazieren und wir waren meist die Einzigen. Definitiv besser als Klong Muang Beach. Ein scharfes Messer in der Küchenausstattung wäre noch toll gewesen und Mosquitonetze an den Fenstern.
• Chloé (7/5): - L’accueil était parfait, tout le personnel était adorable et à nos soins. Ils ont contribué à faire de notre séjour un moment très agréable. Il faudrait cependant réparer la douche de la plus petite des salles de bain car le paumeau fait des siennes. Côté grande salle, la douche était bouchée à notre arrivée. Dommage pour le petit déjeuner qui n’était pas forcément à notre goût.

• Asavari (10/5): Lovely pool villas away from the crowd but still close - This hotel is a real gem. We’ve vacationed many times across Thailand and Alisea is our favourite thus far. The pool and the two bathrooms were a huge plus for our family of four. The villas as extremely spacious and airy and the service is great as well. Very friendly and chill vibes., with staff always eager to help. We never ate here but Ao Nang with its surfeit of restaurants is a cheap Grab ride away (around 80 baht) and a lovely waterfront restaurant called Top is a short walk away. They also run a free shuttle to Ao Nang thrice a day although we mostly took cabs at our own convenience. Krabi town, Nong Thale, Klong Muang and other attractions are all easily accessible. The toiletries on offer could be better but overall it’s great value for money. I liked pretty much everything about it and will be back
• Ruby (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful villa and garden with a lovely pool and jacuzzi. The staff were very kind and attentive. This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here, and we are looking forward to staying here again.
• Wee (9/5): Superb - Friendly and professional staffs. Effective communication before check in. Pool is wonderful to chill during the warm day and hang with family. Big and spacious master bedroom with a lot of space in the closet as well. Our unit is near the reception and main road. Traffic noise is very noticeable at outdoor pool, but inside the house, it is quiet. Tap water in kitchen pantry taste salty even after boiling. Water in shower make skin feels a bit sticky after shower. Jacuzzi pump not working properly at our unit and need to set to manual mode (on all the time once it turned on)
• Helen (7/5): A little disappointing - The property is located close to a busy road so quite noisy. The air conditioning units were very noisy too so sleeping was an issue. The property is quite remote so you need to make sure you shop for anything you need food wise before you get there. We ordered 2 portions of fries one lunch time and they only had 1 so shared. It was all a bit dated inside the property too.

• Claire (10/5): - We've returned from a 12 night stay at Alisea Pool Villas and cannot recommend it enough. We had a 3 bed pool villa for a family of 4. It was spacious, the gardens and surrounding area is beautiful and the pool was fantastic. We ordered a couple of meals, breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent. But it was really the staff who made it for us. They were so helpful, arranging boat trips, quad biking and making recommendations. We used the hotel taxi down to Ao Nang a couple of times aswell as using taxis and hired a car for part of the trip. Loads to do around Krabi, would definitely recommend.

• Ran (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely Amazing Stay – Perfect for Families! We stayed at Alisea Pool Villas for 5 days (2 adults and 3 kids aged 12, 10, and 5), and it was simply fantastic. The villas are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a private pool that the kids absolutely loved. Breakfast is a highlight—fresh, delicious, and brought straight to your room each morning. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful, always making us feel at home. The location is ideal if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat that’s still just a short drive away from Ao Nang's main attractions. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking to relax in comfort and style. We’d love to come back! Nothing

• Elizabeth (9/5): A tranquil hideaway - Alisea was such a fantastic spot to atay! The staff were all so welcoming and helpful and the villa was spacious and spotlessly clean. The place was so quiet and peaceful with beautiful trees and wildlife surrounding. There were only 11 villas in total, with mainly families so it was very quiet. While we were away from the hustle and bustle of the Ao Nang centre, it was easy to get into town using the Alisea shuttle (running into Ao Nang for free 3 times a day) and hailing a tuktuk or using the grab app to get back (100-200 baht). The private pool and garden made a great spot to cool down and relax after a long day of adventuring around Ao Nang and the islands. The building was beginning to show its age, but met our needs completely. Overall, a fantastic experience. Will definitely come back again!
