Guest Reviews
- Wanderer61758315544 (6/5): Not bad. - Price is Right area is convenient right off the highway The hotel staff checking in was very friendly made me feel secure rooms were clean furniture could be used to be updated water was hot and decent pressure. Bed was good got a good night's sleep. Refrigerator worked great. Big parking lot where I was able to turn around a 32 ft trailer no problem.
- Mark (10/5): Good hotel. - Good motel, inexpensive and nice
- John (2/5): - My kids didn’t feel safe sleeping at the hotel. Seeing the people coming in and out, we didn’t stay the full time we booked for
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Room wasn't clean. Housekeeping is horrible and the housekeepers pretend to not speak English when they are asked to Change linens or clean. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling
- Claudette (4/5): - I found trash under neither the head of the bed, first attendant lied said they said they didn't have a iron. But my friends ask and they give him one. ☹
- Jane (2/5): - my room as not clean it was popcorn on the bed I wasted my money didn't stay there very nasty
- Barney (6/5): - It was ok
- Verified traveler (10/5): indoor. Fair straightforward staff. - Staff has integrity. You can take them at their word if they say they will do something they will they're not going to roll the red carpet out for you or anything but I would trade that for these people who have integrity. Santa Claus works the night shift he's not over friendly
but he is watchful of the safety of the guests as far as making sure the doors on the interlock and no one comes in that's not supposed to if you call them with a problem and they're a troublemakers they will get rid of them. They recently remodeled I saw no bugs my room was spotless the only thing I would like was if there was some do not disturb signs and a lock that only I control inside the room it makes me feel more secure housekeeping barges in sometimes when I did not order housekeeping when I rent a room again close to 11:00 I expect the housekeeper to know that I have done so and not barge into my room saying check out time again the lock just to simple lock the guest controls you can always get it open if you really have to guys just a regular latch not that stupid thing with the ball and the long you on a hinge that thing sucks. They didn't BS me around about giving me my deposit back they did exactly what they said they would do they walked up there they looked at the room I left it messy sort of but they're checking to see if you stole or broke anything if not no problem newly remodeled has washer and dryer on premises they have snacks behind the counter close to the casino all the room
- shanell (6/5): - It was ok, I didn't rent the room to sleep however it met my standards for studying
- Amanda (2/5): horrible experience - they refused to give us the room because we purchased it from expedia they were hateful
- tawanna (2/5): - We couldn't believe the difference between the website photo and the actual hotel.it was in the hood and ran down.homeless people hanging outside, moped drug dealers, and spiders on the walls in our room with dirty towels.want do this one again 😢
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Ebookers.com over charged for the room I authorized 46.45 and was charged 65.90
- Tim (2/5): - Would not recommend at all. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes even the non soling side. Asked for a do not disturb sign and was told housekeeping still has to come in regardless of me having it up which was a total lie. The first day the housekeeper came to the room while I was sleep and instead of leaving towels and going on to the other rooms she returned 6x knocking on the door and sticking her key in. I work night shift and this was extremely aggravating. I finally got up and told her I did not want housekeeping that day. On another occasion I sat my trash neatly outside my door and the owner as illiterate as he is had the nerve to leave a note on my door, only after he tried to enter my room without knocking, stating that I could not do that it’s not housekeeping responsibility to get my trash I need to take it to the garbage myself. If the trash was inside my room housekeeping would take it so this hotel was completely like checking into the Bates motel
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The motel was quite affordable. I didn't have any problems. The person at front was ok but not super helpful.
- J.L (4/5): - No me gusto nada, ya que estan remodelando, la limpieza esta demasiado sucio todo, muy pesimo en ese sentido de la limpieza
- T.Hutchings (4/5): - The location was under construction, and shouldn't have even entertained the thought of having guests. The room next door had the window broke out, and my mother found a used feminine hygiene product in the bathtub. It's bad enough to have to worry about catching covid -19 myself, but my mother is 70..
- Robert Todd (6/5): Under Construction - Under construction and not late check out.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The price was great, for during a remodel. that a;; that I can say about this property
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Awesome place to stay. Will stay there again, nice peaceful night's sleep
- Mitch (4/5): Pine Bluff place not to stay at - Had no hot water for first 2 nites. Without fridge for 3 days
- Slim (4/5): - Nothing at all. The maid doesn't clean the room completely. Didn't change the sheets unless u take them off the bed which they don't tell you. Hardwood floors didn't get cleaned
- Joe (8/5): - Everything was great. We have a wonderful time. Looking forward to staying again.
- Karisa (4/5): Dirty and uncomfortable - The room smelled of smoke even though it said the room was nonsmoking. The bed was so uncomfortable. Everything was dirty or uncomfortable. Would not go back or recommend anyone staying here.
- randy (10/5): - Very accommodating
- Pamela S (10/5): - Had a great time. People were friendly and room was clean
- Verified traveler (4/5): - We had to ask for towels, toilet paper.
The carpet was dirty, wax on it.
The phone didn’t work and the tv wouldn’t turn off.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Working nights and they would not take that into consideration when doing housekeeping. Wake me up twice a day for it
- Verified traveler (4/5): - It’s hard to say this place is bad but it’s easy to know why, the owner drives a Tesla and installed a charging booth but has carpet in the rooms that legit look older than me. If you invested back into this property you might be able to actually enhance the area. Big lot that can hold side stores or other attractions. Jim the night guy was the best part of this hotel. I left a day early because I took a shower a felt dirty afterwards. I got what I paid for so no need for refunds but I hope they build up the place honestly
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The property is horrible. The room I stayed in was horrible. The TV didn’t work and the door was jammed. I had to have front desk let me in the room. The guy had to basically tackle the door as if he was playing football. Terrible.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The service man was VERY rude!!! The room lights nor wall plug ins didnt work, looked dirty!!
- 560tricef (2/5): Unacceptable - This is the third time I've tried it over that years and I will not be coming back. The rooms are not clean floor is a disgrace and they are theives. 1st took money from under pillow and that's the only thing that was touched 2 tub bad hair in it 3 the housekeeper came in without knocking peeking around the corner saying check out clean towels. No
- Verified traveler (2/5): WORST EVER - Unbelievably Horrible! Filthy would be an understatement. There was an inexplicable plastic deck chair in my room that had feces of some sort on it, I don't even want to think about what the numerous fluid stains on the walls were, and the staff actually had a screaming fight in my room when I tried to report the chair. I had to get a can of spray disinfectant before I sat on anything and could not bring myself to sleep under the covers of the bed. The next morning I went to brush my teeth got out my stuff and looked over to find a silverfish crawling over the bristles of the toothbrush. I was on a road trip and had just come from a primitive camping site, it was the better stay.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The bedding smelled horrible. I had to spray my sheets with perfume in order to sleep. I am glad i brought my own pillow and comforter.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - There was a problem in the bathroom . There was a serious leak. When you stepped on the tiles, the water would come up . I slipped on the towel on the floor because of the water. I reported this when we checked out. I hope the owner is getting this repaired.
- Verified traveler (6/5): The worse hotel ever - Horrible
Stain on wall
Bugs
Broken bed
I wouldn't recommend my dog
- Verified traveler (6/5): Quiet surroundings - Quiet surroundings; nearby restaurants. Light from Berger King a bit bright.
- Kathi (4/5): - Would not recommend.
- Verified traveler (6/5): You get what you pay for! - The hotel was way off the street. It could really use some upgrades, there were not enough towels in the room and the bed was uncomfortable. Glad I didn't pay more that I did for the room.
- WILLIE (2/5): Any port in a storm; - I rented three rooms over the weekend of feb. 23-25,2018 to attend a relative's funeral; there was a convention going on and all hotels/motels were full. The Executive Inn truly earned its' 2.5 star rating and I dont' know how it rates that high ,a 1 star would be more accurate; From dim lighting in hallways/rooms to heating systems that don't work,to rooms not being ready on time (2 PM) scarcity of towels/soap, sheets don't look like they were changed and there must have been bed mites in my room; i have been scratching since the first night, noisy tenants and noisy help. ANY PORT IN A STORM AND IT WAS STORMING..
- David (6/5): Fall back hotel - Went in after a need to change hotel. Checked me in and helped get my needs met.
- Ren (2/5): Crack Motel.....for drug heads - The card key didn.t work but they came and fix it....but the door to get in the Hotel didn.t work.... had roaches in the room..... the shower curtain will not stay in place...... the toilet moves when you sit on it...... but for that price what do you expect
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms was nice and comfortable. The price was very reasonable.
- AngelaHadley63 (2/5): Never Going Back - The rooms was nasty. Me and my family was getting a room there for the night, and we went into the room and the room smelled and the curtains was dirty, and the bed had a bloody spot in the middle. And then we asked for another room and got into that room and rhe air conditioning and tv didn't work. I just asked for my money back because it was terrible. And guy at front desk had bad attitude.
- Paul (4/5): The place was a dump - Only one out of 4 lamps was working, and it only had a 40watt bulb. No hot water, and only received 2 TV channels. When I brought it up at the front desk l was told that was the room travelocity booked for me. If I wanted another room, it cost me extra.
- Rosalind (2/5): Worst hotel ever - The hotel smells very bad. The couch in the room was extremely dirty and smelly. The air conditioner unit was falling apart. The housekeeper did not understand English at all. The bath tub was full of cigarette burns. Cold cuts were left on the refrigerator. We were miserable and scared to touch anything.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Mediocre at best - Ehh it was ok kinda creepy atmosphere
- Edith (10/5): Nice hotel - Lots better than the Plaza Hotel (same city) that threw my husband out when he tried to check-in. LOL Why? Owner couldn't find registration (no computer at front desk) and when hubby protested price and won't hand over his credit card, told him to leave. All I can say is don't ever stay there!
- Hudwin (4/5): No hot water, but room clean. - After driving all day, I was hoping to take a hot bath and relax. No luck with the hot water. Carpet was somewhat new and clean. Room includes microwave and fridge with good size flat screen TV. 40 dollars for room was fair. McDonald's next door is convenient.
- dirttracker00 (6/5): Cant beat price - Stayed there 2 weeks and for cheap price was better than expected. I looked at room before I paid weekly price was so cheap thought it was going to be really bad but wasn't. Rooms have been repainted and new carpet in them overall was pleased with room. Only complaint was bed was sagging on one side like some one sat in same spot a lot but was one side of bed so just sleep on other side. Was close to a few places to eat. Motel next to it is closed and windows busted out looks like it was a nice place at one time. Never had any problems for value would stay again. There are better places to stay but for price would go back. Place did have washer and dryer but dryer didn't dry clothes to good.
- Howard (2/5): - The stay was not a pleasant stay. The staff was lazy, my room wasn't clean and there was an odor in the room and hallway. I went to the front desk to inform the clerk about the white powdery substance that was on the back of my door, on the ac/heat unit and along the baseboards in my room and he said he make I note for the cleaning staff. He didn't even come to inspect what was wrong. I informed the day manager and tried to imply that I had done it. Will never stay here again!!!!!
- M Mahbubul (2/5): - It was frustrating
- Rosemary D. (6/5): Exterminator needs to be called - The hotel was OK just had roaches
