• HO CHAN HUI (6/5): Convenient location and friendly staff, though the facilities and cleanliness could be improved. - The location is very convenient, with restaurants, massage parlours, cafés, convenience stores, and the AEON shopping mall nearby. The staff are also quite friendly. I feel that this hotel is due for some renovation, as the room facilities are getting a bit outdated. The bathroom tiles and toilet also look quite old. The cleanliness could be improved as well. I hope the hotel will make some upgrades, as it would benefit both the tourism industry and guests. I also hope the hotel can restore the elegance it had a few years ago.

• Archini (1/5): Not recommended ONLY due to the bad smell - The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Receptionist were nice and friendly, very accommodating to our late checkout requests. It had a really bad smell. When we entered, the whole room smelled like toilet. We thought we’d open the windows and give it some time but the entire time it got worst. The bad smell was there throughout the night and we couldn’t even sleep because of it. Didn’t expect this.

• Nurul Izzati (8/5): Comfortable Stay - strategic location with short distance to aeon mall kulai, shoplots, 7e, family mart..the room also comfortable with king bed..even it has no designated parking for hotel guest but the guard is so helpful and friendly..so dont worry about ur car..he also helped us loading our bags to the room by trolley..thank u uncle!..the shower is great..water pressure is high..and the aircond is functioning well..overall it was a nice stay here for 3 nights.. receptionist not so friendly..but overall ok jer la..the trolley u have to take urself..they said not enough staff to help..

• Karen Y P (6/5): Bad experience - The standard of cleanliness has dropped since our last visit. The bathroom we were given had a broken shower head, a broken bidet spray so water splashed everywhere. The toilet wall tiles grooves were not cleaned & the hairdryer wire was covered in dirt like it had not been cleaned in ages. Receptionist insisted on collected another RM10 per night Tourism Tax!, although our booking confirmation clearly states ALL taxes included. We did not have this issue at other hotels & did not have to pay extra!

A dirty towel was placed at the window ledge ( according to the house keeping , this is to absorb the water when it rains .. ) The air in the room was stale . Requested for a change of room, and was given “ the last room” full of cigarettes smell , and I had to open the window for fresh air . I requested for a new bed sheet to use as blanket and was told “ no more extra bedsheets”. Overall it was a very bad experience ..

Thanks so much to both of them❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏 That’s no dislikes about the hotel, the staffs and the surroundings. To us everything was good. The only thing we didn’t like is we should have stayed a little bit longer 😊
• Azlina (8/5): Nice Room to Stay. - Good place to stay. Pretty room n all things looks like new. Got tv and huge bed also sofa. Big wardrobe, mini fridge, safety box and iron. Nice look n cold aircond. All looks new. Other than have a clean bed and shiny floor, Maybe housekeeping need to wipe the cabinets and the lamp as well for an extra clean. There were dusty on lamp and sidecabinet seems like never been touched for so long. Overall are good n fine.

• Shamin (9/5): It was good and pleasant. In the morning we woke up to get some breakfast, smalll Restos were opened already and we foun - It’s all new so the facilities are too Nothing

• Kirtana (5/5): Passable - It was near the town and everything was within walking distance. AEON was only 4 minutes away. They also gave us a free upgrade of the room due to overbooking issue so that was nice. The room was not as clean as i expected, there was mold on the toilet ceiling and a little on the toilet seat. Also, the water kept becoming cold halfway showering although it was kept at a hot temp.
