The location was convenient and beautifully quiet with loads of restaurants and shopping close by. No English speaking staff, the Bicycles were not maintained well and unusable

The apartment was big enough for 2 people. Continental breakfast provided which we were unaware of as it was not included at the time of booking. The apartment didn’t provide a kettle as we enjoy our tea and hot drinks: our room was located on the 1st floor on the road side, good view when you look out but can get noisy as night, which we got used to and enjoyed our room.

- Pedro (1/5): From check-in to checkout—if you even get in—this place is a disaster. Stay away! - This place is a complete disaster. What used to be a decent hotel is now run by people who clearly have no control over their staff. Security guards are handling guests’ credit card information and somehow that information ends up being used for unauthorized charges. Let that sink in. This is not just bad service—it’s a serious security issue. It gets worse. I had a confirmed reservation and was still denied entry by the same guards, left outside in the rain like I didn’t belong there. No explanation, no accountability, nothing. When I escalated the situation, management did absolutely nothing. No urgency, no ownership—just complete indifference. At this point, it doesn’t feel like incompetence, it feels like they tolerate this behavior. Stay away from this hotel. If they can’t protect your basic safety or even honor a reservation, you’re better off anywhere else. I did not like I was Robbed and locked out with a legitimate reservation. That tells you everything you need to know. This hotel doesn’t respect or protect its guests—whether local or international. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

- Min (1/5): Serious hygiene issue and unresolved complaint - If no bed bugs at room 303, it would be great place to stay We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. During our stay, we encountered a serious hygiene issue that we believe was related to bed bugs. Due to this, we were unable to continue our stay and had to arrange alternative accommodation at our own expense since first night until our day of MXCD trip, which cost us over $2,000. We reported the issue immediately to both the hotel and Booking.com and followed all the instructions given, including contacting the hotel’s reservations department multiple times. Unfortunately, despite several emails and phone calls, we did not receive any meaningful response or resolution. What was particularly concerning was the lack of accountability and communication. Instead of addressing the situation constructively, our concerns were dismissed, which made the experience even more frustrating. It has now been over two months, and the issue remains unresolved with no refund received. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise future guests to consider this when making a booking.

If don’t you want to be robbed or left out with a valid reservation, this place is not for you. - Location Very poor service and completely unacceptable management standards. I was left outside the hotel in the middle of the rain despite having a confirmed reservation through Booking.com. No solution was offered, no accountability taken—just complete indifference from the staff. To make matters worse, there is a serious concern regarding the handling of personal and financial information. My credit card details ended up in the hands of security personnel, and a fraudulent charge of approximately $1,800 USD was made. I immediately contacted management, and their response was essentially nonexistent. No urgency, no follow-up, no responsibility. The front desk staff seemed completely untrained and unaware of how to handle even the most basic situations. This place is clearly being run by unqualified and unprofessional individuals. I had previously recommended this hotel, but after being treated this way—left out in the rain with a valid reservation and facing a potential fraud situation—I will never return. Avoid this place at all costs.

Durante nuestra última estancia, el oficial de la entrada nos solicitó el número de nuestra tarjeta, algo que ya de por sí es irregular. Ese mismo día, casualmente, se realizó un cargo no autorizado por aproximadamente $30,000 pesos y se intentaron hacer más movimientos. Esto levanta serias dudas sobre la seguridad del lugar y el manejo de datos de los huéspedes. Una semana después, regresamos con una reserva válida hecha a través de Booking, y aun así se nos negó el acceso. Nos dejaron afuera del edificio, de noche y bajo la lluvia, sin ninguna intención de ayudarnos o permitirnos resolver la situación dentro del establecimiento. El trato fue completamente indiferente y poco profesional, cerrándonos la puerta en la cara. Nadie dio la cara ni ofreció una solución. En particular, la atención por parte de la gerente de marketing, fue decepcionante: se limitó a deslindarse sin asumir responsabilidad ni brindar apoyo alguno, diciendo que lo iba a escalar. Además, es prácticamente imposible comunicarse con ellos: no contestan teléfonos ni dan seguimiento a los problemas. Es un lugar que no solo falla en servicio al cliente, sino que también genera desconfianza en temas de seguridad. Definitivamente no lo recomendaría.

- MARIA (4/5): Disappointing - La ubicacion The photos are not real and the service is quite poor—the experience was disappointing. We arrived at 10:00 p.m. and there was no reception, only a security guard who forced us to sign a 10-page sublease contract for the room. We explained that since we booked through Booking, a sublease does not apply and that Booking’s terms prevail. They told us that if we wanted the key, we had to sign—almost like blackmail. On the other hand, the shower is at least 30 years old and doesn’t work properly.

- Franson (3/5): They claimed it was purified water and I spend a full 2 days in my room sick - It was a pretty place The “purified” water spigot gave me and my friend diarrhea and vomiting. I was sick for 2 days and my friend for 1 day. The sign on the water spigot said specifically that it was safe for drinking.

- Marguerite (10/5): Fabulous place - The property was perfect! Clean, safe, comfortable and the reception was great! Location was fantastic, close to supermarkets, cafes etc… will return again whenever I visit Mexico City!

- Lixiu (4/5): Not worth the amount of money we paid. It is very noisy. - The room is clean and spacious. The room had a constant low humming noise, along with a high-pitched noise that occurred every few minutes. These noises significantly disrupted our sleep every night for the entire duration of our stay. We raised this issue and asked to change rooms, but we were informed that all rooms have the same noise problem. There isn't carpet on the floor and the upstairs guest walked around in her shoes all the time and it was very loud. The breakfast was bare minimum, mostly only cereal and milk and toast. No breakfast is provided on Sunday. The location is very far away from other interesting neighborhoods such as Roma area and historic district. You basically have to take a taxi to anywhere other than Polanco. As a tourist, this is not a good choice.

- Sutherland (9/5): Wonderful place to stay in Polanco. - It really exceeded expectations. Our suite was huge and spotlessly clean. The road noise was the only real drawback, but next time I’ll ask for a room facing the courtyard.

- Melissa (8/5): - Apartamento ótimo. Cozinha super completa. Roupa de cama maravilhosa! Poreeeeem… peguem o APTO de fundos. Cheguei e meu apto era no primeiro andar e de frente! Impossível! Depois de 2 noites pedi para trocar. Se for de frente é impossível de dormir por conta do barulho. Fora isso, tudo perfeito! Melhor localização impossível! Portaria 24 h. Recepção em horário comercial.

- MauroLP (10/5): Gran experiencia en el centro de Polanco, - La ubicación y sus vistas nos encanto, es una esquina que desde los tres ventanales que tiene el living comedor tiene unas vistas excelentes. En el centro de Polanco y cerca de todo. El equipamiento y amoblamiento de primera. Volvería sin dudarlo. No hay nada que no me haya gustado.
