manivannan (2/5): Asking extra money for room with A/C - Dnt mention non A/C room in the listing.. asked more money during check in and we dnt have any other rather than to pay as room is reserved and it’s non cancellable. This hotel has high reputation for decades and it’s really sad to see check in staff making money out of it

svend (8/5): Friendly and helpfull - Very friendly and helpful manager and staff. Only trouble was that they did not want to give me a/c room I had paid for. They claimed it was Hotels.com who had maked a mistake. But they did not reply to my mail, even after 5 dayes now!

The highlight of the hotel is the proximity to the Palani temple (it is literally located in the foothill of Palani hill). Having said that, it is slightly challenging to take your vehicle to the hotel Subham's parking area considering the busy alleys of Palani temple.
