• Christina (10/5): Einmalige Lodge, um sich wohl zu fühlen ! - Die Peuma Lodge ist ein Juwel ! Wunderschön im Grünen gelegen, sehr gemütlich und rustikal, aber doch elegant und mit viel Stil eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Chalet mit 2 Doppelzimmern (sehr bequeme Betten) und einer Küche, bestens ausgerüstet. Auf der grossen Terrasse gemütliche Möbel und Hängesessel zum Verweilen und als Bijoux ein Hotpot, herrlich auch abends, um die Sterne zu beobachten. In allen Zimmern effiziente Holzöfen, immer schon vorbereitet oder schon eingeheizt - richtig verwöhnt wurden wir! Sehr freundlicher Umgang aller Angestellten, viele spannende Gespräche und gute Tips für Aktivitäten (wir waren an der Laguna Pinilla, schöne Wanderung durch eindrücklichen Urwald). In der gemütlichen Bar lässt sich der Pisco sour geniessen, wunderschöne Bilderbücher, viele Spiele. Gegessen haben wir sehr gut, schönes Frühstücksbuffet ! Auch die glutenfreie Diät unserer Tochter war kein Problem. Gar keine negativen Punkte.

O entorno é de tirar o fôlego, com uma vista maravilhosa para as montanhas nevadas. Além disso, a equipe é muito prestativa e atenciosa. O ponto alto foi a gastronomia: o jantar estava maravilhoso e o café da manhã é excelente. Recomendo muito!"

• Matias (5/5): Bonito lugar, bien atendido pero con un grave problema de infraestructura en las habitaciones.... - La ubicación muy bonita, el personal muy atento, las cabañas son bonitas y bien equipadas. El personal muy atento. Cada módulo de alojamiento es un hexágono que está dividido al medio, es decir cada habitación con su respectivo baño ocupa la mitad del módulo. El problema mayor, y es bastante serio a mi modo de ver por el precio que pagas por noche, es que no tiene nada de aislación acústica en la pared divisoria entre las habitaciones!!!!! Es decir tu escuchas absolutamente todo los que sucede con tu vecinos, incluso cada vez que van al baño..... Una gran decepción este grave problema para un lugar de esa categoría, muy mal en ese aspecto...

El paisaje espectacular. Todos los amenities una maravilla, tina caliente, sauna, acceso al arroyo para un baño frío, y una piscina natural increíble. La comida es una de las estrellas. El personal encantador. 100% recomendado.

• Jose Ignacio (10/5): Experiencia boutique excepcional en un entorno natural precioso - Es un hotel maravilloso. El staff es muy amable, habla inglés perfecto y se comunicó con nosotros previamente para organizar la llegada, el uso de servicios (tinaja, piscina, extras) y las actividades. Organizaron nuestro paseo de rafting y realmente hicieron un esfuerzo extra. Se nota que es un hotel boutique muy bien preparado. Las instalaciones son impecables: baños muy buenos, camas excepcionales y un desayuno increíble, completo y de gran calidad. Todo el equipo, desde recepción hasta cocina, fue muy servicial. El hotel está en un entorno precioso, muy verde, y la experiencia en general fue excelente. Además, cuentan con servicio de cena (con costo extra) y el desayuno es realmente destacable. El servicio de cena lo encontré un poco caro para lo que ofrece. Hay algunos caminos hacia las habitaciones con clavos visibles que podrían ser peligrosos. El precio en general es elevado, aunque se entiende por tratarse de un hotel boutique.
• Joseph (9/5): Beautiful, romantic stay and great hospitality - The lodge is a beautiful, quiet and romantic retreat. It's well equipped with an onsite restaurant and bar, two hot tubs, a pool and a grill area. It also has a nice common fireplace area to hang out, as well as archery and ping pong available. Each cabin comes with a fireplace, large bathroom, king bed and extra bed, desk and a balcony. Getting to and from the property is not easy without a private vehicle, so this is strongly advised. Reuben and his team, including Belen, Christian and Vale run a great operation and were super helpful during our three night's stay. Not only is the pickup point for the full day Macal white water rafting fairly nearby by car, the starting point for the Laguna Pinilla hike is also right outside the property. I strongly advise doing both activities- the latter also has an incredibly welcoming view for a 4 to 5hr hike of medium difficulty (hiking poles recommended). All in, this was a great stay and a nice way to get to see the Futaleufu area. The wifi in the room cut out a few times during our stay, it seems to be an issue when there is a brief power outage and settings are scrambled. Also, the bathroom shower glass is a tad short, such that one has to shower carefully lest water spills outside the shower area.

The food was excellent. Two hot tubs, one remote along the river that are great. Not much to not like here. Very relaxed, but there are not many activities on site, so be sure to book amazing rafting very nearby, and plan hikes.

• Kfir (10/5): We love Peuma lodge!! - Don't miss this incredible stay if you happen to be in the area!! Ruben is an amazing person and an incredible host.  Peuma lodge is located in a breath taking forest clearing with a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains, a small river crossing the grassy land, it's absolutely perfect.  We stayed in a specious and beautifully decorated wooden cabin with the MOST comfortable bed we had in our entire 2 months vacation.  The place had a fire place that keeps it warm and cozy.  The bathroom was very big and luxurious, it was a pleasure.  We were arrived after a long drive and spent 2 nights. Although there are many trails and other attractions in the area - with which Ruben can help you - the weather was rainy so we decided to stay in and had the most comfortable stay we could ever hope for. We got to use the hot tub and sauna, play ping-pong in the club house, walk around the wooden paths and read a book by the fireplace in the beautiful common area and it was absolutely magical. Ruben was so attentive to anything we needed!  We would 100% stay here again if we are in the area! Nothing, it was perfect.

• Philipp (10/5): Unser Aufenthalt in der Peuma Lodge war sehr schön! - We had a wonderful stay at Peuma lodge and we were spoiled by the attentive hosting team around Ruben. The lodge is beautifully situated outside town in a quiet pocket next to the forest and a river. We loved the hot tub and the hospitality.
• Mor (10/5): Perfect place on Carretera Austral - Everything! the lodges, the views, the horses and sheeps, the hot tub, the sauna and especially the great service and hospitality of Ruben, Carolina and their team. We were supposed to stay there for 1 night but extended for 2 as this was the most relaxing and beautiful place to speak our honeymoon at. Highly recommended! Their restaurant is great too. 1. Wi-Fi was pretty bad but this applies for most of the nice places on the Carratera Austral, that aren’t located in a town center. 2. that we had to leave :(
• Robin (10/5): Amazing in every way. - Peuma lodge is a 4 star resort. Beautiful, impeccable cabins with stunning views. The main reception building houses the dining room, a relaxing lounge and has a large veranda with lounge chairs around a large hot tub. Further down there is an entertainment building with a large TV and ping pong table. Across from this is the massive sauna and another secluded hot tub with stairs to the river for a plunge pool for the brave. Sheep mow the lawn to keep to you amused. The beds are comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. The staff were all friendly, always attentive to your needs, quick to light the fires so your cabin was ready each evening after dinner. The breakfast was good and dinner’s delicious. 30,000 per person for 3 courses - 2 choices per course was reasonable for the quality of food. We loved every course over 3 dinners. We organised rafting from here which was amazing and was only a 15 minute drive down the road. I recommend scheduling at least 1 day to stay and relax in the hot tub and grounds. This hotel is a beautiful oasis off the Carretera Austral. We could have stayed several more days easily. The road up to the hotel is not great and currently I would suggest a high clearance car. 2 wheel drive SUV was fine. The Laguna Pinilla hike was very hard and we had to turn around at 4.1 miles up at the waterfall, as the last climb over the ridge to the lagoon looked too hard and it had taken a lot longer to get to this point than expected. The route was also very tricky and needs clearing pre the summer season.
