Breakfast was really good, the porridge was amazing 🤩 I left my watch in the room and Heather was kind enough to post it out to me. Would definitely stay here again if we're back down in Blackpool Parking can be a bit of an issue depending on when you arrive so you may not get parked outside then property. Was a little hit out from central Blackpool but a tram stop at the bottom of the road meant it was easy to get into town and back

The communication was great and when we went to the room we were pleased to see a spotlessly clean room and a comfortable bed. After a good sleep (would have been better if the seagulls had gone to another street but not the hotels fault). Breakfast was plentiful and perfectly cooked and quality products used which filled me up for the whole day. Really enjoyed the stay and will be back next year.

Heather was a wonderful attentive host checking if we required extra of toast and coffee etc at breakfast. Would definitely recommend to others. everything was fab for what we required.

Our room was ready so we checked in, and Heather explained that we were to pre-order the breakfast by 8pm that day. The room was perfect. It was spotless and toasty warm. We had a great sleep on the super comfortable bed and plump pillows. The shower was excellent with a fine mist and felt like a massage. A lovely way to wake up. The breakfast was excellent, top quality ingredients, perfectly cooked and served prompt and hot. Wifi also great. We highly recommend this B&B. At £78 for the two of us including breakfast it is excellent value.

- Patricia (9/5): Last minute night away. - Lovely friendly host. Breakfast was excellent, best we've had. A treat having fried bread which we haven't had for years. Location was good for us as it was in a quieter area. Hotel was lovely and clean.. A minor problem for me was our bedroom was on the 2nd floor, but that was no fault of the owner I hadn't mentioned the problem with my foot. If staying again would ask for a room on the first floor. We would stay again.

The room was lovely and comfortable, very clean, lovely modern bathroom, shower small but easy to use, nice shower. Breakfast was really good, nothing was too much trouble. Overall excellent, would recommend to others
