• Virginia (8/5): nel cuore di sulmona, con vista sui monti - la colazione non era inclusa, ma l'appartamento era pulito e caldo... bagno molto confortevole l'arredo era un pò rimediato, tanti mobili che non ci azzeccavano niente gli uni con gli altri, consiglio di mettere al più presto una cabina doccia

• LUIGI (8/5): Comodissimo, in pieno centro storico - Non abbiamo fatto colazione nella struttura ma siamo andati direttamente in un locale pubblico visto la posizione dell'appartamento in pieno centro storico. Vicinissimo ed economico anche un grande parking interrato. Infissi.

• Luca (9/5): - Ho trascorso alcuni giorni in questo appartamento nel centro storico di Sulmona. L'area è in ZTL, ma l'appartamento è comodamente raggiungibile dal parcheggio Santa Chiara, il principale della città. L'appartamento è situato al terzo e ultimo piano di un palazzo storico, e presenta ancora pavimenti d'epoca; il resto (cucina, serramenti e bagno) è stato ben ammodernato. Appartamento funzionale e pulito, ideale per un soggiorno di coppia (il terrazzino offre lo spazio per colazioni e cene con panorami sulla città e sui monti). Nel complesso, esperienza positiva.
• ALESSANDRO (9/5): - Camera spaziosa, ottima pulizia, posizione centralissima in via silenziosa, arredo elegante adatto al centro storico, posizione ultimo piano con vita aperta sui tetti, infine cortesia al momento dell'arrivo. 92 gradini per accedere alla camera non menzionati nella descrizione
• Paolo (3/5): Buona posizione, alloggio scadente - Posizione in un vicolo dietro la piazza principale, balcone panoramico, ma solamente con un tavolo e sedie mancanti Non adatto a chi ha problemi a fare le scale, perché si trova al terzo piano con gradini molto alti, quindi se si hanno bagagli pesanti diventa un problema. I posti per dormire sono tre, ma in cucina ci sono bicchieri e stoviglie per due. Dotazione cucina inesistente, non c’è un tagliere e nemmeno un coltello per affettare una cipolla. A questo punto cosa serve avere una cucina? Al nostro arrivo ho dovuto telefonare alla proprietaria per farci portare altri due bicchieri e un cavatappi che ovviamente non era fornito, le poche stoviglie e le pentole erano sporchissime, abbiamo dovuto lavare tutto; assolutamente non si può affittare una casa e non controllare queste cose, credo di non aver mai trovato una struttura in queste condizioni al mio arrivo. Stessa cosa per la camera da letto, c’è un armadio (se si può definire così) con due cassettini minuscoli. Non ci ritornerei assolutamente inoltre consiglio alla proprietaria proprietaria di controllare la l’alloggio prima di affittarlo, perché i soldi che paghiamo sono buoni e non vedo perché non dovremmo ricevere un buon trattamento.

• Mykola (10/5): Great apartments Sulmona - Excellent accommodation in Sulmona. 30 min from the ski resort. Super apartments.Great apartments. Excellent location. Photos fully correspond to the real state of things.2 huge and comfortable beds to relax after a day on the slope. Atmospheric skis with history - special respect😀👍. Availability of a kitchen and all kitchen utensils, for the ability to quickly prepare breakfast and go to the resort. Very clean, tidy. Friendly hostess😀👍 Climbing to the second floor with equipment along a narrow staircase😆
• Bobby (10/5): We love the location . It was very close to the piazza , bars , restaurants, pasta shop, seafood shop, butchers, and sh - Everything ! It was very nice ,and the views of the mountains, and the terra-cotta rooftops off the balconies were wonderful . We felt like we had gone back in time in Italy. We did not have a car but It was very close to a bus stop to get us to the train station. To travel to Pescara, Rome, Pizza, Florence, and , I think that shit Venice. Mike ,my cook, loved the kitchen , said the only thing missing was a coffee pot, a sharp knife to cut things like eggplant, zucchini, and other very fresh produce from the market in the Piazza ,when making wonderful Italian dishes for dining in.

Angelino is an angel very helpful.Could not expect more plus Sulmona in the historic section,just great. We liked everything just amazing! Will stay at this B&B again and love Sulmona,such culture and so man great restaurant.
• Roger (6/5): Great Location - Location and rustic appeal It just needs attention. A lot of small things would make a big difference A new table cloth , get rid of the old chair, new towels , deck the kitchen with new utensils , new sheets for the bed ķ etc
